• lindsay (9/5): Very good hotel - I was on the Club floor, 21st and up, which is fabulous. Big pool, open on 2 and a half sides, 5 stories high, hardly ever used, fantastic view, seating everywhere, open to breeze. Nice aircon lounge for breakfast and happy hour. Excellent staff. Nice breakfast, quite adequate. Room comfortable, not huge, but big bath, separate rain shower. Good aircon. I had view of harbour. WiFi very poor in evening. I complained every night, WiFi would disappear. They tried to help, but not effective. No comfortable seating, just one, uncomfortable chair. Also, as rain shower was free standing, there was a lip round that part of the bathroom, which was a trip hazard, especially at night. Bathroom had 2 doors, and was all glass, I bumped into the door several times. Some updates needed, the door not disturb knobs were worn out and not legible. Overall though a very good hotel

Vor allem als Alleinreisende war es toll, mit Snacks, und rundum-Komfort versorgt zu werden. Abgesehen davon liebe ich es im freien zu Frühstücken und der Klimaanlage zu entgehen. Das war hier wunderbar möglich. Nichts
• Jimmy (7/5): Worse than it seems. - The location of this hotel is great. It is easy to get to and the building looks beautiful. While it's not hidden, it is not made clear that the infinity pool is not included and instead requires a significant additional fee. Breakfast is expensive for the location. Lighting the bathroom light brightens up the entire room, including the bed which is not great when sharing. Turning of the lights in the bed area also turns off the light in the bathroom which is not smart.

Top war auch der späte Check out und die Möglichkeit danach noch im Hotel und am Pool zu relaxen. Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Zur Metro sind es vielleicht 300 m, belebte Businness-Gegend mit vielen Cafes, Bars und Supermärkten. Kleinigkeiten: Das Internet hat manchmal etwas gemuckt. Smart TV könnte ein Update vertragen (etwas umständlich etwas zu streamen). Mein Zimmer ging zur Pool-Area raus, so dass man sich etwas beobachtet fühlt.
• Naheed (9/5): Excellent stay in a central location. - The hotel was centrally located and the outside was beautiful. I disliked that they didn’t provide water in the fridges/rooms instead you had to go to the 12th floor to fill up a glass. It would have been better if they want to be eco friendly to provide water stations on each floor and cold water in glass bottles in the fridges. I also think they should have provided douche showers. The interior was also a little dated.
• Lorenzo (9/5): Nice hotel close to Chinatown - Very nice hotel, lots of greenery, located in a strategic position close to Chinatown and subway. We've been staying in the Club Rooms, so we could use the swimming pool al 21st floor, very nice and relaxing, as well as the aperitif served in the afternoon, very good. Breakfast was good, frankly speaking I would have expected more variety but it's ok. IMHO the rooms need an improvement: in particular the furniture was quite old and the wood was wrecked in many points, a refurbishment could be a good idea for such a hotel like this; moreover there weren't many sockets, thus such operations as phone charging have been a bit difficult.

The hallway ways in the property need new carpet, it’s old and tired. The concierge downstairs needs to be proactive. I don’t think we’ve even been acknowledged, let alone spoken to by the concierge on our last two stays.

• Simone (10/5): - Prima locatie, zo uit de metro het hotel in. We kwamen heel vroeg aan maar mochten de koffers achterlaten en ook douchen en het zwembad gebruiken. Ook op de dag dat we weggingen mocht dat. Personeel was allemaal even vriendelijk. Wij hadden een club kamer en dat is het extra geld zeker waard. Een veel mooier zwembad (wij hadden zelfs een kamer die er op uit keek) , een eigen bar /ontbijtruimte. Kamer was groot en schoon, fijne bedden. Eigenlijk niets!

• Aline (10/5): Vale a pena pela beleza e sustentabilidade do Hotel - Arquitetonicamente o Oasia Hotel Downtown é imperdível. Um exemplo de construção sustentável combinado com vegetação abundante e decoração belíssima. A área de recepção com piscina no andar 21 é incrível. A sustentabilidade está presente também nas pequenas coisas do dia a dia do Hotel. A localização é ótima, o Hotel está situado na região coreana de Singapura, a poucos passos do metrô, numa área repleta de restaurantes. Praticamente Chinatown, já que as comunidades são vizinhas. O quarto é confortável e bem decorado. Gostei das opções de água nos pavimentos e da disponibilidade de bicicletas para os hóspedes. A nossa hospedagem oferecia happy hour, que infelizmente não experimentamos. O café da manhã é bom, mas pelo padrão do Hotel, eu esperava mais. Senti falta de tomadas no dormitório. O banheiro é dividido do quarto com um vidro leitoso. De dia funciona bem, ao entrar no banheiro e acender a luz, não se vê o interior do lado de fora. No entanto, à noite, com o quarto escuro, ao entrar no banheiro e acender a luz, fica tudo visível, o que achei inconveniente pela falta de privacidade. Não há uma equipe grande no Hotel, à noite fica praticamente vazio e foi difícil encontrar alguém para nos dar suporte. No entanto, os funcionários foram atenciosos.

