• Libby (8/5): relaxing get away surrounded by nature - such a whimsical feeling to it, perfect for a relaxing get away surrounded by nature. Have a camping vibe but with a very comfortable bed! I thought it was quite pricey considering you get no facilities in the room (kettle, fridge etc) as it was quite a way from the town centre if you did not have personal transportation, so getting out to get food proved difficult. also i know it’s not a big deal but the TV did not work at all which was a little annoying.

• Antoinette (10/5): - We absolutely loved this iPlayer. The view was outstanding,so pretty. Huts were cute and clean. Wifi was fast. The food at the restaurant was delicious and excellent value for money. Great locatio, not too far from the main area.. We have stayed here before and the family were amazing then, super kind, generous and attentive and this time was no different. They were all amazing. The old dear has the cutest laugh and gives the biggest hugs. Thank you very much, we will be back. Highly recommend Everything was fantastic

• Ingo (9/5): - Das Resort liegt etwas außerhalb von Pai. Wer Ruhe mag und eine phantastische Aussicht genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Bungalows sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Taxiservice und es werden Speisen und Getränke angeboten so das man nicht immer in die Stadt muss.

• Thomas (10/5): Resort parfait, difficile d’avoir mieux - Tout était parfait, rien à redire. La vue est à couper le souffle. On est resté tous les soirs voir le coucher de soleil. La salle de bain et la chambre sont très propres. Il faut juste un scooter pour accéder au centre en 5min. Il n’y a qu’une seule ligne droite pour arriver dans Pai. On est au calme Ça vaut largement le coup.

• Ellie (9/5): - We absolutely loved this stay!! Hut itself was very basic but the views were the main attraction here so amazing!! Bathroom was inside/outside meaning snails bugs etc can get in but part of the experience haha. Definitely not luxury in that sense. Hammock out the front perfect for relaxing and lovely garden area with loads of seating on the property the views were spectacular would definitely recommend ! Lots of bugs but what do you expect!

• Nawaz (10/5): Amazing natural beauty spot - Truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. If you are looking for a place to rest and have serenity then this shouldn’t be missed. It was nice being able to experience Pai and then when I wanted peace to return to this place. Only thing missing is a pool
• sławomir (3/5): - The establishment presents itself as a resort, but our experience did not align with that expectation. During our stay in Pai, nighttime temperatures dropped to approximately 9°C, and the resort appeared inadequately prepared for such conditions. We were not provided with additional blankets for sleeping, and the staff suggested we wear all our clothing to stay warm. The bedding itself was unhygienic, showing signs of prolonged use with an unpleasant odor, stains, and tears. The bed was notably firm. The cottage's construction resembled that of an inexpensive hostel. While this might be acceptable in warmer temperatures around 35°C, the numerous gaps in the floor made it difficult to find warmth during the cold weather. The bathroom had not been cleaned, as evidenced by the presence of leaves and cobwebs. Access to boiling water was unavailable. After 7:00 PM, The staff took care of everything and there was no hot water to drink. We made multiple requests for a thermos of hot water. Although the cottage itself was aesthetically pleasing, our stay was disrupted by unexpected noise. During a period when I sought rest, a lawnmower began operating, followed by a tractor. I had hoped for a peaceful retreat from noise, but the farm environment proved louder than Chiang Mai. The staff are nice people, but the manager and owners need to work on all this, or they don't call it a resort.

• Marcel (8/5): Einfach und Zweckerfüllend. Preis-Leistung war ok. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich mir die höherpreisigen Hütten zeigen lass - Die ruhige Lage, die außerhalb gelegen ist. Ohne Roller läuft nichts, was von mir bewusst entschieden wurde! Das Bad (einfache Holzhütte) sagte mir persönlich nicht zu. Es ist zum Teil „offen“ gestaltet (dennoch absolut blickdicht!) und dadurch ist der Nassbereich dem Wetter ausgesetzt, was seine Spuren (Verwitterung) hinterlassen hat. Es fühlte sich an, als ob man im Freien duschen würde, jedoch fiel im Nov.25 die Temperatur in Nacht bis auf auf 12 Grad ab. Bei solchen Temperaturen ist Duschen am Abend für „Frostbeulen“ somit eine Herausforderung.

