• T.I.P.H.A.N.I.E (7/5): Could have been a great hotell - The lobby with the games and snack Staff friendly and very helpful Room cleanliness Hotel localisation Room size and layout. This was the major disappointment for the whole group, especially with kids. There were far too small with no space to circulate or open a suitcase properly. Some furniture were placed in the middle of the little space left Lighting, especially in the "bathroom" zone. We could barely see our faces.

• 宗翰 (8/5): 地點好，服務佳，房內設施再加強 - 飯店位置很不錯，西門徒步區出口上來走100公尺就到了，距離西門町很近但又不是鬧區，晚上非常安靜。 飯店24小時都附有自助吧可以吃餅乾泡麵，要退房前也有三明治之類的簡單早餐可以填飽肚子，還不錯的。 浴室很大，洗澡起來很舒適。 不同於浴室，房間空間算是蠻小的（房間：浴室約3：2），幾乎沒有甚麼可以走動的地方，電視機非智慧電視，只能看有線頻道。冷氣的話不知道是不是有點問題，溫度要按到12-13度才會有25-26度的感覺，要自己去試一下。

• Kristina (9/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Roaders. I would highly recommend this hotel to my peers. - We chose this hotel because of its location and its amenities. My younger cousins really enjoyed hanging out in the lobby with the snacks and games. The location was walking distance to convenient stores and Ximending. I wish the room was larger given there was barely enough space for luggages. The lighting at the bathroom sink is too dim, so it was a challenge to put make up on. Also, the lights of the mirror on the desk was not working.

• ANH (7/5): Good place for single travelers to explore locals and city. Not great place for big group/ family - Hotel location is very close to public transportation and night market Ximending. Hotel lounge provides unique ambience with gaming machines and unlimited noodles/sandwich/sodas/water. Staff is friendly and provide support immediately upon request. The room is small with no closet and no room space to at least spread out luggages/ clothes. Room ceiling kinda look old and dirty, they need to remodel/update the ceiling. Wall insulation is not that great. We had a noisy hotel neighbor so we had a rough night since we could hear them talking.

• So Ling Fung (9/5): - We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. A huge plus was the free snacks and instant noodles provided by the hotel—perfect for a quick bite! They also have small games to keep the children entertained, which, combined with the snacks, was a real lifesaver for us. We highly recommend this place for families! Just a heads up: the rooms are somewhat small and the air felt quite humid."

• Patricia (10/5): Room is a bit small but everything about this place is OUTSTANDING! 🤩 - Everything about this hotel was a great experience! Hotel was new and very clean. So many free amenities and services like free water, snacks, photobooth, coffee, tea, arcade games, bag storage, etc. You get your money's worth just from the free things alone! The staff was so helpful and accommodating! They reply quickly and are eager to help. Location is perfect because its near the mrt station, ximending and many convenience stores nearby. Shoutout to Emily, BOB, Lynne, Krys, Aniya, Alice and Sam for the quick replies! and to Apple who did a great job in cleaning up out room. Room was smaller than expected. We got the Superior Double Room thinking it was bigger but there was only enough space for 1 big luggage and maybe 1 small luggage to be open. We struggled a bit to walk around the room with our luggage and items. But the room size is pretty standard for Taiwan so it was alright because the hotel was so nice anyway!

• Chua (9/5): There's more good than bad but really have to look into the sound proof walls issue to make it even better for futur - Hotel staff is friendly. Really good facilities for customers to use and enjoy. Room is spacious and clean too. Walls are not sound proof enough, inconsiderate Family stayed next room to mine causes lots of noises throughout the night making me and my partner hard to sleep peacefully till morning.

• MAY KING (9/5): 地點方便，員工友善有禮，房間整漯舒適 - 房間很清潔，床舖很舒服，地點就近西門捷運站及地下術，附近購物或用餐都非常方便，員工有禮貌且樂於助人，飯店提供很多美味小食和飲品，在平安夜送上小禮物亦很窩心。 房間抽濕欠佳，隔音較差，光線略嫌不足，如果燈光可以調較光暗會比較好，另外燈製如果在床頭位置會比較方便。 飯店只有一台洗衣機，洗衣連乾衣要花三至四小時，並且需要在前台預約洗衣，不建議使用飯店的洗衣設施。

However it was not enough. Other than the temperature the room was great and so was the location. Would return if temperature improves. Room was too warm. Despite the electric fan. Air conditioning was probably broken.