• Vera Marie (10/5): wonderful stay at Oasia Hotel Downtown - We had a wonderful stay at Oasia Hotel Downtown Singapore. The location is excellent—there’s a hawker street inside the mall right at the back of the hotel, and it’s only a 5–8 minute walk to Chinatown, where you can explore the night market. Convenience stores like 7-Eleven and cafés are just across the road, making everything very accessible. Despite being so central, the hotel feels peaceful and relaxing. Grab and taxi rides were very easy to catch, and there is a lobby area where staff are available to assist you with your luggage. They also offer convenient luggage storage, which is very helpful for early arrivals or late departures. A nice touch was the free coffee and water available in the lobby. The lobby itself is located on the 12th floor, which adds to the calm and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were especially helpful—Scott assisted us when we asked if we could quickly use the club pool, which we really appreciated. The building itself is very unique, with its striking design and lush greenery all around, giving it a refreshing “urban jungle” feel that makes the stay even more memorable. Overall, we loved this hotel and highly recommend it. We will definitely come back again. NA

• carmen (6/5): Average stay for the price - Location was great. Nice room service staff. The rug in the room was smelly and full of stains. The front desk staff are not good at their job, I have booked 3 rooms, and they checked me into 2 rooms and didn't check me into the 3rd room, so I have to return to them again. The front desk receptionist said all rooms have twin beds but I found all rooms have double beds set up instead.

• Talia (9/5): Loved it and (as a travel agent) would recommend to my own customers, friends and family! - Our trip was for our anniversary, which I let the hotel know. They surprised us with a sign and treats laid out on our bed. We had a club room with a view of the pool which was beautiful to look at from above. The bathroom was spacious with a tub, but I felt the layout with the shower next to it was a bit awkward as it made the whole floor wet. Beds and pillows were comfy and the room was a good size. Club Lounge rooms came with breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge (which I knew) but I didn't know about them in the room which kept getting replenished. I also wasn't aware you could get 10 min massages (first in, best dressed) on certain nights of the week. It was nice to have the snacks which we used on one occasion, but we are not big drinkers so did not use the cocktail hours. Regarding the transportation nearby, Tajong Pagar is a stone's throw from the hotel. I knew this but wasn't really thinking of what it would mean for our specific itierary and if it was convenient or an out of the way location, but in practice it worked really well with most of the places being on the same line or only needing to connect once. We only had a more complicated connection once, and on that occasion we went to Maxwell and walked back as it was simpler - so a great location. There are 2 pools on level 27 but I think one has been under construction for a time, it was ok, but we didn't use the one that was open. I think the breakfast at the Club lounge had very few options and it more or less was alternated across 2 menus. It would be wise to think if you are getting a club room if you would use the other value adds to make sure you aren't just upgrading for the purpose of having an included breakfast. It's not terrible by any means, just not offering much variety.

Very good location as well, close to Chinatown and metro station Room was not clean at all and this did not change through my stay. Black hairs everywhere, lots of dust, ... Standard pools are not worthwile at all to spend some time, only one that's actually nice is the one at club level but this means paying extra for something that should be standard.

Хорошая сантехника, приятное помещение. А каков экстерьер… Стоило бы починить кнопки на лифтах. Иногда их достаточно тяжело вызвать. Завтрак показался дороговатым и неинтересным. Вроде еда относительно европейская, но производит странное впечатление.

• Yaling (7/5): - Location is relatively in close proximity to all attractions. Reception is located in an non-airconditioned area (half outdoor) so you can imagine when tired guests awaiting checking-in, it can be quite hot and humit while waiting. Not a great condition for the staff working at the reception either. The design is very creative but maybe not for Singaporean weather. There's no face towels in the bathrooms, which is slightly different from all other hotels we have stayed. So couldn't conveniently wash face fory younger child. Rubbish bin could have a divider so we can separate the recyclable from general rubbish. There were two swimming pools but only one is opened for guests from 9am to 6pm which is a timing hard to catch considering we spend most of the day time out and about. The renovation of the other pool was not mentioned at the time of our booking nor a message received from the hotel after the booking informing us so. We stayed at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium from 14 Apr to 16 Apr and renovation noise was informed way ahead of our stay so we were prepared. Hence, based on the above mentioned experiences, my family felt that Oasia is not really worth the money we paid and a bit 'average'.

Als Club-Gast haben Sie ein Room über dem 21 Stockwert, der Club-Ebene. Hier befindet sich auch der Pool und ein kleiner, klimatiersierter Dining Room für Frühstück, Snacks und Apero. Vieles ist inklusiv und die Zone um den Pool biete viel Platz und Ruhe. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist gut, könnte etwas besser sein. Die Immobilie ist 10 Jahre alt und ist -bei sicherlich guter Belegung- etwas schlecht gewartet. Die Elektrik im Zimmer fiel zeitweise aus, resp. lies sich Nachts nicht mehr ausschalten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr gewissenhaft, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

• Yayoi (7/5): シャワーヘッドと朝食がダメでした - ダンジョンパガー駅から歩いてすぐ シャワーヘッドが丸くなく、細長い形なので安定せず使い勝手が非常に悪かった。 朝食の種類が少なくて、さして美味しくもなく４５００円の値打ちは全くなかった(このホテルに泊まる前にKLの五つ星のホテルで、毎朝食を堪能してたので、ついそれと比較してしまったのは私のミスですが、オアシアの１０倍位の種類があって本当に毎朝楽しみでした)
