- Archana (10/5): Home away from home...! - Truly!! Done up so beautifully that it looks like a doll house with a jacuzzi & steam room. A terrace that overlooks the castle. The terrace comes furnished with lounge chairs, hammock and even barbecue pit (for summers). The apartment is in the middle of a village that you feel you are one of the locals. Walk down from the apartment (through the path between houses and the castle) for 5-7mins to reach Akrotiri village Center. Take the bus to Fira and connect to anywhere in Santorini. Santorini is a beautiful island and this apartment truly felt like home. Don’t wait for the summer. Go when you can make time. Also, a special mention to Maroulia. She takes care of the apartment and anything you need. She responds immediately and will help with anything you need. If you want a friend in lovely Santorini while you visit, she is the best. Thank you Maroulia.
