Окна номера выходят прямо на бьющую ключом жизнь Стамбула. Было настоящим удовольствием наблюдать сверху за проезжающим красным историческим трамвайчиком, слушать легкий гул вечернего города и впитывать эту неповторимую атмосферу. При этом в самом номере царила атмосфера уюта, тепла и комфорта. Интерьер выполнен со вкусом, персонал невероятно гостеприимен, а расположение идеальное — все главные достопримечательности, кафе и магазины находятся в шаговой доступности. Если вы хотите прочувствовать истинный ритм и душу Стамбула, этот отель — безупречный выбор! 10/10!

• Ceyda (8/5): Het was een fijne verblijf. - De locatie was geweldig. Je bent midden in de stad en het openbaar vervoer is makkelijk te bereiken. De kamer was erg schoon en ik had totaal niet last van overlast, vanwege de drukke straten. -

• Tamás (10/5): We truly recommend this spot for couples or small families to explore Istanbul, great experience. - The studio is in the middle of the city, directly at the Istiklal street, which is the heart of the area. There are great restaurants, pubs and shops in the neighbourhood. Many famous spots are quite close. The Galata tower is in a short walking distance, but we even reached the Topkapi castle and the bazaar on foot. The nearby Taksim square is a big traffic junction in case you want to use public transportation. The flat with 2 rooms itself is huge and clean. We were only two, but 2 couples or a smaller family can have a fair accomodation here (2 double beds). It has a unique atmosphere, with its interesting interior design. We loved the bathroom, which is tipical turkish, with wide space. The wifi worked well. The communication with the reception/operator was fast and easy via Whatsapp. Although there is a kitchen in the studio, its arrangement is suboptimal, especially the position of the sink, so it's not ideal to regular food preparation. The close proximity of the very popular pedestrian street and the restaurants makes the room noisy in the evening, however, it didn't really disturbed us.

• Regina (8/5): Good central Istanbul location - It was very well located, and I enjoyed the space that I had to myself. Bed was spacious and the balcony was lovely. I was close enough to tram lines and bus lines that it was very easy for me to get around even after my phone. Check in was easy. Host was lovely. If you’re someone who doesn’t walk well it will be very difficult for you with no elevator. But I didn’t mind it.

There are no lifts but the on site property manager kindly helped me move my luggage up the stairs. It is in a bustling area with great night life so can be a bit noisy at nights but it didn't bother me so giving 10 stars for the overall experience.

Сам отель очень уютный, номера большие, светлые и чистые, все что нужно есть. Были с подругой, нам все понравилось)) Красивый вид на ретро трамвай) Берите номера с окнами во двор. Красивый вид - это хорошо, но сама улица очень шумная

• Hanan (9/5): Fantastisch - Locatie is top! Midden in het centrum en vlakbij bezienswaardigheden, lopend naar oude stad of met tram. Veel, heel veel winkels in de buurt, het is er altijd druk. Echt ervaring van een levendige stad. Communicatie met Reza was prima. 👍🏼 Keukentje is niet helemaal voorzien van alle spullen die je mag verwachten. Maar we hebben eigenlijk alleen buiten gegegeten dus was ook niet nodig.

• Raquel (9/5): Un sitio estupendo para alojarse - Reza fue muy atento con nosotras en todo momento. Los apartamentos son muy bonitos y están bien cuidados, bien decorados y limpios y cómodos. La ubicación es muy buena, para moverte. Algunas luces no funcionaban (mesilla y ducha). La ventana del balcón no ajustaba bien. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal tienen bastante ruido cuando es fin de semana.

Еще на балконе стояли табуретки, на которых не комфортно сидеть. Если у вас такой классный балкон, оборудование его должно соответствовать

Nous avons eu un studio assez spacieux et très bien équipé. Reza a su palier au problème de la climatisation de manière assez rapide dés notre arrivée. Il nous a installé dans un hôtel juste à côté le temps de réparer la climatisation. Les réparations ont été rapide ( 2 jours) et nous avons retrouvé notre studio comme convenu. Merci à Reza pour l attention particulière accordée à ses clients! L absence d ascenseur qui nécessite de monter les étages à pied avec ses valises.

