- Danut (1/5): Dacă aș fi fost mai inspirat să aleg alt hotel aș fi avut un sejur mai plăcut. - Doar amplasarea în centrul Istanbulului . Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca m-au pus sa parchez într-o parcare în care mi s-au furat din lucruri din portbagajul mașinii . Hotelul acesta este cel mai rău la care am stat . La micul dejun nu prea aveai ce să alegi .Este gălăgie de afară și de la terasa de hotelul alăturat . Mi-au furat din mașină în parcarea în care hotelul m-a pus să parchez pentru 20 € pe zi . Mi-au furat din cumpărăturile pentru copii de la Migros .Aveți grijă deoarece mașina Dumneavoastră nu va fi în siguranță în parcarea Otopark aleasă de Hotel . Luați cheia cu voi și nu aveți încredere în personal . Camerele sunt foarte învechite cu o baie minusculă .

Персонал очень услужливый, особенно bellboy Хабиб и парень из Туркмении на рецепции ( забыла имени ) Комнаты маленькие но все чисто и аккуратно , завтрак нормальный. С самого заселения чувствовалась забота о гостях — персонал приветливый,особенно молодые парни👌вежливые и всегда готовы помочь.Также советую всем взять тур у отеля с ужином с видом на Босфор-очень многогранная программа с танцами,едой,видом -Номер был чистым, уютным и со всем необходимым: удобная кровать, свежие полотенца, косметика, мини-бар. -Уборка проводилась ежедневно и очень аккуратно. - Порадовали и завтраки разнообразие блюд, свежие продукты, вкусная выпечка и фрукты. -Территория отеля идеальная - рядом и метро,и трамвай,и автобусы -В цену еще входит сауна и хамам,настоящий Турецкий вайб❤️🔥 Спасибо за отличный отдых! С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать☺️

- Malik (5/5): Pleasant staff but the view and the room could have been better - I liked it was close to everything like the Sultanahmet and you could take variety of transports to go anywhere and the rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and kind The rooms were to small and the it was very congested. I don’t think three bed in a room is not a good option you’re better off going for some other rooms. The view is not nice and it’s all inside a town. Plus the picture advertised of the special category is not what it looks like in real life it’s a bit different

- MaraZe (10/5): Výborný hotel v centru dění za rozumné peníze - Skvělý personál, vždy velice příjemný, ochotný a usměvavý. Snídaně ( naprosto vyjímečné a každý si přišel na své) jsme přímo v hotelu zažili jen 1x, další dny jsme z důvodu dovolených museli docházet do 2.hotelu, který byl jen pár kroků. Nicméně snídaně ve 2.hotelu byly ještě na vyšší úrovni, takže jsme si rozhodně polepšili :-) Místo přímo v centru všeho dění, takže naprostá spokojenost. Vše bylo ok. Jen v koupelně trochu protékal záchod a vždy po příchodu z venku byly trochu cítit odpady. Zřejmě by stálo za zvážení pokoje trochu zmodernizovat.

Il y a certains point d’amélioration à apporter tout de même à savoir le petit déjeuner très peu garni et la literie qui semble nécessité un renouvellement. Une mention très spéciale à Omer, le réceptionniste qui parle l’arabe, le turc et l’anglais et qui a su répondre à l’ensemble de nos demandes toujours avec sourire, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Nous recommandons cet hôte à qui veut se sentir considéré et choyer. Merci Omer pour tout et à l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel très sympathique et serviable.

- Guest (9/5): Wir hatten schönen Urlaub in diesem außergewöhnlichen Stadt - Freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter . Saubere Anlage,sehr nette und hilfsbereite junge Damen beim Frühstück.Gute Auswahl und frische Ware am Frühstücksbüffet. Hotel hat sehr gute Lage,vieles zu Fuß erreichbar,öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Ich würde auch Hotel private Transfer empfehlen weil es perfekt und stressfrei funktioniert. Vielen Dank an Herr Suat , der für uns alles organisiert hat,sowie an jungen Room Boy der sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war.

- Raducanu (10/5): SUPER ! - Camera arata exact ca in poze, noi am rezervat o camera cu 2 paturi twin, dar am primit o camera cu un pat dublu (mult mai bine). Micul dejun foarte bun !!! Orezul cu lapte un DELICIU !!! Hotelul este pozitionat foarte aproape de toate punctele de atractie. Foarte important pentru cei care vin cu masina: sunt 2 parcari cu plata foarte aproape de hotel (20-50m), noi am folosit-o pe cea subterana si am platit aproape 70 de lei/24 ore. Usa la balcon si cea de la intrarea in camera nu se inchideau foarte bine (trebuia sa o trantesti - cum faceau alte persoane de pe etaj :)) ), dar este un detaliu care nu poate influenta recenzia.
- Marina Loredana (9/5): - Cel mai bun mic dejun dintre toate hotelurile la care am stat in Istanbul, foarte gustos, variat, patul confortabil, balcon micuț, în fiecare zi se facea curatenie și se schimbau prosoapele, nu era gălăgie foarte mare dimineața. Nu as putea spune ca ne a deranjat ceva anume.

- Egemen (6/5): - Daha önce de tercih ettiğim bir oteldi. Çalışanları çok kibar ve ilgililer. Fakat kaldığım odada tavan su akıtıyordu. Hem ses hem de koku yapması bakımından rahatsız ediciydi. Resepsiyonu aradığımda ilgilendiler, ben de idare edeceğimi düşündüm fakat su damlayan alan tepedeki lambaya kadar yaklaştığında yeniden aramak zorunda kaldım. Apar topar geç çıkış yapılan bir odayı temizleyip beni oraya yerleştirdiler. İlgilendikleri için teşekkür ediyorum, önemli bir şey ama bu tür bakımların da aksatılmaması lazım. O yüzden yorum olarak bırakmak istedim.

