• Anne (10/5): Tranquil B&B - The property is in a rural location, but close to Rustenburg. The quietness, punctuated by birdsong, was just lovely and so relaxing after a long haul flight to Joburg. Nice swimming pool and gardens. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice and it was good to have the option of an evening meal, which was delicious home cooked food. Marnice and Jan Piet were welcoming hosts. Nothing!

• Sanele (10/5): Exceptional Customer Service and Hospitality - The hosts were so welcoming. The hospitality is out of this world. It felt like home. None.
• Sunika (10/5): Wonderful spot for our quick overnight stay - We were attending a competition in Rustenburg and we ran very late. The hostess was accommodating and worried about us, which made it feel like we were visiting family. Even though a bit of a drive out of Rustenburg (only about 20 minutes out), it was a great choice to have some rest and relaxation after a day of competing. May daughter absolutely loved staying there and wants to go back to get some hours next to the pool. The shared spaces are open and welcoming. Breakfast was ready for us at 6:30 as we had to make our way back for another day of competing. We will most definitely be back.

• Beverley (10/5): Absolute bliss would go again - Bou went beyond my expectations and delivered a more than expected breakfast after telling her I am not a big breakfast fan and she can just leave some fruit salad and joghurt, she did not do that she made me eggs and bacon and Toast nice healthy toast. the second morning I go a fantastic jam filled omelette with all my favourite contents. The rooms were clean, the towels were fluffy and white and they had enough blankets for the one nippy night. it is a safe and very secure site and actually the perfect spot for a small family weekend in the bush and it is pet friendly. will definately visit them again Nothing this is the best B&B I have stayed in in a very long time. they really go all out even had a welcome board in Reception for me.

Communication worked great, we had direct personal contact with Marnice and were able to clarify some questions in advance. A warm welcome with a delicious dinner and a lovingly maintained guest house with a beautiful garden rounded off our stay. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but we will definitely be back! A quiet place to relax and enjoy the pool by the deck. The food is amazing. I enjoyed every bite. The hosts are friendly and always ensure that your stay with them is satisfactory. Staff is friendly, always greeting you with a smile and seeing the animals graze is the best. Especially the birds chirping to round your experience of serenity. All that is missing is freshly baked cookies, but neitherless you feel at home.

I Would definitely recommend - The host is very very pleasant. she made us feel at home, starting from the calls from the day before we arrived and the day of the arrival, she kept checking on us and advising us on the road status. the rooms are super clean, spotless. Its very quiet and peaceful, with a view of animals here and there. Breakfast was awesome with very friendly staff. Would definatley return to this place some time soon. To be honest, there was nothing not to like. Everything was great!!

• Mam (10/5): A warmer Home away from home - Yoh I liked just about everything. From the location... Peaceful and homely. Marnice the host and her staff, so warm and welcoming. They called to check how far we are before we could even get to the property. She communicates so well, I sent her a message a day before and she responded within an hour and also sent an email and the location again on WhatsApp. She is such a warm soul. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and spotless. For us tea lovers it was a bonus because you have your smalletjie kettle and teas and sugars and milk... Thebreakfast is actually a buffet. There's a variety of food to choose from, Dorothy the chef, 😊 she's a sweetheart and also the gentleman taking care of the yard was really friendly. There's a braai area for meat lovers. The pool was always clean. And a breathe taking view from the upstairs varanda my goodness, you can actually view the mountains and wow, it was breathe taking. If you love nature like me, you definitely should make a turn here. There are also "calmer" 😂😂😂wild animals like the impala, squirrels, kudus around. Not to forget pets lovers like my daughter❤️😘, she fell in love with their beautiful dog, meinkie (pardon my spelling). She's such a social dog but only if she notices that you also give her attention😅😅😅. They bonded so well with my daughter. What a wonderful stay we had. Keep up the good work guys. • Mathias (9/5): Very nice and comfortable stay. - We spent our first two nights in South-Africa in Boubou, Marnice and Jan-Piet made us feel at home immediately. Evenings and nights are very cold, but very cost near the fire in the dining room and the electric warmed duvets in the bedrooms 😍. Jan-Piet and Marnice gave us a lot of tips regarding or stay and our trip! Dinner and breakfast was very good! Can't think of anything!

The host Marnice was always on hand and made us supper and breakfast. Both were very good. Communication was also excellent with the host. The location is not for everyone, as it is rural and about 20 minutes from Rustenburg.

• Andries (9/5): Perfect place to stay if you are looking for somewhere to unwind after a day of business/ travel. - Breakfast was excellent and extremely generous. The location is great with a real bushveld feel. Many antelope wondering around inside and outside the property and varied bird species to be seen (and heard). The road that we took may have been an issue if we did not have a high-clearance vehicle (bit rutted and muddy in places due to recent rain). Would recommend that future patrons be warned of this, or directions for a better route be provided.

A highlight for us was a little private game drive through the farm next by where we could see Oryx's, Buffaloes and much more. We felt also very welcomed and the everyone at Boubou is so friendly! Wish we would have more days there.

• Petra (10/5): If you want to find your peace and relax, go there! - Marnice was a very lovely and attentive host. She made everything possible we needed. After only one day we already felt at home! We enjoyed the quietness in the middle of the bush listening to the great variety of lovely birds. In the morning and in the evening it was wonderful to walk into the bush surrounding the idyllic house and watching the peaceful impalas and the fascinating sunset. The colours were simply amazing! Very recommendable for people who go for peacefulness and pure nature in a very clean and comfortable house with very nice company! There was absolutely nothing to complain😃