• Nicole (6/5): Erlebnisreich, gute Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt, gleich an der Einkaufsstrasse und beim Galata Turm. In der Nacht war die Strasse, die Restaurants/Bars sehr belebt und das Hotelzimmer doch angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer war viel zu kalt (Mitte April) und wir konnten mit der Lüftung nicht heizen. Die Verbindungstüre zwischen den Zimmern war in der Buchung nicht beschrieben. Wir haben ein Penthouse Apartment gemietet und dort kam in der Beschreibung keine Verbindungstüre vor. Die Türe war auch viel zu eng. Die Badezimmerspiegel sind sehr alt und fleckig. Die Haustüre unten an der Strasse geht nicht richtig zu und ist nur mit einem behelfsmässigen Draht mit dem Zahlencode gesichert. Es gibt keinen Lift. Der Toaster fehlte. I wasn’t provided the code before arrival, and I couldn’t get a timely response through Booking.com messaging. A staff member from a nearby building helped contact reception so I could enter. I also didn’t see this information clearly stated in the hotel listing. It would be helpful if the property sent key access details in advance. - No elevator inside the building: My room was on the fourth floor, and the staircase is narrow. Staff helped with luggage, but guests with heavy bags should be aware. Also, the property is located uphill, so reaching it on foot can be tiring unless using the cable car. - Air conditioning issue: The AC didn’t work during my stay and wasn’t fixed over three days. It didn’t impact me much due to the weather, but it may be an issue during hotter periods.

• Verena (2/5): Mogelpackung - Die Beschreibung auf booking und das was man in der Realität vorfindet, stimmen nicht überein. Standard Studio: 30 qm stimmt nicht. Es sind 26 qm. Eigene Küche: Auf dem Foto auf booking.com sieht man einen Wasserkocher, Teller, Gläser, eine Kapselkaffeemaschine, einen Köcher mit Küchenwerkzeug. Das existiert so nicht. Siehe Foto. Im Kästchen darunter liegt eine Kochplatte, aber es gibt weder einen Topf, noch eine Pfanne, noch Werkzeug ... Es gibt keine Minibar. Neben dem Fernseher standen 3 kleine Wasserflaschen, die nicht original verschlossen waren. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Es war eiskalt im Zimmer. Es wurde die Reparatur der Klimaanlage für den darauffolgenden Tag zugesagt. Das ist nicht passiert, wurde aber auch nicht kommuniziert. Als wir darauf hinwiesen, wurde uns gesagt, das würde am nächsten Tag geschehen. Beschreibung "In Ihrer eigenen Küche": Reinigungsmittel, Hochstuhl, Kaffeemaschine, Küchenutensilien, Toaster: nicht vorhanden. Kühlschrank: zentimeterdick vereist. Schimmel in der Dusche, Handtücher alt, ausgefranst, abgenutzt. Statt Holz- oder Parkettboden: abgewohnter Laminatboden. Kein Schreibtisch. Desolate Einrichtung. Aussicht: Siehe Fotos. Keine 24-Stunden-Rezeption. Nachts ist es sehr laut. Die Reaktion auf unsere mündliche Reklamation war ungehalten, auf die schriftlichen Beanstandungen wurde nicht reagiert, ebenso nicht auf unser Ersuchen um Rückerstattung, weil wir aufgrund der Zustände vorzeitig ausgecheckt haben.

Istanbul ist eine lebendige, impulsive Stadt, und wir waren mittendrin – genau das habe ich sehr genossen. Die Appartements sind modern ausgestattet, und mir gefiel besonders, wie Altes und Modernes harmonisch kombiniert wurden. An der Rezeption war Reza und er war sehr hilfsbereit und kümmerte sich hervorragend um uns. Bei Fragen oder wenn wir Unterstützung benötigten, war er immer für uns da.

• John (1/5): Dreadful - The apartment was a great disappointment. The shower cubicle was in the middle of the bedroom. The layout of the room was disorganised and uncomfortable. The window was over a dirty ally with little to no light. The apartment breached many European building control regulations; eg, toilet, shower and kitchen were unheigenic. The worst experience was having no access to the property on the night we arrived until a resident let us in and contacted the property manager. There were no staff at reception. The manager messaged that he would meet us in the morning but by 9.30am there was nobody at the reception desk. My wife and I left to find alternative accomodation. I will be seeking a refund.

So all pickup and drop off are done always a road either at the back or front of istiklal street. Lots of money exchange and lots of shopping shops with good food everywhere available. We have to walk with our luggage to any of the bookings which can be done on the istiklal street as it is a no go zone for public transportation. Lots of police presence which feels a little overwhelming at times.

• Mariia (7/5): Красиво, но шумно - Приветливый персонал, красивый и необычный номер. Удобная кровать. Тепло, напор воды приемлемый. Вкусный завтрак в кафе напротив. Хороший вид из окна, местоположение хорошее, близко до всего. 1) За углом в том же здании расположен ночной клуб. Это КОШМАР!! Я серьезно. Мы не обратили на это внимание при бронировании, а в итоге все дни засыпали под Satisfaction, которую слышно дословно, я уже молчу про долбежку. Музло начиналось в 23 заканчивалось примерно в 4. 2) в номере довольно пыльно и шумно от улицы, стеклопакет не очень 3) балкон, который выигрышно выглядит на фото на деле оказался на одного. Малюсенький. 3) если планируете посетить Стамбул 8 марта, то имейте ввиду, что Истекляль закрывают для всех из-за демонстрации с 12 и до окончания мероприятия. Нам пришлось уйти на целый день и мы еле-еле с распечатками бронирования и демонстрацией ключа от номера смогли пройти пост в 20:30. Полиция перекрывает все близлежащие улицы-подходы.

