• Guest (1/5): Lo peor de lo peor. El último lugar que recomendaría a alguien. - La cama era cómoda y el barrio muy tranquilo. No había ruidos. Al llegar hicimos un auto checkin en una máquina por el cual nos cobraron 6,6 €. Nos asignan una habitación a la cual hay que entrar con un código pin, cuando abrimos la habitación está ocupada por otros huéspedes. Después de intentar contactar más de una hora, nos asignan otra habitación, la cuál también estaba ocupada por unas hicas que se asustaron muchísimo. Volvimos a intentar contactar otra hora más de espera. Tuvimos que hacer gestiones con Booking y con la policía. Al día siguiente, ya instalados en nuestra habitación, cuando volvimos de la playa, el código pin era erróneo y no podíamos acceder a la habitación porque lo habían reseteado y cambiado el código sin avisarnos, así que vuelta a contactar sin coger nadie teléfono, contestar a correo electrónico ni nada. Nadie nos daba soluciones. Por hablar de las instalaciones, el baño intimidad cero.

• Cuono Massimo (1/5): Ne ho visti di hotel ma questo è sicuramente uno dei peggiori - La vicinanza al mare L’host subito rispondeva alle chiamate ma non provvedeva mai a risolvere problemi Tutto non mi è piaciuto Formiche dappertutto, pareti di cartongesso che si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nelle stanze, il ristorante giu è chiuso definitivamente, nella stanza 206 dove alloggiava mio fratello e la mia fidanzata si sentiva una puzza di fogna con la quale hanno convissuto per tutte le notti trascorse, il parcheggio è impossibile da trovare la sera, capisco che non hanno un parcheggio privato ma comunque è una nota da mettere in chiaro, il bagno era strettissimo e non aveva un vera e propria porta ma semplicemente una lastra di vetro che si apre e chiude e che si vede anche tutto mentre sei in bagno.

• Sylwia (7/5): hotel for couples with sexy bathroom - there is a place where you can sunbathe (shared balcony), green vegetation . It is very clean. glassed-in phase, from which all the smells go into the room because there is no vent, it looks nice but not practical. no fridge in the room or in the facility. closed bar downstairs. closed gym with only one atlas.
• Threepeas (7/5): Good - Room was small but pleasant and clean and with outdoor terrace. Shower and toilet area EXTREMELY small. So small that actually using it was a challenge and involved many falls, trips, bruises and breakages simply from taking a shower! If you are a large person or have any mobility challenges at all, it wouldnt be accessible. Also, it is literally at the end of the bed and in middle of room, so make sure you're very good friends with the person you're sharing with! It's important to know that this hotel is not staffed and there are no support services. Check in is automated and there is no-one to deal with any issues. That said, it all worked well really, though would have been better if there had been a bar / cafe / breakfast / coffee, snack etc service - as implied on website. However, the very reasonable price reflected this and of course, you can't have everything. Also, it's only a short walk to the beach front and it's bars etc. Cala Mellor was not our cup of tea at all - so make sure it's offering the kind of experience you're sure you want! It has a very particular offering that has very little that is Spanish or Mallorcan in vibe so be sure the area is what you're looking for.

• Anxhela (10/5): Exceptional - Value for money. The location was good also and in about 3 minutes walk you were by the sea with plenty of options of restaurants and bars ! The only minus that I would mention is that there was not a small fridge in the room so you could keep some soft drinks cold , like water especially in Majorca that is hot.
• Andrea (8/5): Good location, modern - Modern decor and well maintained rooms, spotlessly clean and very good location for the local beach, restaurants and port. Self check in/out a plus. On the first floor you get a nice terrace with loungers and on the second floor balconies. We had an issue with hot water and it was tricky to contact somebody because the hostal is not manned at all times. It would have been nice to have a contact number of someone for emergencies that actually picks up. Also I would have expected soap/shower gel to be provided.
• Lara (7/5): The stay was really good, but a little bit expensive for what the offer. - The rooms are nice and comfortable and they have air conditioning. Also is beside a beautiful beach. The bathroom is right beside the bed. We were charge for 11 euro when we arrive and I still not understanding why we were charge for.
• Giulia (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno!! - Host very responsive, apartment well located and clean. Air conditioner and they change bedsheets after two days. We are very Happy with our stay. The bathroom is very tiny and there is no place to hang clothes. Low privacy.

Also no ventilation there No toiletries Air conditioning broke 3 nights in a row when it was 28C outside so we spend a few very uncomfortable nights No staff anywhere/ closed reception the whole time No breakfast available even though it was supposed to be an option No answer when contacting the property

• Anar (4/5): It is one of the cheapest choices, but also you only get a place to sleep and not more than that. - The location was great, it was about 3 blocks away from the beach and most of the restaurants. There was no parking, but it was still easy to find a spot nearby. The check-in process was also straightforward and fast. The first floor was where we supposedly had to had a "breakfast" and talk to staff. Throughout our stay there it was never open and there was literally NOONE we could talk to. If you get stuck outside of your room because you put your PIN incorrectly more than three times, then I guess you have to spend a night outside or find a new hotel because there is nobody who can help you. Our room was cleaned only once and towels were also changed only once, which makes this whole stay pretty messy. Also our balcony door would not close, so if somebody from outside would try to get in, it would be possible. Our safe also would not close or open, so it was useless. There are also no cameras, so in case something would happen, you would be damned.
