- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent service, bad location - Good clean room with excellent service. But very cold on the 4 floor - it was heating but it wasn't working well on the 4 floor. Bad location - a lot of mud, ugly buildings, strange people.

- Mariya (8/5): С отелем не прогодали! 👍 - Хороший отель, устроил по всем параметрам - "цена-качество ", недалеко от Модного квартала, чисто, тихо, есть холодильник, чайник и всё необходимое. Ночевали одну ночь семьей из 3 человек в полулюксе, без завтрака - цена отличная для такого номера!
- Nikita (10/5): - Описание соответсвует действительности, рядом есть рынок, где можно купить рыбку в подарок. Также рядом есть интересный квартал с кафе и барами, можно вкусно и недорого покушать. Брали на одну ночь, до аэропорта дорога заняла буквально 10 минут.
- Sergey (6/5): Бюжетно - В целом неплохо, завтрак щедрый. Номера неплохо оборудованы. Однако было жарко в городе, кондиционера нет ни в одном номере, измучались. Холодильник общий на гостиницу.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 매우 추천합니다. - 주인이 영어를 의사소통 가능할정도로 잘 합니다. 주인을 직접 보진 못했지만(투어 예약해 달라고 통화만 함), 나머지 직원들도 친절합니다. 직원들은 영어를 못하지만 친절합니다. 특히 음식을 만들어주시는 아주머니가 아주 푸근하니 좋습니다. 예약해준 투어도 가이드가 젊은 남자였는데 매우 자상했습니다.(물론 영어는 안 통합니다만 몇 단어 정도는 알더군요) 숙소는 청결했고 방마다 온도 조절을 할 수 있어서 반팔입고 잤습니다. 그리고 가장 큰 메리크는 숙박에 포함된 조식과 석식이었습니다. 맛도 있을 뿐더러 러시아 가정식을 맛 볼 수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 저는 식당 밥보다 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 건 샤먼바위나 마을 중심부에서 좀 멀다는 건데(걸어서 20~30분), 뭐 굳이 여러번 왔다갔다 할일이 없어서 크게 상관은 없었습니다. (마을에서 딱히 할게 없어요) 혼자가서 조금 비싸다는 생각도 들었지만, 이인 이상이라면 더할 나위 없을 것 같네요. 와이파이도 제법 잘 터집니다.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 바이칼 호수로 이동하기 전&후 가성비 숙소로 적극 추천!! - 바이칼호수를 목적으로 하는 여행에서 중앙시장 근처의 깔끔하고 가성비 좋은 숙소! 직원이 영어도 유창하고 친절했으며, 시설이 깔끔하고 가격대비 매우 이용하기 좋았음. 숙소에서 바이칼 호수로 이동하는 버스로 바로 예약 가능하고 버스가 숙소로 픽업을 와서 편리함. 바이칼호수로 갈 때 캐리어도 보관해주고 저렴한 비용에 친절한 서비스에 매우 만족함.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Aucune insonorisation entre les chambres... on avait l'impression de dormir avec les voisins !!! Idem dans la salle-de-bain. De plus nous déconseillons de passer par la réception pour réserver un trajet en bus pour vous rendre à l'ile d'Olkhon car ils prennent une commission de 200 roubles par personne (alors que sur l'île les guesthouse prennent 50 roubles...) pour un billet qui coûte 1'000.- roubles. Déçu par rapport à ce qui est décrit sur ebookers, nous ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement et ne le recommandons pas, vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux à Irkoutsk !
- Verified traveler (4/5): - They did not pick me up at the airport as promised and reconfirmed that morning again by phone. There was no one with a sign, after looking thoroughly and calling them with no answer on the phone, I took an alternate means to get to the hotel. The room was basic which I expected. However, the window had no screen and the room was quite warm. Breakfast was good for the area. My shock came when they insisted that I pay 500 rubles for the ride to the hotel that never materialized. After a long discussion, I paid the 500 rubles for the phantom ride since I still needed their help in getting a taxi to the airport, which was only 250 rubles in a reliable taxi. The dishonesty put me off so I would not stay here. According to my Lake Baikal tour guide, there are many better hotels for about the same price.