Le petit-déjeuner ne proposait pas beaucoup de choix (même pas de jus d’orange…). Toutefois, grosse surprise le dernier jour lorsque nous voulons aller à la piscine, il n’y en a pas ! Personne n’osait me répondre lorsque je demandais où elle était, nous avons été dirigés vers la piscine d’un autre hôtel à proximité (qui n’est pas celle des photos). En résumé ça reste un bon séjour dans cet hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix, mais ne pas s’attendre à des prestations d’exception

- Olena (9/5): - Невеличкий отель з дуже зручним розташуванням. В пішій доступності метро, трамвай, історичний центр, Гранд базар і т.п. Ввічливий персонал, комфортний як для однієї людини номер, непоганий сніданок, є можливість пообідати або повечеряти в ресторанчику на першому поверсі. Так вже вийшло, що чудове місцезнаходження стало причиною дискомфорту у вигляді політичних протестів, які проходили зовсім недалеко. Але це не є недоліком самого отеля:)

The staff who work there are beyond friendly and were eager to assist us in getting around Turkey or making wonderful suggestions as to what we could do. Výborné snídaně, příjemný personál Pokoj jsem měla velmi pěkný, ale rohový, rohové stěny byly zcela vymrzlé, v pokoji se zřejmě delší dobu netopilo, takže byl velmi studený a to bylo v deštivém počasí velmi nepříjemné. Trvalo cca 3 dny, než v pokoji bylo příjemně. První studené noci jsem spala dokonce ve svetru.a termoponožkách, které jsem si tam musela koupit.

- Silke (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie dem großen Basar und der Hagia Sofia. In der Nähe sind aber auch eine U-Bahn- und Tramstation. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Es gibt einen kleinen Swimmingpool und eine Sauna, die Hotelgäste kostenlos nutzen können. Das Hotel hat für uns einen recht preiswerten Shuttleservice vom und zum Flughafen organisiert. Es war alles wunderbar.

- Cristian (8/5): - A fost foarte bine. Camere curate, locație bună , mic de jun ok. Singurul minus este piscina puțin cam mică și cam rece. A mai fost puțin deranjant faptul ca ospătarii își dădeau coate dacă serveai pe terasă orice altceva din afara hotelului însă nu îți interziceau.
- Anait (8/5): - Персонал хороший, внимательный. При гостинице неплохой ресторан. Многие сотрудники говорят на русском языке. Бассейн одно название..мало того что очень маленький, так ещё и заставлен со всех сторон, что к нему и не подойти..

Это очень важные дета - Локация, супер вежливый и доброжелательный персонал Не хватило зубной щетки, пасты, халаты - все пришлось просить… Халаты очень старые, маленьких размеров, с дырками.

- matpw (10/5): Komfortowy hotel w bardzo fajnym mieście - bardzo dobra lokalizacja, profesjonalna i przemiła obsługa. Pokoje ładne śniadania smaczne każdy mógł wybrać coś dla siebie. Hotel godny polecenia. Blisko do metra i na tramwaj.

La situazione è stata risolta in maniera più che brillante da Omer, motivo per il quale assegnamo comunque una votazione di 10. In generale l'hotel ha una buona posizione, le camere sono ben curate e la colazione è abbastanza varia. La SPA lascia un po' a desiderare...
- fradi (9/5): - L établissement est très bien il est aussi très proche de tous les endroit même le métro est prêt de l hôtel. Plusieurs moyens de transport sont disponibles pour déplacer . Tu peux aussi faire la tour vers emininou jusqu a glata a pieds l hôtel est très confortable .service adorable compétent du personnel surtout OMAR qui travaille à l à réception il es t très gentil serviable connaît aussi la langue arabe qui facilite la communication .cette hôtel mérite ses étoiles. A refaire 😍😍

- Gennady (9/5): Отель хороший, чистый, уютный - Маленький уютный отель. Хороший завтрак. Вежливый и приветливый персонал. Хорошее месторасположение. Номер 304 - почините замок от входной двери, каждый раз была проблема с открытие двери картой.
- Halina (9/5): Бетховен задаёт ритм жизни - Очень уютный комфортабельный чистый отель. Приятный квалифицированный персонал, говорящий на многих языках. Русскоговорящие мододые ребята всегда были вежливыми, внимательными и улыбающимися. Каждый раз угощали чаем и на все вопросы профессиогально давали ответы. Отель находится в шаговой доступности ко многим достопримечательностям. Стамбула и общественному транспорту. В окрестностях отеля есть много магазинов, киосков и аптек. Очень порадовал спа, сауна и маленький бассейн. Завтраки в ресторане были свежими и вкусными. Я была счастлива провести новогодние каникулы и проживать в прекрасном отеле. Рекомендую всем гостям города. Не было ничего, чтобы мне не понравилось. Но маленький косметический ремонт был бы полезен.

- octavia simangele (6/5): - Thr staff were very friendly ready to assist at all times, even went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The first room had bad smell coming from the bathroom. However we were moved to a better room. The location is in the older part of the city.
- Andrei Gvozdenko (9/5): - Friendly and supportive staff, delightful breakfast, great location, cozy rooms. Air conditioning switches off automatically every 1-2 hours - in January it was quite cold during the night. The rooms are clean and cozy but not very new, and in some rooms it smells from pipes in the bathroom. Spa (sauna and hamam) is disappointing: we came during the free hours (13:00-19:00) the staff ignored us and didn't navigate us through the place, it was quite dirty around and there were cigarette butts everywhere and a smoking smell, and finally in the sauna we met stuff's outerwear drying!
