• Karin (9/5): Great place to stay in Riohacha! Super staff! - The staff was amazing and the place super clean. The relation quality/price is definitely worth. I would book it again. Cold water in the shower but it was not an huge problem, considering outside temperature.
• Georgios (6/5): It does the job if you want to save money - We chose the hotel for the non expensive rate. We were served a vegan breakfast (arepas with tomatos and onions, plus fruit). It was not the hotel's fault but the music playing most part of the night (they said it's loud during the weekends before the carnival) didn't let us sleep, although we used earplugs. The pillows were so thin it felt there wasn't any. The toilet didn't flush well. I saw hair in the corridor. We asked for a coffee and chocolate and were served two chocolates. Not such a big deal though.

• Felipe (8/5): Great value for one day stay - Stay one night before going on a three day trip to Cabo de la Vela. Affordable and great for individuals traveling alone or a one night stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good and simple. Only complaint is that the lights are kept on in the hallway at night and the windows do not have curtains to block out the lights. This might have been a problem only for my room.

• Richard (8/5): - It is a very adequate hotel for Rio Hacha. Clean with a very friendly staff. It is about six blocks from the beach and on the main avenue of Rio Hacha. It is not a resort, just a good place to stay.

• Francois (10/5): Riohacha Diamonds hotel - Was headed to Punta Gallinas and had to stay in Riohacha. This is a very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. It is 10 minutes from the beach area and the walk is quite pleasant. Warmly recommended if you do not wish to spend a lot and wish to remain in a clean and well kept hotel.

• Remo (4/5): Old, sticky hotel with plastic pillow and sheet... - Average room or even below average. The bed and pillow have a plastic sheet which makes it ugly and very hot to sleep. Bathroom is ok but tiny and could be cleaned much better. The location is not where it should be according to hotel.com. Breakfast is just plane toast and a fried egg served at the mainroad...it's cheap but still not quite worth the money.

• MPA (2/5): The room was flooded in the middle of the night - Even though the room was flooded in the middle of the night, resulting in a bad nights' sleep, we didn't receive apology or compesantion from management whatsoever. Hotel staff were friendly, but owner refused to even speak to us.
• Charles (10/5): Great economy hotel in Riohacha - I stayed here for a week. People could not have been nicer. Brush up on your Spanish. I am not sure that the staff speaks any English. Hotel is very clean and the rooms include your breakfast. I will stay here again next trip to Riohacha. It is a friendly, clean, and economical hotel.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Good value for money. - The room is clean and comfortable. We stayed for three days at this hotel. First one night before we went on our tour to the Northen point of Columbia. This was a three days tour. After the tour we stayed two more nights. It is a great stop to start your tour from.
• Elisabeth (8/5): On the way back from Punta Galenas. - Coming back from our three days trip to Punta Galina,s it was nice to get a shower and relax with a beer outside on the patio. The room is basic but has everything you need. The front desk people and cleaners are very friendly and helpful.
