- María Graciela (2/5): Que pasó con la reserva? - El hotel no tenía, según ellos, asentada la reserva, por lo que no pudimos hospedarnos allí. Nos derivaron a otro hotel. Quien es el culpable de no respetar la reserva?

Na primeira vez achei excelente, simples, porém confortável, quarto arejado, limpo, fiquei extremamente satisfeita. Na segunda e última vez, nos colocaram em um quarto cheirando a mofo, banheiro com odor a esgoto, a internet não funcionava bem, pois o quarto era distante do roteador. Se for para ficar nesse mesmo quarto não me hospedo mais nessa pousada.

- Verified traveler (2/5): "reservation" does not mean you get to stay - We were sent away from Posadas despite having made a reservation a month in advance for a family room. "We just don't have the room". We had two little kids in a hot sweaty car. They sent us to another hotel much farther away from the airport where we had to get 2 expensive rooms instead of the family room I had reserved. So, I had to sleep with 2 kids under 5 in a queen bed while my husband slept alone in a room down the hall. It was very, very frustrating.