Good water pressure for shower and a dry bathroom! Room is on the smaller size and a bit dark in the room. Not a big problem for 2 pax.

• Diong (2/5): dark, uncomfortable , sticky floors... - For the fact that I booked 5 rooms in advanced, they have given me most of my 5 rooms with very poor layout, very uncomfortable stay. Feels more like a hostel. Towels seems to have re-used to many times that it has lost its fluff.
• Guo Shan (7/5): - 12:00退房很讚，B1的零食和小遊樂設施滿好的，吃飽可以玩一下消化一下。服務人員很貼心！ 床睡起來背和大腿有點癢癢的，枕頭很扁沒有睡枕頭的感覺，隔天起來脖子不是很舒服
• Amabella Jeza (10/5): Thank you so much Ms. Aniya for assisting us and upgrading our room. We really enjoyed our stay in Roaders Hotel Zhongh - Friendly staff, clean room and accessible to Ximen station and city centre.
• Mayumi (9/5): 街歩きの拠点にぴったり！リーズナブルなお宿 - 1)台北駅や西門へのアクセス抜群！街歩きのための宿にぴったり。すぐ横にはファミマもあり！ 2)テーマのあるホテルのつくりで、楽しい気分になった。 3)必要なものが揃っている(タオル、シャンプーリンス、ボディシャンプー、ハンドソープ、ドライヤーなどなど)。書き物をするための机もあり(ただし、B5ノートを広げるとかなり狭い汗) 4)ベッドの硬さがちょうど良かった。宿も清掃に力を入れている。リネンもタオルもきれいだった。 5)お菓子や飲み物(飲料水)が無料でありがたかった。 6)冷蔵庫もあり、買ってきたものを保管できて良かった。 1)窓なしで、ダブルベッドの部屋だったが、2人で泊まるには非常に狭い。スーツケース一つ広げると歩き回れない。人によっては少し圧迫感を感じるかも。 2)日本語が通じない。英語が通じるが、スタッフによってはちょっと聞き取りにくいかも？(でもとても親切です^^)
• Mei Li (8/5): The best hotel for families with kids under 12. We liked the location as it was near ximending and 7-eleven and Family M - The games area at B1 was great for the kids!
• Ciara Marie Angela Nicole K. (10/5): Good value for money - I liked how close this property is to public transport and Ximending Walking District. The 24/7 Food Bar, free games and photo is also appreciated.
• Ernie R. (10/5): Accommodating for luggage storage and found the front desk and housekeeping to be excellent! - Like the room location not too far from the elevator. Common room located near reception had a variety of snacks and drinks, unfortunately only tried the milk tea, water, juice, and packaged cracker snacks which was very good. The bed was bigger than what I was expecting. Stayed in a bedroom with no windows but did not miss it because the location is very close to both Ximending and Taipei Main Station area. Lots of eateries nearby and can pick up local Taiwanese breakfast within walking distance of hotel. Also there is a Family Mart literally beside the hotel. Shower and bathroom area was nice. TV worked well with good English programming available. No complaints that I can think of, overall for the price and quality of room, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Often pictures on websites show a nicer product than reality. In the case of Roaders hotel, the reality is nicer than the pictures.

• TIN LAI (5/5): One night stay at Taipei - Not much to say the room is really small. We could hardly have space to open up out luggages. Room size too small.
• Kristin (9/5): - Tolles Hotel, wir würden hier wieder übernachten. Die Lage ist gut, man kann von der Mainstation herlaufen, ist etwas ruhiger gelegen und nach ximending sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich. Besonders toll ist der Aufenthaltsbereich, man kann hier gemütlich sitzen, es gibt kostenlose Spielautomaten und kostenlose Getränke und Snacks. Es stehen jederzeit diverse Ramen zur Verfügung. Besonders toll, wenn man abends nochmal Hunger oder Durst hat und nicht nochmal los möchte. Uns wurde beim Check in erzählt, wir hätten ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade bekommen, wir hatten aber schon vorab ein etwas teureres Zimmer gebucht und auch genau dieses bekommen. Wir hatten hier das Gefühl, dass man das einfach so Image-mässig gesagt bekommt, was aber nicht der Realität entsprach, da es kein kostenloses Upgrade gab.
