It Tina and her team could not be more helpful and set up a WhatsApp group that enabled speedy responses to any queries. We stayed in Daphne Villa which was delightful and wow the large pool, outdoor loungers and dinning areas were great and such a spacious outdoor area. I would really welcome this place to stay. It is a bit on the outskirts however this lets it is immaculate. The villa allows you to totally chill during the day and the very reasonably prices transfer service (compared to the uber costs) is superb for evening visits across the island. We all had an amazing stay here and would definitely return.

Nous avons pu avoir des plats préparés d'une excellente qualité, la mer est à proximité ainsi qu'un bon restaurant local recommandé par les propriétaires. Navette aéroport ou port gratuite. Nous étions 8 adultes et pour être vraiment bien installé le logement est fait pour 6. Il y a 3 chambres ( deux chambres avec 1 lit double, une chambre avec deux lits simples , le dernier couchage est sur deux banquettes dans le salon où il n'y a pas de rideau ni de volets. Difficile quand vos enfants sont des adultes (peu d'intimité). Proximité de l'aéroport.

Clean, spacious and proximity to the beach and supermarket, it was comfortable and convinient throughout. Everything was just perfect with the villa More importantly our host Tina was so welcoming and she helped us with some really good suggestions to get around Santorini. 11 out of 10 frankly for this place.
- Allison (10/5): Beautiful place to stay for a family - Beautiful place ideal for a family, we absolutely loved our stay, Tina the host was always available for any questions we had, also she set up a WhatsApp group so we could arrange transfers through her and contact her if we needed to. Amazing pool especially to cool down after 29-33 degrees heat while we were there. We were a family of 6 and my 2 granddaughters loved every minute, we were there for my daughters wedding so was a lovely place to relax on the following day in the pool, we also had a photo shoot before we left and received the photos yesterday, thank you they are so lovely , thank you once again Tina we had a really lovely stay 😘 Nothing

- Nicola (7/5): Overall a good stay. - The location was good in that it was tucked away from the really touristy areas and so it was very easy to get around and parking was right outside. We stayed in Imerovigli before hand and parking and driving around was a bit of a nightmare in comparison. Because the island is so small, the villa is an excellent base to visit other areas and is very close to Fira, which is lovely and definitely worth a visit, particularly for the shops. The owner was very welcoming and helpful and the place was spotlessly clean. The swimming pool and outdoor area were lovely, with a great outdoor eating area alongside. The villa is located very close to the airport, but we really didn't mind that. There are very few planes and it was quite convenient, particularly as the owner kindly let us leave our baggage there on the last day and offered use of a shower etc, given that we had a late evening flight home. Unfortunately there are two new villas being built next door, which is not mentioned in the villa description. These totally overlook the swimming pool and there is no longer a view of the sea from the villa as a result. It also meant that the building works and banging started at 7 am and the pool was totally overlooked by workmen, which felt incredibly intrusive. Whilst none of this is the owner's fault, I absolutely think this should have been mentioned and reflected in the price. Personally, I would offer a discount until the building work is completed and amend the description on Booking.com to reflect the lack of sea view. I would also say that, for the price and the size, the villa was very poorly equipped with cooking utensils etc. and, worth noting, if the weather is bad, there is actually nowhere to eat inside, although there is plenty of room to add a small table or an island in the kitchen area.

- Tracy (9/5): Excellent accommodation , would visit again - The pool and garden area was exceptional . The hospitality of the the hosts amazing and housekeeping really amazing . The Villa was quite remote . This was known and accepted as comparably this was great value for santorini but you will need a car . I hadn’t appreciated that the owner would live next door , this was lovely as on hand to support but the adjacency may not be for everyone

- Adrian (10/5): Beautiful villa with private pool & sunrise view - Very beautiful villa with private pool & parking space. Good location - only a 5 minute drive to Kamari beach & 15 mins away from Thira. The airport is also 5 mins away. Spacious and clean, very well equipped. Great communication with our host. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good wifi connection. I’d recommend a longer stay, unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights. The private pool area was awesome. Great view of the sunrise! Since it is located near the airport it can get a bit noisy but nothing too serious. Didn’t stop us from enjoying every moment

- Shelley (10/5): Beautiful perfection - Having our own private pool was a huge bonus! It kept the kids busy for hours! The whole set up is phenomenal. The staff is amazing! We left our own personal dirty laundry in a bag and it was returned clean and folded! Talk about being pampered! Did I mention that it is a very short walk to your own private beach!?! Everything is amazing here! I would come back here a million times.

Tina went out of her way to ensure that we were well taken care of, and her little comfort touches were very much appreciated. We were a family of 6 adults, and everyone can room to spread out and enjoy themselves without feeling like we were on top of each other. The outdoor living space was spectacular and truly make the house exceptional. Thank you for going above and beyond and offering a fabulous place to stay.
- Chinmay (10/5): Excellent stay and great hospitality - We were a group of 8 (7 adults + 1 baby) and were lucky enough to stay at Kalypso Houses in Santorini. The place is absolutely stunning and kept immaculately clean. The location is perfect as its only a 10 min drive from the airport and 5 min walk to the beach!! The staff are really nice and quite often they went out of their way to help us, they didnt have to but they did and it made our trip even more memorable. Santorini is a beautiful island and if you ever visit then i would highly recommend you to stay at Kalypso houses, you will get the best hospitality, clean surroundings and a lot of peace too. It is not your tourist trap, it is a home that runs like a hotel!! Just brilliant!!!! Thank you... Room Tip: nice views, beach accessible, great hospitality and very friendly people