La cuisine n’est pas équipée pour faire des repas ou prendre un petit déjeuner . Pas d’éponges ni liquide vaisselle . Pas de grille-pain alors que c’était censé être fourni . Le personnel a refusé de nous en donner un. La plaque de cuisson était sale et poussiéreuse et ne marchait pas. Il n’y a qu’une table basse pour prendre les repas . Pas de chaises. Il y avait du moisi sur les joints de la douche. Il y a beaucoup de bruit le samedi soir , impossible de dormir. Les autres jours, pas de problème .

Sie hatten eine Vereinbarung gegenüber dem Esmer chef restaurant, an dem wir übernachteten, für das Frühstück und leider, da wir am nächsten Tag früh auschecken wollten, baten wir das Restaurant dort, eine Lunchbox für uns im Voraus vorzubereiten und leider sagten sie, dass sie das nicht tun konnten, weil die Frühstücke zwischen halb zehn und 12 waren. Leider ist dies ein sehr falsches Konzept, wenn ich meine Unterkunft mit Frühstück buche, sollten sie es als Kunde gut organisieren, denn es ist eine Enttäuschung für Kunden wie mich, die eine Reservierung machen und früh auschecken mit Frühstück inbegriffen, und ich betrachte es unprofessionell, Leider muss ich sagen, dass diese Unterkunft weit hinter meinen Erwartungen zurückgeblieben ist, normalerweise äußere ich solche Dinge nicht so ausführlich.

• AHMED (10/5): Très bon séjour - Nous avons été très bien accueillis, le personnel est chaleureux et gentil. La chambre est exactement comme sur les photos : propre, bien nettoyée et confortable. Il y a de l’eau chaude, aucun problème, et surtout pas de bruit. Si vous cherchez le calme, je recommande fortement la chambre sans balcon, elle est très silencieuse. La femme de ménage passe presque tous les jours, elle nettoie la chambre, change les serviettes et laisse de l’eau. Il y a tout le nécessaire : serviettes de douche, papier toilette, sèche-cheveux. La connexion internet fonctionne très bien. L’emplacement est excellent, au centre et proche de tout. Je recommande sans hésitation

• Adakoenig (8/5): Колоритная квартира для 2 молодых пар - Для нас это было идеальное жильё, мы искали квартиру с 2 спальнями и общим пространством со всем необходимым: бокалы, раковина, холодильник, чайник, плита, много полотенец. Общение с персоналом было очень милым! Нас заселили раньше, за что им от нас огромное спасибо и бутылочка вина (оставленная нами при выезде)! Каждый день приходили убираться. Реально большие и удобные кровати. Хороший интернет. Очень просторно! И очень понравился интерьер. Есть балкон, ванная с туалетом раздельно, что хорошо для большой компании. Очень красивый подъезд и лестница. Расположение - полный восторг! Мы любим жить всегда в самом центре в исторических зданиях. Квартира колоритная, тёплая, стильная. Несмотря на недостатки мы бы остановились в ней еще раз. Аппартаменты старенькие, многое не работает, сломанное или битое (выключатели, дверки шкафчиков), полотенца дырявые, но зато их очень много дали, впервые нам их хватило! Нас это не огорчило, но если вы любите всё новенькое, то вам не сюда. Хамам - это забавная опция, но не совсем хамам, как вы себе представляете, а тёплые пол и лавочки. Душ - просто льётся на пол, очень старая лейка и смеситель, плохо работают, а вся вода льётся из под двери в коридор, приходилось подкладывать полотенца снаружи, чтобы никого не затопить (фото прилагаю). В номере не было сковородки, хотя была плита и кастрюля. Не было удобного мыла для рук, руки пришлось мыть гелями для душа (их было достаточно), пока не купили своё. В дальней спальне нет окна (точнее оно есть, но в стену), зато там тихо. В основной спальне - шумно, внизу много кафе, которые работают с раннего утра до поздней ночи, включают музыку. Уборка была каждый день, но весьма формальная, возможно, потому что у нас кто-то оставался днём в номере поработать. Также женщина оставляла какие то мешки у нас (фото прилагаю)... Не хочу обидеть персонал, они старались, но есть объективные недостатки, которые было бы хорошо исправить: починить свет и смеситель, заменить некоторую мебель, дырявые полотенца.
