The entire room smelled heavily like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The walls had random stains all over them, the floor was extremely dirty, and there were spots and drops everywhere. My child walked barefoot for just a few minutes and their feet turned black. The bedding also had visible stains, which made the whole room feel very unsanitary. On top of that, the soundproofing was terrible — we could hear everything happening in the rooms around and above us all night.

• Gabriella (4/5): Disappointing - reviews must be hacked - They did try to put us in a quiet room. Unfortunately the next room guests were rowdy I think the reviews of this place are hacked... first of all there's no pool despite the pictures featured. The building smells and there are outright filthy spots (there was spilled tea on a coffee table in the lounge for the 2 days we were there). Breakfast wasn't available at the posted time and the most basic you can imagine (waffles, but even that was too watery in consistency) - everything kept running out and no one cared. Most of the time there was no one in the reception area no matter what you tried to accomplish. Any issue you raise staff will make faces at you. Even wifi is glitchy

• Karen (1/5): Dangerous for female alone - Nothing When we arrive there we were told they did not have the rooms that we booked we got it sorted out but had to pay a $26 fee to check in a little early our TV remote in our room did not work there was boogers on the wall the hot water took hours to warm up for showers we have no proof but we're pretty sure they came into our room and went through our stuff a man continuously tried to get into our room at night luckily the door lock worked otherwise who knows what would have happened the bathroom was nasty the staff were also nasty the lady at the desk we could smell her pits from the other side of the counter would not recommend this place especially if you are a female traveling alone

Only good thing was the location. - The location was great for getting into Savannah Our first room smelled like smoke, there was hair in the bed and looked like someone had been laying on the bed. They switched our room immediately, which was nice. However the second room had several small cockroaches in the bathroom.

The toilet didn't flush very well. The soap in the shower was supposed to be fastened to the wall but it was just sitting in the bath tub.

How am I supposed to be full with only waffles and flakes? It was all they have to offer for $140 a night. They give us a key and the door was locked. They said a random man didn't want to check out, we spent an hour waiting for them to handle it, awful!

Location was fine, easy to drive in and to reach downtown by car. The cleanliness was lacking - our first room had crumbs everywhere and the bathroom fan was falling off of the ceiling. Second room smelled awful, we found the culprit eventually - somebody spilled beer in and around the mini fridge/microwave area that was not cleaned up. Breakfast was very basic and all carbohydrates and sugary things, no protein or fruits. The orange juice was going bad and had started to ferment, and there was no hot water available for tea or oatmeal.

The air conditioning made loud noises throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom was not very clean and could have been better maintained. The closet doors were broken, and the paint in the room looked chipped and worn. Overall, the room did not feel well cared for and needs maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

• ThAs74 (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. - Sauber, ruhig, groß genug für ein paar Nächte. Das Hotel wurde als unsauber bezeichnet. Unser Zimmer war sauber und auch der Rest des Hotels war sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig reichhaltiger sein.
• Valorie1974 (6/5): Don't stay here. Looks are deceiving - It was affordable. The bed was not comfy, the bugs, the "breakfast" was unbelievably bad. There was cold cereal no milk some toast and you can make a waffle. No juice nothing to drink not even water. They should not be able to say there was breakfast. There wasn't even staff. The doors were held closed with a crowbar. The side door didn't close. It did not feel secure. If I had known the door were broken with no staff I definitely would not have stayed. Stack on the huge bugs that were thankfully dead and the odd smell; I can't even say it was a neutral experience.

• Anette (4/5): Meh - Room was basic, not uncomfortable. Close enough to downtown. Not the worst place I've ever stayed. No pool. Ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken. Hallway smelled like someone was cooking something with peppers. It smelled the same all 3 days when were there. The area of town had a weird smell. Not sure what it was but very strong, industrial odor. No handsoap in the bathroom.
