The room was spacious and remained at temp and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a roach in my room that I had to kill, it happens, German roaches are stubborn and get everywhere, but it was rather unfortunate to see, especially for the price of the room I reserved.

We did not like the pet hair on things. Employees were walking around dogs,which made me feel as if everything was unclean, the beds were uncomfortable (very hard), thicker pillows needed and the lack of towels included with the room.

I pretty much stayed at the Hampton because the staff is so much more inviting and they don’t steal from your room. I had a $64 phone dual block charger stolen from my room and an additional $19 cord. The weekend Personel is absolutely horrible. The breakfast is no good. It’s a waste of time hang onto your personal items or they’ll be missing. I was in room 120. The staff was slamming the doors until light into the night and starting at 5 o’clock in the morning.
