- Wennmacher (5/5): Dieses Hotel werde ich nicht mehr aufsuchen. - Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum und unmittelbar an einer Tiefgarage Das Frühstück war höchstens mittelmäßig. Der Kaffeeautomat für die Anzahl der Gäste eine Katastrophe. Die Butter ( ich dachte es wären Eisbällchen) und am Stück. Es wurde dürftig nachgelegt. Die Betten extrem gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im Badezimmer fehlte eine Duschmatte. Das Personal, na ja es geht so.

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Parken: Ich hatte vorab geschrieben, dass wir ein hohes Auto haben. Mir wurde geantwortet, dass wir das vor Ort klären, aber es gab keine Lösung. Wir passten nicht in die Garage und mussten auf der Straße parken, was 3 € pro Stunde kostet...

Frühstück nicht direkt im Hotel sondern im Restaurant nebenan. Beim Frühstück ist noch Luft nach oben. Sehr wuselig und hektisch.

- Corinna (7/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück im dazugehörigen "täglich" war gut. Auch dort war das Personal freundlich. Unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof raus. Es war die ganze Nacht laut. Es war im Bad staubig und es klebten Haare im Waschbecken.

- Aideen (8/5): A lot of space in the heart of the town - Very comfortable bed, large bedroom and bathroom, very helpful staff, excellent wifi, and a great location. Going to the Taeglich cafe for breakfast is no problem (just a few steps across the courtyard) and quite enjoyable, even in snowy January, as this cafe is ‘the place to be’ for breakfast in Hameln! Overall, the hotel is excellent value for money, and I’d happily come back again. Just the chairs in the bedroom - a small cushion for your back would help make sitting the desk or table more comfortable.

- Paul (6/5): Position for the town centre excellent but ... - The room allocated was large and in good condition. The location for the town was excellent with the pedestrian area to the rear of the hotel. There is a secure underground car park opposite the hotel although the entrance is about 50 metres before it on a one way street. This means stopping outside the hotel to check-in results in having to drive around the one way system to get back to the underground car park - not a problem but something to remember. The exit though is opposite the hotel so carrying luggage from the car to the hotel is not a problem. We stayed in January so perhaps my comments are not always valid: the reception counter does not give a very good impression of the hotel - it looks like something out of the 1970s! There is no bar in the hotel itself - there is one in the cafe at the back of the hotel which is part of it. However, we couldn't take a drink to the room in the evening because of this. The reception closes early and is not open again until 7am. Again something to check. Breakfast is also not directly in the hotel but in the cafe. The choice was basic but OK but a little overpriced.

- Norbert (4/5): - Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft zu warm und etwas stickig. Die Boxspringeinzelbetten waren zusammen geschoben und nicht miteinander verbunden. Dafür Betten mit Rollfüssen versehen waren, wäre ich ums Haar zwischen den Betten aufgebaut den Fußboden gefallen. Um die Wärme aus dem Zimmer zu bekommen haben wir ein Fenster geöffnet. An sich kein Problem. Aber das Zimmer lag an der Straßenseite vor dem Hotel, wodurch man durch den Straßenlärm abends/nachts sehr schlecht schlafen konnte.

Genügend Platz für alles und alles was wir dabei hatten. Wobei wir nicht wirklich was ausgeräumt haben. Tolles Frühstück Das Ausziehsofa war zu hart. Und die Dame an der Rezeption war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dann aber sehr freundlich. Bei Frühstück braucht das Personal etwas lange um das schmutzige Geschirr abzuräumen. Wir haben uns mit dem Nachbartisch ausgeholfen.

- Holger (8/5): - Wir hatten nur für eine Nacht Aufenthalt. Das gebuchte Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung. Einfach und funktional. Das Frühstück im Nachbarrestaurant war wirklich überdurchschnittlich. Preis/ Leistung stimmten perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren nett und freundlich. Die Lage im Centrum von Hameln war super.

- ドンナキショット (10/5): 旧市街地で朝食コーヒー付きの落着くホテル - アップグレードしてもらい１泊の一人には広すぎる部屋、シャワー室だった。家具はないが、ソファー、椅子、長く低い台などがあり荷物置きには困らなかった。美味しい朝食に、部屋にはコーヒーメーカーもあった。 ブレーメンから夕方に着く予定が、電車の取消や途中駅で強制降車させられ、メール連絡はしたものの、スタッフには22時まで待機してもらい有難かった。ゆっくり滞在できず残念だった。 旧市街地で観光にはとても便利だが、鉄道駅からは距離があり、私は歩いたが、日没前に到着をお勧めする。
- Tomas (6/5): Ok - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral!! Schon bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption konnte man erleben, dass die Freundlichkeit des Personals stimmungsabhängig war. Die Möbel der Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten. Zum Frühstück musste man über den Hof in das gegenüber gelegene Restaurant. Wenn man den Frühstücksraum betrat, hatte man zunächst das Gefühl, man sei in einer Diskothek. Frühstück einfach gehalten, aber alles vorhanden.

- Andre´ (9/5): Toll gelegenes schönes Hotel in der Altstadt! - Frühstück gut, Zimmer klasse, Personal sehr aufmerksam! Fehlende Lebensmittel beim Frühstück könnten schneller aufgefüllt werden.

- Renate (8/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub in Hameln - Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, ruhiges Zimmer. Das Bad gefiel uns auch gut, da es hier eine angenehm große Dusche gab. Als "Großartig" kann man die Lage bezeichnen, nur durch einen kleinen Durchgang und schon ist man in der Fußgängerzone auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Da ich mit einem Rolli unterwegs bin, fiel mir sehr unangenehm auf, dass das Hotel nur über Stufen zu erreichen ist. Alleine wäre es schwierig... Ungewöhnlich ist, dass man zum Frühstück in ein anderes Gebäude muss, stört aber nicht wirklich.

- Nicole (5/5): Es war okay. - Es war sehr zentral gelegen. Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war zwar sauber, aber lieblos eingerichtet. Eine Renovierung wäre mal wieder nötig.

- Lutz (8/5): Für Wochenendtrip zu empfehlen - Gutes Frühstück inklusive. Große Räumlichkeiten. Toilettenbürstenhalter direkt unter Handtuchhaken ist sehr unglücklich.
