• Xinrui (6/5): 工作人员很一般 设施无功无过 周围的便利店是我再次入住的原因 - 离机场很近 打车大概13欧左右 旁边有一个超市叫on 什么的 里面有很多亚洲方便面和中国零食 是我第二次入住的原因 房间里一股味 从外面回来以后格外明显，且一开门就有两只苍蝇一直飞。这次是第二次入住 设施更新了变成自助办理入住 前台很冷漠 我输入我的信息之后找不到我的订单 是由工作人员手动操作完成的 给了房卡但是不给我激活 在电梯里弄了几次 都不能按楼层 出来之后询问另一个工作人员 她很不耐烦的说我们走错了电梯（但是这个电梯方向是她同事指给我们的），然后我们说是房卡有问题 她还不信 直到我们演示给她看😅（且我们没有使用错电梯）

Foi super rápido. Os atendentes são muito prestativos. Excelente opção para quem tem voos na madrugada. Recomendo! Não recordo de problemas que poderia relacionar. Para estadias curtas o quarto estava apropriado.

• Gabriele (9/5): Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis - Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen war es durch die gut isolierten Fenster sehr ruhig. Ich konnte nachts bei gekippten Fenstern schlafen. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sehr sauber. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Es gab keinen shuttleservive mehr zum Flughafen. Als ich im Internet ein Hotel mit shuttle suchte, wurde es mir angezeigt.

Der Shuttleservice ist prima. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Ich empfehle es gern weiter. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen war für ein AIRPORT-Hotel doch überraschend groß

• Omar (5/5): Plus d'ouverture d'esprit du personnel serait un grand plus - La chambre était bien propre en confortables Le menu est très limité et n'est pas très inclusif des autres cultures. Vu que c'est un établissement qui est sensé accueillir des individus de différentes horizons, des efforts peuvent être consentis à offrir un menu plus fourni. Le personnel ou une partie du personnel à du mal à cacher leur manque d'enthousiasme quand il s'agit de clients noirs comme dans mon cas. Et c'était très visible.

• Connie (8/5): Convenient, comfortable. - Our flights were changed resulting in an unexpected overnight in Frankfurt. Needed to be close to airport and this was very easy to find - and only 1 stop away on S-bahn (about 5 euros roundtrip). We did not want to pay the high price of staying in the airport - so this was a very good option. Room was standard - nothing special, but clean, comfortable, and convenient. Just wanted to get our receipt/invoice the night before so we could check out quickly. Was told they could email to us and gave email address to clerk. Never received the emailed receipt so still had to stop and ask for it at checkout. Luckily, there was not a line. However, if it had been busy, I would not have wanted to wait. Needed the receipt to file with airline to hopefully get a refund due to their last minute change to our flight plans. No breakfast included in price.
