• Andrew (10/5): Very good value stay, for night before cruise. - Very pleased with accommodation. Spacious room, lloyd of space and good facilities. The property location is close to the beach but access is restricted due to all beach front properties not allowing access through. We were given a voucher for a drink at Tiki bar on the beach but not easy to find. Felt like trespassing going though a hotel to access the beach.

• Kristen (6/5): Comfy beds but not great beach access. - The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The beach chair rental was a bonus! The location is deceiving. The 4 minute walk to the beach includes crossing a divided highway and walking through another hotel and restaurant. The whole hotel had a moldy or musty smell. The ice machine was far. The pillows were too small and needed to be replaced.

• Isaubir (10/5): Great stay with excellent service, I would definitely come back. - The stay was excellent overall. The property is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The only point I would suggest improving is the smoking area. It would be better to designate a separate space for smokers, rather than having it near the main entrance/lobby walkway.

• Ireland007 (5/5): - This felt more like a motel than a hotel. No frills. Booking.com categorized them as having a shuttle to the airport. Technically true, I guess, but you had to book it, pay for it in cash, and it stopped by a number of other motels on the way to the airport.

• 638papil (4/5): Stay or go - Arrived on 04/03/2026, staffs are helpful and polite, room was not polished as advertised and whole second floor smelt strong chlorine, just for a night's sleep I guess I would be o.k. Tiny half size pillow was kind of bothering, then air conditioner came on like earthquake, the non-stop traffic and street noise was SCARY !! We struggled for three hours and decided it was in no way we could get some sleep for the night and we went north (home) at 1 a.m. By the way, advertised was $120 per day as was charged $240 plus $15 parking and registration fee though money was not my concern. It was very disappointing, extremely!

• Anthony (9/5): Clean comfortable, value for money, good location, would stay again - Good location, room was big and comfortable, bed was large and facilities in the room very good and all working. Pool was clean with sun loungers and covered beds if you needed to keep out of the direct sunshine. Beach chairs could be hired from reception which was a nice touch. Parking was included in the price. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

• Michael (4/5): Not staying in this area again. - Pizza place Beach access is only on a public beach, which the night we were there was shut off and with all the condos you cant get through anywhere else.. The hotel is on the opposite side of the street than the beach is. Where the night life is is a good 20-30 min walk. They advertise they have an airport shuttle, they do not. That consist of you getting your own ride.

• Michael (5/5): Don’t expect much. Nice place to stay if you’re on a budget. Very simple and basic. - It was clean. Rooms were basic but dreary and dark. Staff were pleasant and nice. No complaints here. The biggest complaint is the location. The ad on booking said beach access. This is far from the truth. No beach access at all. It’s across from the water but you can’t access this area of beaches. Very misleading. The hotel is old. Although it says it’s renovated, it’s not or it’s cheaply done. But it’s reflected in the price. It’s not an expensive place to stay. So you get what you pay for. Pool is very rugged and old.

• R4461ZSgregh (2/5): Worst experience ever! - RUN!!! This place just provided my wife and I the worst experience of our lives staying at a hotel. To make this simple and straight to the point. We checked in, placed our luggage in the room and had to run to a meeting. When we arrive back to the hotel I noticed that the bedding did'nt look fresh and the closer I looked I could tell that it was dirty. I pulled back the comforter and there were spots of dried blood on the sheets in multiple areas. I honestly could not believe it. I immediately called downstairs and they told me they would call me back. It took 45 minites before someone called me back! There was know one in house keeping working. Finally they put me in another room after and an hour and a half and promised that they would take care of me. The next morning I spoke with Angela and she assured me that they would make it right but she did'nt have the authority I was told to call Erich the General manager when he arrived on Tuesday and he would make it right. The second I called him he was rude, unprofessional and literally blamed me for the blood in the bedding. He told me that he would be doing nothing and he could careless of any review. My advise is to stay away from this place and take your money somewhere else.

• Vladimir (5/5): - The location is more or less good. It takes about a 25 minutes to get to a beach. People that work there were great, very friendly and quick to respond. This hotel have very good pictures on this app, but in reality the place is much older and worse. I think the last time it was updated was in 90s. Our entire room have smelled like cigarettes even though it was marked as non-smoking room. Everything we have smelled like cigarettes now.

• Jayne (5/5): It was OK for two nights stay - It was clean, but Old Too far away from everything fun, not as close to the beach as stated online, on a main road, some staff were not helpful at all, once we figured out the buses, that worked great as only paid one dollar for a person to travel down to where all the action was. Had difficulty pulling up the schedule so I had to wait until our bus came.

• Marjorie Fix (9/5): This was a wonderful budget location to enjoy the Florida beach vibe in a great neighborhood. - The room was great..super comfortable bed, room to move around, and a fridge and microwave. It was in a very nice neighborhood, about 10 minutes walk from a beautiful expanse of beach. Places to eat and buy food were close by. The pool area was really nice...lots of loungers and landscaping. The water in the pool was nice and warm. The bus stops were easy to get to for venturing into other parts of the city. We didn't like the cigarette smoke by the pool, but it wasn't too bad.

• Paula (2/5): Dreariest hotel we've ever stayed in - Location was great in the sense that it was centrally located. Although, it was listed as 5 mins from the beach. Try 15 through a construction zone. And the beach chairs were $5 daily with $70 deposit. Lots of hot water and the multi-nozzle shower head was nice with lots of water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was nice, clean, and the pool was heated as advertised. The towels and bedding were clean. Wifi was good. Dreariest hotel we ever stayed in- everything was brown: ceiling to floor brown tiles in the bathroom, brown rug and flooring. Aside from the dated and ugly decor, it was not as represented. The kitchen facilities were impossible to cook in since the appliances were in 3 separate locations with no place to prepare anything. Plus, one of the sinks did not have any hot water. Totally inadequate lighting in the toilet cubby and the shower which was already dark from the dark brown tile. The brown tile in the shower did mask the black mold spots though. One of our units was listed as a ocean-view which was outright false advertising since there aren't any units in the whole "Beach Club" that had an ocean view. Exterior was seedy looking and not as shown in the ad.
