Pet Policy
- Only cats and dogs are allowed at the property for Deluxe room only.
- Pets weighing under 10 kilograms are allowed at the property for an extra charge of THB 1,500 per night per pet.
- Pets are allowed in a limited number of rooms and must be requested in advance so that a pet-friendly room is allocated prior to arrival.
- The property reserves the right of admission. Accommodations can be denied to guests whose pets are considered disruptive.
- When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Kindly be informed that dusitD2 Khao Yai will be under development project from 19 January 2022 to 28 February 2023, and the work scope consists of the lawn next to the lake and surrounding area.

- Milos (8/5): Unique Khao Yai Hotel option - The room was great: spacious, bright and unique with a bath for two in the center of it. Bathroom is a part of the open space (there is a curtain to separate it from the sleeping area) so that may be deal breaker for some. We loved it. There is a rock climbing wall, kids play room, bicycles to rent, and other family fun options. The hotel is at the end of a long road, far from any restaurants or stores. A two plate lunch was $40 - really steep for what it was. Hotel breakfast was very average with not too many options.

- Alexandra (8/5): Tolle Lage und schöner Ausblick - viel Ruhe - Die Lage ist super - etwas abseits daher ruhig und entspannt. Mit dem Auto kann man dennoch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und den Park einfach und schnell erreichen. Das Hotel ist modern und sauber braucht jedoch einwenig Modernisierung. Unterhalb unseres Balkons war eine sehr laute Wasserpumpe das war unglaublich stören, sobald die an war war es aus mit Natur und Vögel Gezwitscher. Und wie gesagt an einigen Stellen muss dringen repariert werden. Auch am Pool und Essbereich.

De kamers zijn mooi en met het balkon zeer comfortabel. De airconditioning deed het twee avonden niet en de eerste avond moesten er twee monteurs een uurtje werken aan de reparatie. De airco wordt vis de receptie geregeld, dus we moesten bellen om hem aan te laten zetten.

- william (9/5): if you need somewhere to chill then this is the place. - A warm welcome when we checked in. The room was spotless. Very good breakfast with plenty for everyone. We used the restaurant for our evening meal and the choice was excellent. Our stay was made even better by a young girl called Lily who was super friendly Our short break could not have been better for a short relaxing holiday. You really do need some sort of transport as the hotel is a little isolated.

Initially well-designed, the resort appeared outdated and quite poorly-maintained. The location is good as far as Khao Yai goes, but there isn’t any spectacular view from the rooms. Perhaps if the trees were trimmed, there would’ve been.
