• Marc (8/5): Top Lage, Top Gastgeber - Eine ganz wunderbare Lage. Die Dachterrasse und Balkon erlauben tolle Aussicht im 9. Stock Das Ikea-Bett ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und echt hart.
• Maria (10/5): - Bei Ankunft wird man von dem Gastgeber sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Das erleichtert und entspannt die Ankunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Terrasse groß mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Stadtpark. Die Lage sehr gut man ist schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die vielen guten Tipps die wir von Daan bekamen waren top. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Antwerpen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles.

• Luke (9/5): Great apartment, brilliant location. Daan is an absolute joy and we will use as a base again - Very happy we booked Fuths. Great location to explore all Antwerp has to offer whilst being comfortable, clean and a joy to use as a base. Photos do not do the apartment justice. Everything was good but pillows could do with refreshing. By the third night they were flat as a pancake.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Daan ist extrem umsichtig, freundlich und verlässlich. Seine Tipps, insbesondere Ausflüge nach Brüssel und Gent mit dem Zug zu machen, waren sehr wertvoll. ---

We had to find alternative accommodation in a hotel. - There was an unbearable stench in the property due to a drainage issue with the shower and toilet which made it impossible to sleep or enjoy the property. The host explained that he had tried to get the issue fixed but could not find a plumber - he had been trying for 4 weeks! In our opinion the property should not have been let due to the ongoing drainage issue and the smell.

Very comfortable bed and excellent shower (although the bathroom arrangement is a little strange). Very clean. The secure onsite parking was a great asset and cheap compared with public carparks.Terrific to have a washing machine and there were 2 drying racks (and pegs!) but note there is no clothes dryer. Daan is a great host. Arrival and departure were seamless and he was most accommodating. Could do with upgrade of some of the kitchen utensils.

• Claire (9/5): Amazing penthouse apartment in Antwerp city centre - Daan (our host) gave excellent directions to the property and met us on our arrival. He greeted us, showed us around the beautiful penthouse, and then gave us many tips and ideas for exploring the beautiful city of Antwerp. Some tips were not on the usual tourist beat, but were great finds. The apartment is very spacious, air conditioned, well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Little extras like tea, coffee, oil, and spices were provided, and even a welcome local beer waiting in the fridge. The apartment is very well equipped for self-catering but also within easy walking distance of the many bars and restaurants within the city. There is a very informative welcome pack with tips on nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and local places of interest. Even though this paratment is in the city centre it is very quiet at night, no traffic or loud music noises to keep you awake. Excellent value for money and we are planning to visit again. No improvements recommended. All was very good.

There is lots of space and plenty of light. The location is excellent, a short walk from central train station and close to tram stops. • Jennifer (9/5): Very comfortable, spacious retro apartment with all we needed and then some. - The view was great. Daan was happy to spend time to answer our questions about Antwerp and was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. Attention to detail was excellent. The weather was quite warm and the unit got quite hot. The window coverings on the large western windows was just adequate. It would have been glorious in winter. Light in the kitchen didn’t work but there were other options.

He was very gracious even though we got a little turned around and kept him waiting! We followed all his sight-seeing recommendations, and they did not disappoint. It was really nice to have a lovely, comfortable place to unwind after wandering around the city all day. Would definitely book again and 100% recommend. Nothing. We had everything we needed, even some Belgian beer to kick off our vacation!

The host is exceptionally well informed about Antwerp and had great tips. Well worth staying again.Many wardrobes, also the bathroom is well equipped. Early check in/out was made easy. 👍🙏✌️ Couch and chairs feels dusty, carpet needs a change. Elevator noise.
• John (10/5): Our trip to Antwerp was fantastic and Daan's place was a great base to use to see the city. - The apartment was very nice and beautifully decorated. Daan met us with the keys and told us the history of the apartment and spent time showing us highlights of potential things to do on a map, which was very helpful. The location was very good and it was an easy walk (20-25minutes) in the different directions to all of the places we wanted to go.

