Guest Reviews
- Cherice (5/5): It was a place to rest her head for the night, but not a house I used to return to. - Ingredients to Albuquerque without having to drive cleared into the city for an overnight stay Parking facilities are absent for anyone towing a trailer. We were directed initially to a room that smelled bad when I opened the door and in the dark inside, appeared to have garbage bags piled around and a person, possibly sleeping in the bed or bedding piled up on the bed. It was obviously not a room intended to be rented that night. I went back downstairs and told the clerk the room looked to be inhabited and he was surprised by that, but not very apologetic. We were not instructed about whether or not there was a breakfast the next morning, and with the timeframe might be. When we checked out the clerk didn’t inquire about our stay we had any concerns. He just said safe travels as we laid down our cards. I will not be staying here again.

- Ryan (8/5): Clean and good location. - Location was good. The room was clean and they honored my request for a ground floor room. Breakfast was sparse, only white bread. Only two cereal choices. They are going through renovations.
- Shubert (7/5): -
- Rosa (10/5): Awesome for start to finish - Very clean loved the room was more then I expected location was perfect staff was nice breakfast was awesome 5 stars I recommend this place to family and friends for sure. Thank you enjoyed every minute of my stay. Nothing to dislike to be completely honest.

- Mike (3/5): Noisy inside and out. - Terrible. No eggs, no meat, no fruit. Breakfast
- wink (5/5): Great location at least - Staff was friendly and the location is fine Very old and dated. 1 slow elevator, room keys didn’t work well
Rooms are creepy with a wall of mirrors and very old

- Corina (10/5): -
- Marina (2/5): Would not stay again - That they had available rooms The hotel had a weird spicy roman smell, there was hair in the bathroom floor and stains on the bed cover. Mattress was very thin and springy. Walls are thin you can hear everything going on in the next room
- Nakati (5/5): - Easy to get to. Loud guests from upstairs and down the hall.
- Vest (1/5): -
- ALVIN (1/5): Bed has huge stain with fungus, linen didn’t fit the bed and bath towers were wear out and dirty. - Location Dirty and unsanitary.
- Charity (5/5): - Very clean, nice gentlemen that checked me in. The beds were hard, and there wasn’t much options for breakfast. I definitely feel like it was over priced.

- Karen (8/5): - The tub/shower fixtures were dirty and the shower head needed cleaning.
- gretchen (3/5): -
- Donna (9/5): Great alternative to staying in Albuquerque when visiting the area. - Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We like to play cards in the evening and they allowed us to sit in the breakfast room to play. The rooms were clean and could tell they have been updated, but the bathroom shower and sinks were still a little old and yellowed. A little more variety on the continental breakfast would be nice.
- Sally (9/5): - Booking was last minute fast and with no problem. There was no extra fees the price was what was quoted. The breakfast they offered was disappointing.
- Candace Ruiz (10/5): - Easy access on/off I 25. Close to dinner places. Worked great for us. Need vegan/GF options for breakfast.
- Gregory (3/5): I should have slept in my truck. - Location Smells of old cigarettes and who knows what everywhere even in rooms. It’s nonsmoking but it smells bad. Cheap towels.

- Patrick (8/5): - Location was great, clean, and staff was helpful. Could use more lighting in parking area, and more parking would be nice.

- Ken (10/5): - Excellent room
- Stephanie (10/5): - Great
- Robert (6/5): - Staff was on the phone in his earpiece (personal call) during check in. Never spoke a word to me or told me anything about the hotel.
- Christian (10/5): - Clean room
- Ian (8/5): Not great, but not bad either - Was it amazing. No. But it was good enough. Hotel is showing some age. Room was clean and comfortable. Two complaints. Breakfast was unimpressive. HVAC was super noisy in high. Two complements. Front desk staff was great! Area has plenty of places to eat and stores with walking distance. Would stay again.
- Sugey (10/5): - Nice
- Chavez (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Kim (1/5): -
- Timothy (1/5): -
- Earlson (9/5): - I enjoy that the entire building is no smoking. I also enjoy the mirrors above the head of the mattresses. It is a quiet area of Los Lunas. Just only on this stay, there were loud guests, maybe some construction/industrial workers, that were loud in the early morning. But other than that, I did enjoy the stay.
- Ramon Antonio (9/5): Location - Good location Issues with the magnetic key, i and to Kent going bank to get it reprogrammed
- Darren (10/5): - The room had full mirrors at the head board of the beds AMAZING views!!
- Jade (10/5): - It was close to the places we needed to go Everything was great. Nothing bad
- David (10/5): - Can hear the people talking in the next room. No automatic front door makes it hard to bring the luggage cart through. Smoking outside in front of the main entrance was odd. Breakfast was mostly starches, no proteins like eggs or meat - like the waffle maker, though.
- Richard (8/5): - Convenient location, clean. Free breakfast could be better.
- Wendy (2/5): - They said my reservation was cancelled. They onformed expedia but we were not informed
- Elizabeth (8/5): Not up to par. - Location close to the road. Fire alarm went off around 2 am. Woke us up. And no body notified anyone why it went off. Breakfast could have more choices. No boiled eggs. No choice of muffins. Coffee was light. Not much flavor. The room was not really cleaned 107. There was a lid from a bottle under the telephone desk. Plus 3 gummys. We have stayed here before. It has been better.
- jeri (5/5): It was below average for available ammenities and room rate w high for the amenities was very - Comfortable bed, quiet. Slept well. Food was pretty dull. Did not eat it. No pool, no gym, no hot tub, tv was tiny. No lamps no charging stations, very high room rate for the area and amenities available, no restaurant
- Janis Warne (10/5): -

- Monika (6/5): - Room wasn’t very clean.
- Pamela (10/5): It was an awesome place - The friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the room, very pleased with everything The pillows had a little to be desired plus having a bit larger towels would have been great
