• Kim (8/5): Convenient stay in the heart of Brera. - Stylish, great shower, cute balcony. Gerry was so accommodating and checked in with us, thank you and great job because everything was spotless. The location was spot-on. Easy walk to both the Duomo and the Castle. This is something we encountered across all of our hotels in Italy - the walls are thin, and the acoustics are strong, so we could hear everything in a loud echo! Someone checked in past midnight on one of the nights and it was like they were shouting, they were so painfully loud. A small thing - The armchair leg was unfortunately a little lopsided, but still OK to sit on.

Il y en a sur le balcon mais pas dans la chambre. Il faut être très grand pour accrocher ses affaires. Il manque un ou 2 crochets dans la salle de bains pour accrocher ses pyjamas par exemple

La propreté est à souligner car vraiment parfaite, il est rare de rencontrer un tel niveau de propreté, vraiment. Une odeur hyper agréable dans la salle de bain, du marbre partout, beaucoup de serviettes ultra douces… j ai adoré ces 2 nuits avec mes fils Rien, tout est parfait

There’s a grocery store, tram and metro stop nearby. Coffee, water and tea were available in the room. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Pokój bardzo czysty, wyposażenie pokoju nowe, czajnik , woda mineralna dostarczana codziennie. bardzo miła obsługa i chętna do pomocy. Bardzo ładna i duża łazienka. Blisko supermarket 2min. oraz liczne restauracje. 3 minuty do metra Lanza. Na pewno ponownie zatrzymam się w tym hotelu w przyszłości.

Nice balcony, good security, immaculately clean; easy to contact very organized manager There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like--way above ALL expectations.

• Katharine (10/5): Nice spot in a great location. - The location is excellent -- near to La Scala, the cathedral, the Sforza castle and park, the Brera museum, and lots of restaurants and shops. Also very close to a metro stop that takes you right to the central rail station. Very clean, comfortable, and the owner was flexible. Although it is called a bed and breakfast and has photos of a breakfast room, it does not provide breakfast. This is not a problem as there are many cafes/bars nearby and it provides coffee.

A taxa de turismo também é bem alta, 6,30 euro por pessoa por dia. Não é uma taxa municipal e sim destinada ao funcionário da limpeza.

• Yves (4/5): Un peu déçu. - L’emplacement est très bien. Le personnel est acceuillant. Le hall d’entrée est beau et propre. Le tapis de la chambre avait l’air sale même si je sais que l’aspirateur a été passé. Il est taché et décoloré. Les murs de la chambre ont besoin d’être repeints. Le matelas est dû pour un changement. Le buffet de déjeuner est plutôt pauvre.

• Amanda (10/5): Upscale Stay in Brera Milano - This is an upscale property in a great walkable location. Our host, Alda, welcomed us in person and showed us everything from control switches, remotes, coffee maker, & keys. It was impeccably clean & had wonderful linens. Restaurants and a grocery store are nearby (literally right around the corner).

• Monika (10/5): Modern, exceptionally good place to stay - Modern, beautiful and clean room with a balcony. The shower had a good pressure, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in very central location. To get from main train station you need to take metro line number 2 and travel less than 10 minutes and then walk less than 5 minutes. Hotel is located 15 minutes walk from Duomo cathedral and all main sights. Beside the hotel are supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The room was facing the back of the building so it was very quiet. The host was very kind, provided us with all necessary information, allowed us to keep the luggage in the room until afternoon. I would definitely recommend staying at this place.
• Raphaella (10/5): - After exploring various part of Milan I was very happy to have chosen the Brera district for my stay. This place was ideal. So close to the main spots I wanted to visit like the Duomo, Vittorio Emmanuele II, Castello Sforzesco, La Scala and the Pinacota di Brera. Its also only a few minutes from Lanza metro station so getting to the tran stations and airport is really easy. When I felt a bit overwhelmed by the city or when it was epecially rainy, it was easy to pop back for a rest and the place really felt like a home base for my stay. The room is modern and the bathroom was really really beautiful. The best bathroom I encountered on my travels! Was also super helpful that fresh bottled water was left in the room each day. Would absolutely recommend here and would stay again if I'm back in Milan.

Excellent location in a comfortable and interesting neighborhood. Close and easy access to Milan’s clean Metro system with inexpensive and fast transportation to & from both Centrale train station and Linate airport. Easy walking to Duomo and Sforza Castle, many restaurants in area and convenient grocery store just down the block. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing

• Nina (9/5): Clean, modern, comfortable stay in a great part of the city - Immaculately clean, modern, well appointed room in a very good part of the city. Excellent supermarket on the doorstep as well as excellent shops and not far to walk to attractions. It's a quiet room in the middle of the hustle of a big city. Very clean and host lovely. Soundproofing wasn't ideal - there are three rooms, one had a group and they were extremely loud when they returned late the first night. Crashing through the door into the hallway, then crashing through their door past ours, then continuing to chat and laugh in their room, which we could hear in it's entirety.

• Margaret (10/5): Excellent location. Fantastic hosts. - The apartment was super comfy & impeccably clean. Jerry & Gloria are excellent hosts. It has an elevator which is perfect for "older" travelers as we are. The location is fantastic. Jerry dealt with our questions in a good humored way. It was overall a 5 star experience. If you twist my arm I'd say thicker towels but that is a personal choice.
• Emma (10/5): Very impressed, great find for your stay in Milan. - Fantastic apartment in the best location right in the heart of the Brera area where all the bars and restaurants are and a short walk from the Cathedral. We had a suite so had a large comfy double bed in one room and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. Very clean, quiet, fab air con and/or heating, water and coffee machine. Couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend. Alda was very friendly and helpful. Nothing.
• Leonid (9/5): Definitely will stay there again when in Milan - Excelent location - about 10 min walk to historical center, planty of good restaurants, very clean room, comfortable bed and pillowes, good service. Just a suggestion for a bathroom to add some shelfs for cosmetics and etc and hooks to hang things. Also it is time to change the name Bed&Brekfast. It's missleading. Breakfast is not included nore provided. Otherwise, there is nothing to dislike.

Window opens to street view. Taxi service and nearby. Small living room area separate from bedroom. Large bathroom with shower. Exceptionally clean. Fresh towels each day would have been nice. Ice bucket and colder refrigerator was needed.
