• Hadaoui (6/5): - Die Freundlichkeit des Frühstückservices Das man mir 60Euro nachbezahlen liess für zwei Frühstücke einer 12jährigen, obwohl das Frühstück inbegriffen war bei der Buchung. Der Service manchmal an der Rezeption.
• Strauven (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf dichtbij het centrum - De service van de dame aan de balie was zeer klantgericht. Ze hielp ons met al onze vragen, bleef vriendelijk en had geduld. De kamers was ok, meer moest het niet zijn voor 1 nacht. De budgetkamer is 'klein' in vergelijking met de andere kamer. is net voldoende om te slapen.

• SHLOMO (9/5): perfect, warm , great location - The location was perfect — just a short walking distance from the conference I attended. The place itself was cozy and pleasant. I didn’t really see much of the staff apart from check-in and check-out, which was perfectly fine as I didn’t need anything. When I left, one of the reception staff members was especially kind and friendly, which left a great impression. it wasn’t critical and I managed fine, but I did miss having a desk, as I needed to do quite a bit of writing.

The staff were exceptionally warm and caring—they took the time to show us to our room and, without prompting, provided a map along with thoughtful recommendations for the best sights and activities in Bruges. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Bruges, within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, a grocery store, and a lovely park just around the corner. Our room was ideal for two people: comfortable, well-maintained, and cozy. The only suggestion we would offer is the addition of a kettle in the room for added convenience. Also, note that the bathrooms do not have fans, so they tend to steam up quickly. We wish we had stayed longer and would not hesitate to return

Our room at the top was nicely furnished & we had 2 large windows for views of the street which let in lots of light. We had a fridge o our room & was able to get fresh milk every day so we could make a hot drink. The staff were friendly & helpful & we were able to have drinks in the courtyard & enjoy the ambiance of the main hotel.

Drain was clogged and couldn’t take a proper shower without water overflowing into floor. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Would stay again. - Nicely styled rooms in a great location Bathroom not cleaned properly after maintenance work that was completed prior to our stay that was not noticed or corrected by housekeeping. Cracked mug the was put in the room bin was washed and put back out, even after telling reception of the fault!

• Borys (9/5): Amazing experience! - Perfect location in the center of Brugges. Amazing staff. Super clean. There are parking space (garages) available for a fee, and there is an underground parking on the end of the street. There is no AC, but the nights are not hot, and there are not many mosquitoes. Water tap is inconvenient and lacks the aerator so it splashes the water around. The shower lacks the door and is also prone to splashing. The toilet refused to stop flushing water at some point, so I had to fix it. These problems are pretty minor though.

The time set to go down the stairs and the consecutive light sensors are not well calculated and the lights turn of too quickly without the next light turning on . My daughter fell down the stairs because she didn’t see the last step that is not covered with carpet as the rest of the stairs but it is dark color as the floor itself because the lights went off ( the lamp that was on a table at the hall was still not turned on ).

• Dennis (10/5): An amazing find in Bruges that adds the cherry on top. - What an absolute gem! It was so conveniently located a few blocks from the Center and across the street from the canal tour point. It was quiet, cozy, very elegant and inviting. There is a parking garage around the corner if they don't have parking available at the hotel. Restaurants are near steps away, as well as outstanding chocolatiers. It was quiet and serene at night. There were no serious issues to note. If you stay in the Bed & Breakfast understand there is no elevator to go up. They can't add one due to historical building restrictions.
