• Christine (6/5): Not what we expected - Very friendly staff and great rates Pictures of rooms advertised did not match the actual rooms. No set customer parking Narrow stair access film carpark only to the rooms so we had to carry suitcases up stairs. Very thin walls to the rooms, could hear people talking out in the corridor clearly when trying to sleep.

• Elise (7/5): It was good enough for what I needed it to be, I was comfortable, I felt secure when in my room. - Good shower. Comfortable space. Was in good proximity to the event I was attending. I forgot they were serviced rooms and was pleasantly surprised when I got back the next day. Lack of car park near the hotel entrance The concrete stairs after entering. Was a little cold and made me feel as if I'd wandered into a backroom. Felt a little unsteady on the stairs, especially when hauling luggage up and down. I wanted to open the curtains but the external of the window wasn't clean and all I could see was where broken signs had been dumped.

• The (1/5): Room 4 - Room 4 have very strong smell of toilet water the carpet was wet and the air-conditioning blow out air of sewage. I didn't have any choice but to stay because its they last room and I was exhausted. But I regret staying because the next morning I felt very ill

Myself and my partner slept in past check out time and noone come to wake us. I was so so surprised and so happy to be staying where we were. Nothing at all

• scherry (10/5): Cheaper if want stay little out the city - This place is close to public transport, right out your door.supermarket accross the street, if willing take bus to city, only short journey, or would like check markets in Footscray. Is only couple bus stops away. Train station isn't really walking distance. But no worries with the bus. Bed is comfy. Can take food to your room. Was pleasant Only lift, wasn't finished when I stayed. Probably will for next person..not to many steps

• Damien (5/5): Other than events on Saturday night a reasonably comfortable stay. - Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean. Most staff were friendly. Meals were good quality (discount provided). On arrival, staff seemed confused and untrained. On Saturday night, there was fighting, yelling, physical abuse appearing to happen in neighbouring rooms all night long.

• Hina (3/5): Disappointed - Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely noisy — We couldn’t sleep at all. The entry/exit door closes with a loud bang every time someone enters, and since it's located on a main road, there was constant traffic noise throughout the night. The air conditioning didn’t work, making the room uncomfortably hot. Overall, the stay didn’t meet its purpose, and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a restful night.

• Kumar (4/5): Only if you got no other options, stay here - The room itself and the facilities were good when we left the house, some of the staff came and opened the room without any concern or permission from us to drop off the new towels. We do had our luggage and our quite important stuff inside the room as we booked that for two days and The staff entering in the room without our permission while we are not at the hotel was very disappointing. The rooms beside ours had weird noises, disturbing our stay.

• Melissa (6/5): Good value for what it’s worth. Pleasant and comfortable sleep otherwise. Met our needs for an overnight stay. Staff are - Good location, close to main road and easy to find. Heaps of safe parking. Bed is comfortable and bathroom though small is not outdated. Stairs only. Main entrance door makes loud banging noise that can be heard from room upstairs. Felt a bit claustrophobic in the room, no windows.

• Steven (8/5): Despite the few dislikes it is good value for the price, I would recommend it for others who are needing to stay in the - The bed was really comfortable the staff were very professional The shower was hard to get the right temperature it went from extreme cold to extreme hot, and difficult to maintain the temperature. Checking out before 7am was a pain I had to leave the key in the room which wasn’t explained when checking in & the bond wasn’t mentioned when booking.

• June (6/5): Stay was short and sweet. Had all the amenities I needed. Room was clean. - The location was perfect for where I needed to go. The sheets we're very clean, stained. No lift access, only stairs but that was fine. Lighting in the room was a little dimmer than what I'm used to.
