• Amalie (5/5): Fine but not great. - Location was fine but the room was nothing special. Staf was kind but didnt speak the best english. The bed was very hard and the AC was so laud, that we had to turn it off. In the night, dogs where barking and some animals where running around on the roof??? All in all, an ok place to sleep in our tuk-tuk journey towards the south.
• Sarah (4/5): Worn out - The beach location It was ashame we had stayed on previous occasion and was sad to see it now very run down needs some TLC staff seemed not to be bothered about the look of place broked sun beds and not bothered about sweeping up in morning time no plug for kettle and also was quite dangerous didn't switch off and steam coming out of handle easly scald your hand no tea bags or tray to make tea on all in all just a bit sad disappointment

• Liubov (6/5): Did not meet the expectations :( - The personell is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. The hotel looks better on the pictures, then in the reality. The area is nice but bungalows need attention. The price of $81 per night is not worth it.

• Sanjeev (4/5): Would not recommend others in its present state . - Location is very good Breakfast was ok. Dinner was served cold. It was ordinary and not upto the mark for its price. In the Cabanas, air conditioners were ineffective and noisy. Ceiling fan was slow with no effect. Request for pedestal/ table fan could not be met. It was uncomfortable to sleep there. None of the administrative staff could be contacted inspite of repeated calls after 22:30hrs till next day. Stay was definitely not worth its price.

The rooms are full of mosquitoes . And even food was bad . The amount we paid for the stay is not worthy at all . The maintenance , the food the room had shower with full of blocked shower with white crystal of salt and drops of water for taking bath which is obvious if they haven’t taken care of . And we couldn’t sleep all night cause of mosquitoes intact property next to it was amazing . Sadly with best location experienced bad stay at a bad hotel .

• Nilakshi (7/5): A good pit stop in between dream stays - The proximity to the beach, the design of the huts and the restaurant staff The sparseness and darkness of the lobby and rooms. The mangy dogs and cats that followed you around and the amount of mosquitoes .
• Dp (8/5): Value for money, quiet with helpful staff - Quiet area to relax. Big room and very helpful staff. Its the place to enjoy the beach The hotel needs major renovation. Most people prefer to hang out to the hotel next door for that reason.
• Alam (1/5): Not value for money at all. The owner should highly focus on the maintenance of this property as quickly as possible. - The only good thing about this property is the location. First of all, everything in this property is very poorly maintained. We were in villa no 7. Every metal object was rusty, they have placed the AC outdoor unit inside the toilet which was very uncomfortable and risky as well. Secondly the villa was very unclean and dusty. Curtain rail was just hanging, curtains were full of dust. Even they had provided instant coffee which was stale and smelly.

Breakfast is just delicious 🤤!!! You have plenty of choice and the staff are caring and very friendly! We recommend!!!

There was a problem with the booking but this was mainly an issue with the website (Booking.com) rather than the owners. The Manager Anuradha worked hard to deal with the issues on arrival. Staff very friendly The place needs some investment.

• Leah (10/5): Our 2nd time back because we love this spot. - This is our 2nd stay, we have returned after our 2018 trip because we enjoyed it so much! the staff are lovely, the rooms are comfy with fans, air conditioning, mosquito nets. it really is so well located. you arrive on the main beach road, walk through the lobby and dining area and into their little palm tree grove and are immediately on the beach! Also, we had their special cocktail and it was impressive and divine!!

• Olivia (6/5): Cleanliness could be improved - The location of the cabanas right on the beach is idyllic! You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. The cabana itself didn’t feel very clean - bed sheets, towels, beach towels etc. We noticed there was a damp smell in the cabana too. We were infested one night by bugs/flies. We chose the no-breakfast option as thought it was expensive to add this on - we were glad as there was many restaurants beach-side next door which were much more reasonable.

• Hanna-Riina (10/5): Settling down after the flight - Nice relaxing location right on the beach, good place to adjust to vacation mood and recover from jet lag. Not much activity going on, this is a small place with just a few private beach huts, but the outdoor area is beautiful and well maintained and there are a few (enough) options next door to choose for your lunch/dinner spot. So if you want just to unwind and take it easy, I’d definitely recommend the place for that for a few nights. BTW, villas have outdoor bathrooms, which was a nice unique twist.

First room given was bad, no AC, stinky then on request they changed to another in which AC was somehow working but flush not working. Again asked for help then out of compulsion they came to fix. The beach side seating did not seem safe and it had eerie feeling around. No positivity at all. So we changed the room and booked another hotel the same night. When we said we will check out then also no one even asked why is that so. In service sector I have never seen such a behavioral issue. Will never recommend this property to anyone
