- Hela (9/5): Magnifique !! - Les chambres, la vue, le service, le luxe, le spa, le massage, le yoga, etc… mention ++ pour la villa avec piscine privative, c’était LE moment clé du séjour Le resto était top, certains plats n’étaient pas fameux La localisation est superbe au milieu de la forêt mais un peu loin du centre malheureusement. Néanmoins l’hôtel réserve un service shuttle au centre tous les jours

- ALLA (10/5): Все было идеально! - Шикарный отель! Отдельно хочу отметить чистоту везде. У нас почему-то вечная проблема в отелях - пыльные балдахины над кроватью, в этом отеле - все идеально. Второй важный момент - это превосходный сервис, спасибо за заботу и индивидуальный подход, вы сделали больше, чем можно бы было желать! Конечно же, прекраснейший вид. Абсолютная тишина - соседей не слышно, можно выспаться идеально! Балдахин над кроватью и благодаря этому можно спать с открытым балконом👍 Идеальное расположение для тех, кто без байка - пешком по тропе художников можно дойти вниз в центр Убуда. Мы на байке, но и для нас это идеальное месторасположение после многих посещений города. Очень хорошие завтраки! Отель не новый, но его нельзя назвать уставшим, он в прекрасном состоянии, все идеально чистое и ухоженное. Хороший wifi. Прекрасный массаж! В общем, только положительные эмоции👍 спасибо всем, кто сделал наш отдых таким замечательным!

Our room was amazing. Staff were spectacular - particularly the women at reception who were so kind to our little daughter, Queenie. There is nothing we didn’t like. We wish we stayed longer.

While the hotel is very accommodating in helping to get us drivers, it would have been nice to be able to pay the drivers directly so you know that the majority of the $ is going to them.

- Jozef (10/5): Úžasný resort - Jannata resort je úplne top..!!! Pracujú tam iba mladý ľudia a všetci do jedného sú úžasný.. Rad by som vyzdvihol dievčatá na recepcii menom Ari a Tri, sú naozaj perfektné.. A tiež Tama, ktorý nám robil sprievodcu na výlete. Izba bola večer pripravená na noc (zatiahnuté závesy, keksiky na stolíku a komáre vonku;) zo všetkého boli pre nás ľudia a služby to najlepšie.., bolo ich toľko, že ich ani nemozem všetky spomenúť.. Všetci sa o nás starali aby sme si my mohli užívať našu dovolenku. Ranajky boli 11/10 všetko bolo servírované s veľkou rozmanitosťou a vysokou kvalitou. Určite sa sem vrátim na buduce, keď budem na Bali.

- Nathalie (5/5): Viel tegen door hoge beoordeling op booking - Mooie locatie en goed eten We hadden erg hoge verwachtingen door het hoge cijfer op booking, helaas viel het ons tegen. De kamers zijn verouderd, de deur naar het balkon daar zit een kier (oppassen voor muggen) en het is enkelglas. Het is erg gehorig want je hoort de buren goed en de schoonmakers beginnen al vroeg waarna je niet meer kan slapen. Wij waren er 6 nachten en zeker 4 dagen was er een bruiloft waardoor wij op momenten niet gebruik konden maken van het zwembad. Wij vonden dit erg raar want je betaald gewoon voor alle fasciliteiten.

View was incredible over the jungle. Location within long walking distance gf Ubud, but very tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle Staff were all excellent and very friendly, in particular Tama who also took us on a tour. In house restaurant very pleasant for breakfast and good for evening meal if you want to stay in No gym, was was not essential but would have been useful

The staff couldn’t do enough, I have never experienced such friendly and helpful staff, When they realised that I would struggle to walk up and down the steps. They moved me to a nearer room. The food was excellent and the free afternoon tea was a lovely touch. Only 1 very minor problem. Could do with handrail on the steps. Not ideal for someone with a walking problem.

- Daphne (10/5): Most amazing stay in the jungle in Ubud!! - Everything! The Jannata resort was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was meticulous. The spaces were open and stunning with gorgeous jungle views, and extremely well cared for. The staff were some of the sweetest and most helpful we’ve encountered in all of our travels around the world. We were traveling with our three teenage kids, and we got the two bedroom jungle pool villa, which was amazing! We each had our own dedicated bedroom with bathroom and balcony, and an additional living room area downstairs with an additional bathroom, which was perfect when you have five people staying together. The pool was refreshing and a wonderful place for all five of us to hang out together and the showers were hot and amazing!! The staff was also able to help us book drivers if we needed to go anywhere, but they also had a free shuttle service that takes you directly into the heart of Uber town, which was very convenient. The food and service were wonderful, and we could not have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend staying here!! We loved it!

- Hayley (7/5): Great hotel with huge potential, shame about the building work - The room was lovely, we had 2 rooms and both were great. Huge bathrooms with everything you need. The private pool was a bonus and the main pool was gorgeous, shame about the building work which meant we didn't spend much timne here which was a great shame. Excellent housekeeping and we do recommend the massages in the spa. Breakfast was ok. Lots of steps, so you do keep fit.... Our arrival to the hotel was not as welcoming as we had expected, however once the lady arrived this soon improved and the reception staff for the rest of our stay were lovely. There was building work going on at the resort and next to the resort which did ruin our stay. Some notice in advance would have given us the option to book elsewhere but we were not informed, so it was very hard to relax when there was so much noise! The restaurant was located where the yoga is normally held. Food and drinks were ok, we went over the road and it was much better with amazing cocktails.

Delicious breakfast and a beautiful jungle view. If you plan to visiting Ubud center, expect a 40-minute drive, especially in the evening traffic can be very heavy.

A bit far from town, but very close to the Campuhan Ridge Walk, so if you are up for a good walk it takes you in to town. It's down hill from the hotel into town. If you are walking from town to the hotel. I would suggest water and light clothing.

- Kamila (8/5): Good - The view of the jungle and the location of the hotel are a big plus, although the noises at night can be loud and you have to get used to it. Spacious room, clean 😊 Wanya (I don't know if I wrote her name correctly) deserves great praise, she is helpful, nice and knew how to take care of everything :) The food is poor, sometimes you have to wait 50 minutes for breakfast even though we arrived around 7 am... As for the standard of the hotel, the breakfast was nothing special, sometimes we were served cold. I don't know if it's because the hotel restaurant is being renovated or it's always been like this... If we had had clear information that the restaurant wasn't working, we wouldn't have chosen this hotel. Drinks ordered in the evening - they were very weak. Unfortunately, sometimes requests to the service were not answered on time and you either had to repeat yourselves or be very patient.
