Qualche dotazione aggiuntiva nel kit da bagno. Nel complesso è un'ottima scelta come 3 stelle ma un 4 stelle così così.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind eine Zumutung. Das Badezimmer, vor allem die Duschen sind unzumutbar. Müssen kernsaniert werden.

La douche était vieille et débordait. Des cheveux remontaient. Le WC....une horreur ! Pour aller aux toilettes, on avait les pieds dans la vidange de la douche. Nous avions les pieds trempés. Le petit déjeuner horrible. Le café americano, du café soluble ! À l'accueil, aucun effort pour que l'on comprenne. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Pamela (1/5): Whoever rated this Hotel 4 stars needs to get another job. Definitely NOT 4 stars - The bed was ok that’s about it! So disappointing, definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Room is too small for our 2 suitcases to be stored easily, decor is very dated, knob is missing on bedside cabinet, only one pillow per person, no tea / coffee making facilities although a kettle was provided for a €10 security deposit- who’d want to steal it? and they charged us for a tiny cup of milk! Wifi is really bad, cannot get the adapter to charge our phones to fit into the sockets, had to use the adaptor they provided with the kettle, measly toiletries in plastic sachets, shower head cannot be adjusted and looks ancient, shower cubicle is tiny. Breakfast was average at best. Pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. We’d accept all of this if the hotel was a 1, 2 or 3 star hotel, but not acceptable for a 4 star hotel!!! The hotel is further out of the town than indicated on the map, which is ok going into the town as it’s downhill, but returning is demanding. As this is the only town to stay in in order to get the ferry I really wouldn’t bother spending more than one night, and then only stay in this hotel if it’s had a major re-vamp. The person on reception is nice enough. Husband had to work downstairs due to room being so small, and said that lots of the power points did not work for him to be able to use his lapttop, the tv was blaring loud music at the only place he could sit and work and when he asked staff to turn it down / off they said it has to be on for the music! …… there was no-one else there apart from staff to “enjoy” the music! Luckily he had his noise canceling headphones!😤😤

Bella (8/5): Great room size and facilities to the pool. Staff were friendly and welcoming, lovely stay - great room and space inside, the staff were friendly and helpful making an easy check in. The pool was lovely with enough sunbeds around I didn't like that we had to wear swimming caps inside the pool, and had to purchase them as we didn't have them, and also hire the pool towels, it all adds up meaning the value for money wasn't as good.

van Bemmel (1/5): Er zijn veel betere hotels - De stad Het personeel was onvriendelijk, badkamer was niet schoon, elektriciteit was kapot in de kamer en ze gaven ons een nog slechter kamer terug, heel gehorig, schoonmaakster stond om 08:30 in de ochtend al voor de deur en het ontbijt was karig.

mhiri (5/5): - La proximité du centre ville et le petit déjeuner L'accueil a la réception froid. Personne ne parle le français et on te fait comprendre que n'importe quel langage sauf français. Il y a eu une soirée a l'hôtel on n'a pas pus dormir correctement a cause du bruit des cris et de la musique. Dommage que l'expérience de cette hôtel a été mauvaise car la Sardaigne et magnifique

Olha (10/5): - Останавливались на две ночи. Все прекрасно! Номер просторный,светлый,все необходимое есть Завтрак,как завтрак!Голодными не останетесь!Девочки на ресепшене приветливые Об отеле остались приятные впечатления Если в этих местах будем ,то непременно остановимся снова!

Martin (2/5): - I don’t normally leave reviews but making an exception here to express my disappointment. Pictures on hotels.com were very misleading. 2 night trip shortened to one night. Shower leaked, bathroom door rotten, curtains stained and thought would come down when opening/closing them. Sofa also stained. Food poor. General condition overall is shabby. It was clean but frankly no idea why it is 4 star and certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone. More like 2 star.
Laurie (6/5): Surprenant - Le petit déjeuner est très varié et le personnel de l’accueil super sympathique :) Hôtel propre et beau. Une grande première de devoir porter un bonnet de bain pour aller à la piscine. Nous nous en sommes rendus compte en lisant les commentaires peur de temps avant notre arrivée à l’hôtel, malheureusement c’est assez dommage car la piscine est magnifique et ça donne envie mais nous ne pouvons pas. Grosse déception. Je viens régulièrement à Santa Teresa et l’hôtel que je prends habituellement n’était pas disponible. Je pense que le rapport qualité prix n’est pas la !

Hubert (9/5): - Ich bin spät angekommen und konnte den Pool leider nicht nutzen. Zimmer war groß genug, im Bad gab es Hacken zum Handtücher und Bademäntel aufzuhängen und Ablage möglichkeiten.
