Cleanliness next level bad, could see blood in the blanket and on the walls, dont know what they do there. Asked towels they gave dirty towels with stains on it , how can someone even do that to their guest i dont understand. There was no staff , it was bunch of kids who sat at reception and didnt provide any help. With a good property they can do so much but it was just pure shit. I did not like anything. I would not recommend this stay to anyone. Please save your money and dont go here. Breakfast was shit. • MRITYUNJOY (5/5): The owners can show some management skills and make this property a wonderful one. - The room is big and bright. My room had two nice verandahs. Booking, check in and check out process is easy. Payment is easy too ....mostly online. There was simply no person for any kind of service. Except one person named Chanchal, who is running the entire show all by himself. I appreciate him. He even managed to bring me some paracetamol from the pharmacy when I got a fever. He is the only sensible person there. Rest all are a bunch of fools who will frustrate you each time you request for a something. The health faucet didn't work. Found cockroaches under my bed.

• Sachdev (1/5): Horrible Experience at the Hotel. The front desk person Prakash should be sacked. - The front manager is a cheat. I spoke to him 2 times before reaching the hotel on 7th April 2025 at around 8.30 pm. When I spoke to him he told me that in order to confirm the booking I have to pay some amount. I clearly informed him I will not pay anything in advance but will pay immediately when I reach the hotel & he agreed for the same. On 7th April 2025 I called him at 6.30 pm that I was travelling to Chennai & will be reaching the hotel at 8.30 pm & I confirm I will be there. He told me okay you can come. When I reached the hotel he told me my booking is cancelled & he never spoke to me at all. He cannot be trusted & he has no value for his words & is a liar. He should not be at the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. They can even deny that they never received the money which you transfer to them. Do not consider the place. The Hotel front desk person Prakash is a liar & a cheat. Not a reliable place to stay.

• hibag73 (6/5): Decent homestay with cope for improvement - I loved the room. It has quite decent amount of space. And it wasn't cluttered. However, there is so much room for improvement. Dustbins were not provided in the room and in the washroom. Hand towel was not provided though two bath towels were available. The cupboards locks were not working. Even if they may not be used, they should be maintained. Room freshners should be provided. The manager was not available all the time on the desk. The service can be improved. I had to remind the manager for water bottle, tea bags, sugar and milk powder at least 4 times. I liked the place though. No complains but just become better.

• Alex (5/5): Compromising a lot for economy - There was nothing much to like about this property. The breakfast was fairly decent and palatable as we ate early in the morning. One thing I have to mention is that, whenever I book the economy hotels, cleanliness I have to compromise. These kinds of properties are out of the main road and have not many facilities. Even finding a restaurant is difficult. The bathroom and toilet weren't maintained at all

Moreover, i had paid for the entire duration a day before... The check in time is 12 pm and check out is 11am.. at 12 pm the hotel person came with two of his staffs and threatened me to vacate the hotel.... I told him this is not the way... Paid for 24 hrs and haven't even stayed for 5+ hours.... He warned threatened to leave..the room ... I told you don't even have guests waiting outside.. also I have medical emergency due to which I have come to chennai... However, i vacated the room for which I had paid for entire day full amount and stayed only for 5 hours. . I request treebo team to black list this hotel and take strict action against the staff... Highly impolite... and unprofessional behaviour.. I'm sharing his photos also.... Please take strict action against the staffs

They advertised as the money to be paid directly 2 days before our stay. Then they reached out to us asking for a payment or they will cancel the booking. These guys are scamming people with a fake process. Why do you even advertise your hotel as a pay later book now? Pathetic and ridiculous. Huge chances of scamming people.

The bedsheets looked like as they were not washed properly. Stains were visible on the sheets . Daily changing with cleaned washed sheets is a must in hotels. You can do better in cleanliness, for me the bed sheets seem not changed and the bathroom had leakage in the basin and had a pungent smell.

During the booking of hotel I mentioned the late check-in and late check-out time. But when I checked in around 3am, hotel was locked initially. But I didn't have to wait long the staff came and opened the doors and let me in. And I couldn't do the late check out but staff was kind enough to take care of my luggage for few hours.

Talking about room so we had lots of space, everything was cleaned. The location is perfect, as one steps right into the city.
