• Joshua (10/5): Best MASSAGE with their last touch at room with freindliest staff - We were 4 adults with 2 kids staying at Radha Phala and they have connecting door connecting our room but each room has door which make it still private for our families. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. THE BEST THING HAPPENED when we got spa near the pool and they gave us the LAST TOUCH TREATMENT on our room with Hita and Desi. The staff were extremely nice and I would speak with them and they say hi to my children every day. WE LOVE THEM ALL. We would definitely come back on August ;)

He booked free shuttle for us, and fed us delicious black rice pudding! When we checked out, the kitchen team gave us Balinese snack in stick shape, so they were all so nice

• Fakhurdinova (10/5): - I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was the genuinely warm and attentive team. Every staff member made guests feel seen and welcome, sincerely showing interest in our plans and always being willing to help. The atmosphere in the room was calm, comfortable and very relaxing. I finally had a chance to properly rest and sleep well. The bed was excellent and the overall feeling of the space was very peaceful. What I especially appreciated was the style of management through genuine guest connection. It was wonderful to see the General Manager personally communicating with guests, showing sincere care and interest. This creates a very different feeling compared to many hotels and says a lot about the culture of the team. A special thank you as well to the massage therapists — their professionalism and care added greatly to the overall experience. Overall, I would be very happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. The only small point I noticed was that from time to time there was a knocking sound in the room, almost as if someone was knocking on the door. It happened several times, so perhaps there may be a small technical issue worth checking.

• Elijah (10/5): I recommend Radha Phala to anyone visiting Ubud, our room was spacious clean and comfortable - Location is perfect, quiet, only 30 minutes walk to center and yet you don't hear any traffic, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back and stay again :)

Breakfast was great, staffs were amazing and the food from the restaurant was too delicious for us. We missed it so much. We really love this place and would recommend to everyone who would like to go to Ubud.

The room setup with connecting door really helpful for family trip, make everything easier and still feel private. One of my favorite thing was just sitting around the restaurant area in evening because very cozy and peaceful. Ayam Bakar Bumbu Bali also soooo good, we order again second time. Breakfast always ready on time and portion was satisfying too. Staff also always smile and talk kindly to us, not too formal but very genuine with Arya Juna and Mada. Sleep quality here also very good because bed really comfortable and area not noisy. Definitely one of the stay I will remember in Ubud. Will come back again for sure.
• Noah (10/5): Great breakfast, tranquil resort with 30 minutes walk away to Ubud Center - The location is very tranquil and perfect for anyone looking for a calm place to rest, while still being only around a 30-minute walk to Ubud Center. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The restaurant atmosphere is cozy and calming, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend taking the breakfast package. Everything was delicious, always served on time, and the staff greeted us so warmly every morning. The Indonesian food nasi goreng, mie goreng, and bebek goreng was especially excellent and became some of our favorite dishes. What made the experience truly special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and made us feel like family throughout our stay. I also highly recommend the balinese traditional massage, it was one of the highlights of our trip. We also joined the balinese offering making class with our family at the front garden, and it was such a calming and peaceful experience. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay in Ubud. We would happily come back again!

The bed was super comfortable too and they have connecting door for two rooms, perfect for family. Staff are very warm and friendly, especially Gilang, Boby, Sunny, Dewa Ayu, Juliadi, and Arya Juna, they make me feels like family. Breakfast was excellent and always on time. Bebek Goreng is a must try! Restaurant ambience also very cozy and calming. We also joined the yoga class in the front garden with wife and children, very relaxing experience. Will come back again
• Mason (10/5): Good location, calm but not too far from center - One thing I really miss already from this place is the bed, super comfortable and make us sleep very well every night. The whole atmosphere also very peaceful and quiet, perfect place if you just want to relax and rest your mind. Even better, Ubud Center still only around 30 minutes walking. Fresh air, quiet surrounding, really nice start for the day. Breakfast here was excellent too. We always excited every morning because the food was delicious and served on time. Restaurant ambience also cozy and calming, easy to sit there for long time enjoying the food. Big appreciation also for all the staff because they are very warm and caring, not feeling formal at all but more family-like. They made our stay feel very comfortable. I also recommend trying the Balinese Traditional Massage with Hita. One of the best massage I had during this trip, very relaxing and professional. Hope can experience full moon event next time when coming back again.

I highly recommend taking the breakfast package. Everything was delicious, served on time, and the shakshuka was amazing with their local fruits and pastries. Don’t miss the Balinese Traditional Massage with Atik, one of the best massages I had in Bali. The yoga class at the front garden was also very calming and perfect to enjoy with family. They also have a Friday acoustic event, which looked really nice but we had to check out before the day. Highly recommended resort for groups. Would definitely come again
• Ethan (10/5): Very Heartwarming Balinese People & Experience - We had such a lovely stay! The resort has a lush tropical garden and a very enjoyable pool area. Even better with cocktails by the pool, thanks to Boby and Sunny for making such wonderful cocktails by the pool. What made the experience truly special was the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and treated us like family. The spa was also wonderful, especially the Hot Stone Massage and Herbal Ball Treatment with Desi and Hita, which I highly recommend. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with delicious main courses every morning, and the omelette was absolutely awesome! We also enjoyed the activities provided by the resort. The Balinese Offering Making and Cooking Class were fun, interactive, and gave us a beautiful cultural experience to learn about Bali culture. The only unfortunate thing was that we couldn’t watch the cultural mask performance during the full moon because our stay did not fall on the full moon period. Hopefully next time! I would definitely recommend this place

• Siobhan (9/5): Fantastic - Came to this resort with my young child, the staff have all been excellent from beginning to end, nothing is too much trouble for them. Special shout out to the front reception team, Resfifi, Bobi & Wina, who always had a friendly face and asked us about our day. Breakfast was a good a la carte with many options. We also ate dinner every night at the hotel and had many different meals from Indonesian to western. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was fabulous, very spacious, nice places to sit that wasn’t just the bed, great view into the restaurant and garden area. AC worked very well. WiFi great. The pool area was small but perfect, they have a kids pool and an adults pool, adults pool quite deep, I am 5ft 5 and I was tip-toeing but great for swimming. Pool bar had a stag member there so you could order drinks and food, nice clean sun beds. Very very well maintained hotel, would 100% recommended and would come back again. Only 15 mins into town so lovely to be in a quiet area.

The surroundings were wonderful, right in the middle of nature. A bit far away from the central Ubud, but I can easily get a GoZek for less than 5 AUD.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - C’était notre 3 ém séjour dans cette établissement le 1er était en 2017 , a l’époque rien à redire, par contre ce dernier séjour nous a déçus au niveau de la propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée le sol n’avait apparemment pas été nettoyé !!! , au niveau du lit rien à redire, les draps et oreiller étaient propres. Le personnel que ce soit à l’accueil ou au niveau de la restauration très agréable et avenant, concernant la restauration , bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Environnement calme car excentré de la ville, très beau espace vert et belle piscine Niveau équipement, bon wifi, par contre amateur de télévision , ne fonctionne quasiment pas , image brouillée.

It's a cozy hotel with a nice pool and delicious breakfast. The soundproofing of the twin rooms is not very good; you can hear everything from the neighboring room. It's worth using earplugs.