• Michael (8/5): - Wonderful garden and resort grounds. Amazing sunset. Friendly staff. Bit far from town but not a problem as we had transport. It was a little run down but not an issue and didnt affect our stay.
• Lucy (2/5): Magical View! - The nature. The view. The hammock. Everything else. What a horrible run down place. It’s like they put it there 25years ago and never ever again did anything to maintain this place. Let’s start. It’s far off anything. There is nothing close by. The driveway is not done and bumpy with a lot of rocks. The staff seem like they don’t care at all. The guy who checked us in only checked us in and never ever checked on us ever again. When we tried to talk to him he was always somewhere else. No one else spoke English. The whole place is run down. Hugely run down. There is nails sticking out everywhere, from benches and walls so you have to be aware and careful that you don’t hurt yourself by simply sitting down. Our so called “villa” wasn’t a villa at all. Superficially cleaned and a lot of things are broken. Wholes everywhere. In the wooden walls and even in the floor and windows, so insects and everything can get in very easily. The bed was HORRIBLY uncomfortable and I think it has never been exchanged. I had severe back pain after. In the bathroom nails sticking out the towel hangers, the toilet seat old and dirty, not nice to look at. Wall peeled off. Lamp full of spiderwebbs and dirt. The fan was full of dust and has never been cleaned by the looks of it. We didn’t want to use it at all. A very moldy weird smell the whole time in the “villa”. Just disgusting. To say the least: we didn’t feel comfortable at all here. Almost all the lights outside for the path to our villa were broken and it felt like once we arrived and another few people they did some superficial repairs around the place. Everything seemed broken, run down and not in use. Chaoirs sitting on top of each other, not looking like in use. No cushions for the hard chairs on the porch. It felt like a forgotten place. Once we showed up they started doing some things but it didn’t make the whole situation better and didn’t save this experience at all. The real repairs haven’t been done, solely clearing all the leaves of the path.

The bed in the room with fan only was pretty uncomfortable. We ended up moving to a bigger room with air conditioning that was much better. You definitely need a bike for transportation!

There is quite a lot of rubbish that is stored at the property, areas are run down and not maintained. However, the view from the bungalows is spectacular and makes up for everything.

• Kenneth (9/5): A relaxing resort just a short distance from downtown Pai… - While Pai itself is a small city, the downtown area can be overrun with tourists and very hectic at times. The resort is just a 10 minute ride out of town by motor scooter and offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable bungalows with modest furnishings. Good Wi-Fi if you need it. Affordable for budget minded souls like us.

• David (7/5): Good value, but very budget - Very beautiful, quiet, good value for money. Mosquito net was disgusting. Smelled like body odor, like it's never been cleaned, so I couldn't use it. Bed is very old. As others have said, the bathroom is open air, which might not be comfortable for some people.

• Piyanut (10/5): Relaxing Stay in Pai! - Love everything about this place! Amazing garden space, best sunset view ever. Feels like you’re in heaven. They tidy up and taking care of the whole space very well. Literally everyday I saw the staff and owner do gardening and tidying up. I’m an animal lover so cute cats around. Very lovely staff and owner are super friendly. Very comfortable price for a very long stay. A few minutes on scooter to the central. Highly recommended this place if you’re in Pai! None.
• Nix (9/5): Peaceful and cosy stay just 10 mins from town. - Calm place 10 mins out of town. Large garden space great for yoga or workouts. Cosy room with sizable bathroom with enough space to store luggage so room isn’t too cramped. Free coffee between 8-10am. Cute cats everywhere Beds were uncomfy but staff provided 2 quilts to pad it out. Other reviews say things about insects. We had no problem. There are some annoying flies but nothing major. No AC but not needed, the fan is plenty. We didn’t even use it at night. On tuesdays and Fridays you can hear the tipsy tubing music but it’s not too invasive.

If you are visiting just for a few days, it is inconvenient as you will either hire a motor bike or pay daily transport each time you want something from the shops. It is not a distance you can walk especially if you have been out drinking.

• Lucia (9/5): Superb - It’s one of the best places to stay in Pai. The rooms are a little old but perfect anyways. The cats in the property are the best part. Super good value for money. Coffee every morning. If it gets cold at night, the rooms are even colder.

• Jodie (10/5): The most stunning scenery and picture perfect resort - This Resort is literally in the most beautiful setting. The most stunning, peaceful views. Such bliss sitting in bed, drinking a coffee with the patio doors open soaking in the view. This is definitely on the list to return too. It might have been nice to have a kettle and coffee in the rooms
• stefano (8/5): - Ho soggiornato una settimana in una delle due ville Deluxe che potrebbero essere meglio separate. Vista stupenda, camera fantastica e zona bagno incredibilmente piacevole. Purtroppo però lo scaldabagno elettrico non funzionava correttamente e la doccia seppure bellissima e con vista cielo stellato...non era piacevole.

• Alicja (5/5): Passable - A gorgeous view from the terrace. So wonderful spending there some time on a hammock. Very nice garden. Really chill athmosphere, nice host. It was cold at night, as there are big cracks in the floor. The only place we stayed in Thailand with no AC. Overall worse conditions than it seemed on pictures.
• Daria (9/5): Highly recommend this beatifull place, very calm and peaceful, the best sunset point and serenity atmosphere, Pai vibes - The superior cottage is very cozy with wooden floors, computer table and chair, sofa. The sunsets we spent in the garden, it’s the real stunning meditative place. Very nice owners, good clean linen, very warm blanket - It’s important because in the end of November the nights are really cold about 16C, good hot shower. There is no fridge and electric kettle in the room

The rooms are also spacious The bathroom is okay but leaves and rain can come in. Additionally there’s no room cleaning, even the used toilet paper doesn’t get thrown away. The mosquito net was also quite smelly. Overall the location and the outside place are nice. The room and bathroom definitely need an update