• David (10/5): Superb apartment - a home from home - Fantastic host, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and spoke excellent English. The apartment was spacious with a balcony at the back to greet the sunrise (although the view is not great) and a much larger one at the front with table and chairs overlooking the park with some beautiful sunsets. Kitchen facilities include oven, large fridge, microwave, toaster, hob, washing machine, etc. TV with numerous channels including Netflix. Near to Antwerp Centraal and not far to walk to the historic centre or catch public transport to go further afield. Large comfy bed and loads of wardrobe space. Hard to find fault but we had a little trouble getting the oven to work and we couldn't find instructions, even online. The host said we could contact him with any issues but we worked out how to use the grill inside the oven and that worked out fine, so we didn't bother him (also forgot to mention it to him when we handed back the key, sorry).

• Este (9/5): Great penthouse apartment. - Beautiful place that was well located and extremely spacious. The host was gracious and welcoming and offered good advice for seeing the city. The bathroom had a musty smell (not uncommon in older places), but it was clearly clean.

The location was excellent, shops and restaurants close by, and most of Antwerp’s attractions within walking distance. Our host was friendly, helpful, and had a wealth of information about the city. We may well come again ! Nothing at all.
• Lana (10/5): A perfect loation for exploring Antwerpen - The owner of the property met us at the door and promptly showed us to the apartment, He gave us many very useful tips and did that in the most pleasant and polite manner. The bedroom was unusually spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed even for a long stay. All equipment was functioning perfectly. A very spacious balcony offered a beautiful view and was a definite bonus. The most important sightseeing was in a short walking distance. Nice central park was just across a quiet street. We travel a lot, but this level of hospitality, comfort, convenience and hospitality was exceptional. n/a
• Genevieve (10/5): Great luxury Penthouse in Antwerp - This is an amazing and spacious property a 9 minute walk from Antwerp Central Train Station. It's directly acoss from a local park with walking paths and a playground. Restaurants, groceries and fitness centers nearby. The property manager Daan was very helpful and check-in and out was a breeze.

• Carol (9/5): Antwerp is a really interesting multicultural city with many attractions. - I had been in touch with Daan, the host, in advance of my visit, to negotiate a later check-in time and he showed great flexibility in accomodating my request. He was patient with my even later arrival due to my slow walk from the station!! He met me at the apartment to give me the keys, introduce me to the facilities and to point out the attractions in the city which I would be interested in. A map and city guide were very useful additions to my introduction to the city. Overall he was a great host, even taking the trouble during my visit to remind me when the clocks were changing!! The apartment is in a great location not far from the station and close to other transport networks. It looks over a park from a large terrace which catches the sun for a majority of the day. On the other side is the Diamond District with it's significant "Orthodox" Jewish population which was a very interesting area. I liked the fact that the apartment was light, bright, spacious and comfortable. The roof terraces and the views over the city were a highlight. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout and furnishings of the living space made for a relaxing stay. The elevator - to the 9th floor - came in handy!! The bed was comfortable and throughout the apartment there was very generous storage space which I didn't need but would be enough for someone renting for a significant period of time. The only thing that I thought was missing was a rack or shelf in the shower to hold bits and bobs relevant to hygiene activities. I found the knobs and dials for the cooker a bit confusing. I suppose everyone gets used to the appliances that they have at home!

• Goldance (8/5): Very good - Daen is a very thoughtful host, and welcomed us warmly, and provided a map and suggestions for things to do. The neighbourhood is interesting and the flat is a 10 minute walk from the HBF. The bed is very comfortable and supportive and the bedding was not too hot. Chairs are comfortable. The oven doesn't have operating instructions and is retro in keeping with the decor. There's a microwave though.

The apartment was very spacious and looked out over a park. we had the luxury of a deck on either side of the unit, so you could enjoy the sunshine or avoid it. Our host gave us lots of information on things to do which was very helpful. A great sty and an excellent choice for our last stop before returning home.