- Alain (8/5): Good place for short stay - Good location. Room was average size but the bathroom was very small with a mini sink. Personnel at the desk varied from very helpful to ok.
- Chiaki (10/5): 朝食込みで、コストパフォーマンス◎ - 部屋はコンパクトですが、狭すぎることはなく、十分な設備。エアコンはなくホテル全体で空調管理をされていたようです。シャワーの水はけが少し悪かったのと、冷蔵庫がなかったのが残念ですが、ヘアドライヤーも備え付けられ、毎日の清掃も行き届き、満足です。スタッフは大体英語が話せ、日本語が話せる人も１名いました。見やすいHPもあり、そこからレイトチェックインと空港送迎（800ルーブル）に対応してもらいましたが、レスポンスも早く、安心できました。リストビャンカや空港行きのバス停もそれぞれ近く、便利です。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - If you would like to Olkhon island, you can book the van ticket with the hotel. It is more easier to the central market. I booked for junior suite, room is big, and clean. Only one thing that I concern is if you have many baggage, you may request first's floor room.
- Venus (8/5): Good location and good value - Accessible by bus nearby, just 10-min walk from the Central market, and 20-min from the 130 zone. The Reception staff were helpful with good English. Other staff though may not speak English but were also helpful. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. In gist, very good value!

- Aurélien (8/5): Séjour à Irkoutsk - Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet hôtel pour visiter Irkoutsk et le lac baïkal. Il est légèrement retiré de la rue donc plutôt calme et à proximité du marché. Les chambres sont propres, les personnes à l'accueil parlent anglais et sont attentionnées. Le bémol : les murs sont pas épais et si vous avez des voisins pas très discrets, vous les entendrez comme si ils étaient dans votre chambre.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel - Nice hotel with helpful English speaking staff. As a solo traveller, I always give credit to hotel with single room. I have stayed 2 nights, one in a standard single and one in superior single. No great difference except slightly spacious bathroom, nevertheless money difference was insignificant too. Clean room, 5 min walk to Tram 1 to/from train ration. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

- Kim (8/5): An okay hotel for a good price - The hotel were in a central location, close to the central market and the central market bus stop with buses going to Listvyanka. However, the street in which the hotel was situated in was a little bit shady. The staff were very nice. The rooms were okay, not more. We used them for sleeping and they fulfilled their purpose. We thought there was an AC but there was NOT and it didn't say anything about it in the booking so the hotel is not to blame. But be aware of the NO AC. Also, the walls are paper thin. People in other rooms sound like they are in your room.

The room was a bit smallish and the shower was directly above the toilet, which was an interesting thing. However the room did the trick and was what was promised. The location is splendid as it is close to the tourist information center and the central bus station. Breakfast was OK. I would stay here again. Especially as the staff was so hospitable and assisting.

- Hsin Jung (10/5): 性價比高、出行方便、能英文溝通 - 房間乾淨整齊設備新，雖然不大，但放兩個大行李足夠。早餐簡單，但有額外的免費自選項目，很週到。飯店員工態度好，能英文溝通，提供不少協助。一出來就是中央市場，電車公車站都有，出行方便，即使走路到馬克思大街或130街區，也只需要20-25分鐘。算是性價比高的旅館。

- AYOUNG (10/5): Don't go to the guesthouse. Go here! - It is clean and the breakfast is delicious. He gave me loads of luggage, and I was able to keep luggage at the lobby. It was also good to walk around the central market. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The poor roads seem to be characteristic of Russia. Carefully drag the carrier. 깨끗하고 조식이 맛있다. 무거운 짐도 들어다 주었으며, 로비에서 짐 보관도 흔쾌히 해주었다. 중앙시장을 걸어서 다니기에도 좋았다. 호텔 앞에 버스 정류소도 있다. 도로가 좋지 못한 건 러시아의 특징인거 같다. 캐리어를 조심히 끌어야한다. 진짜 관리 안되고 후진 게스트하우스들보다 이 곳을 강력히 추천한다. 블라디 게하는 좋았는데 이르쿠츠크 게하에서는... 일본이나 우리나라처럼 큰 돈도 아니니 개고생 하지 말고 만원~만오천원 더 주고 호텔급에서 묵어야 겠다는 생각이 절로 들었다. (그 게하 후기 썼다가 게시 못 한다는 통보도 받았다)
- man (8/5): Good hotel near to the shopping mall - We have stayed two separate nights after overnight flight and long travelling from Baikal. The hotel facilities were good except that there was no hot shower at -20 degree Celsius. We were disappointed.
- Daniel (10/5): Clean and Friendly Hotel for Good Price. - The hotel is near the Central Market Bazaar and within walking distance to most points downtown. All the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful (and English speaking at reception). The economy room is very small but comfortable enough and clean. Good wifi, good hot water, good price, great breakfast. I would stay here again.
