I was looking forward to using the hot tub. I even put on my swimsuit and was sadly told that the water was not warm. I could not use it due to no sun. It heats up with solar panels. I was gutted because this was one of the main reasons i booked the place 😢

• Danny (9/5): - The staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. This is a lovely building with such a spacious entrance area with two lounges. The property sits in a prominent position within walking distance of the small harbour and not to close to the centre. We only stayed for one night but would have liked to have spent more time there. We stayed in the front family room (2 bedrooms), and our sleep was disturbed by pigeons on the roof. Apart from this it was perfect.

He looked after us during our stay and was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, and the aircon kept us cool during our stay. Ryno was also there to welcome us and was a big help when we needed advice. There was nothing that we were unhappy with.

Die gemeinschaftlichen Räumlichkeiten luden zum lesen und verweilen ein. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer.

Die Zimmer sind individuell, jedes in sich grossartig und liebevoll ausgestattet bis ins kleinste Detail. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist vorzüglich und grosszügig, ein Genuss! Die Pool Area lädt bedingt zum Verweilen ein. Dich das ist nicht wirklich schlimm weil das Meer so nah und alles andere überwiegt! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

The location of the place is a row away from the beach which was so convenient for evening and morning walks to the beach. The guesthouse is beautiful and spotless. Well looked after and I loved the library books selection to browse through in the communal lounge downstairs. The outside courtyard area with a jacuzzi was lovely to enjoy on a warm afternoon. The breakfast definitely is a hit as per all the reviews. Well presented and delicious. The only downfall were the noisy birds on the roof who were active through parts of the night and in the early hours of the morning. Both nights we all experienced poor sleep which did not aid relaxation.. Perhaps offering guests ear plugs for light sleepers would be a great touch.
