• Kateřina (1/5): Nedoporučuji-zrušeno na poslední chvíli - Ubytování bylo zrušeno hodinu před příjezdem ze strany hostitelky Hostitelka nám ubytování na poslední chvíli zrušila a nebyla schopna najít adekvátní ubytování na stejné úrovni (v centru, s terasou). Musela jsem si náhradní ubytování hledat sama, což bylo na poslední chvíli dost komplikované.

• Miku (2/5): Loudest stay in Sicily - Location Noise: The toilet inside our room was connected to some sort of grinder that activate everytime the toilet is flushed. This grinder was as loud as an industrial washing machine. You will for sure wake up your partner if the toilet is flushed. If you restrain the use of the toilet during the night, do not worry, the grinder is connected to other toilets in other room and will start randomly during the night to ensure you will hear the roaring industrial grinder many time per night. If, by miracle, the grinder does not wake you up, the outside noise (bar's techno music, klaxon etc...) will take care of it. Towel : while clean, the towels were old, raspy and full of holes. Service: we saw nobody, and our question was answered when we returned to our origin country (2 days after) WiFi: poor, we could not connect from our room during our stay.

• Veronika (1/5): - Nothing I originally booked this accommodation for 3 nights, however we left after the first night because the conditions were unacceptable. The room was not properly prepared on arrival, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment, especially the bathroom, was very poor. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom, which raised serious hygiene concerns and made the stay very uncomfortable. Due to these conditions, we were forced to leave and spend time during our holiday arranging and paying for alternative accommodation. We could nit stay here.

Le vrai plus de ce logement est la terrasse accessible à tout moment de la journée, avec une vue imprenable sur la ville, et la possibilité de s'y poser pour lire, boire un café ou pique-niquer, et également profiter du soleil. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le coin petit-déjeuner/goûter avec thé/café et gâteaux à disposition, nous avons même pu emprunter quelques couverts La chambre et la salle de bain étaient suffisamment grandes, bien agencées et calmes (dans notre cas au dernier étage, proche de la terrasse) Le logement est facilement accessible, et à moins de 15 min à pieds du centre Nous avons pu discuter avec les hôtes qui ont été accueillants et arrangeants tout au long de notre séjour Les fenêtres n'étaient pas toutes faciles à occulter, la chambre peut-être un peu lumineuse pour ceux qui aiment dormir dans le noir complet

La terrazza ha il suo fascino ma abbastanza trasandata. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un restyling.

• Nina (10/5): - Das Appartement war sehr zentral und man konnte zu Fuß alles erreichen. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang beobachten und wir haben dort Gefrühstückt. In der kleinen Küche gibt es Croissants, Kekse und einen Kaffeeautomaten, alles was man Morgens braucht. Die Kommunikation lief auch reibungslos. Kann es nur empfehlen.

Per il prezzo è un alloggio più che decente. Lenzuola non stirate e con un po' di capelli, odore da chiuso. La camera deluxe con vasca è una camera budget con doccia..non avevo alcun interesse nella vasca ma è piacevole quando le cose sono come da descrizione. Critica a parte, non rivolta agli hosts, trovo assurdo che la tassa di soggiorno a Palermo sia di 4 euro, dove li spendono tutti questi introiti? Di sicuro non nella città che è una discarica a cielo aperto.

• d aurora (1/5): Non è colpa sua.. ma nostra che ci siamo andati. - La posizione Premetto che la stanza era diversa da quella descritta in foto (abbiamo scelto la mansarda), era piena di muffa e la testiera del letto piena di “macchie”. La proprietà della struttura, incapace di gestire un emergenza idrica nella stanza. Può capitare che manchi acqua ma agire subito per la nostra felicità penso sia il minimo da fare, invece la pazza isterica ha cercato solo di discolparsi e ci ha fornito delle bottiglie per togliere il bagnoschiuma da dosso solo dopo che a brutto muso gli ho detto di portarmi delle bottiglie di acqua. E nonostante la precaria risoluzione dell’accaduto (premetto senza neanche chiudere scusa o cercare di rimediare alla situazione pessima che si era creata) si è risentita nello spirito perché abbiamo chiamato l’assistenza Booking per cercare una soluzione e non contenta della pessima figura che ha fatto né ha collezionato un’altra intimandoci di lasciare la stanza un giorno prima.. non ho mai recensito negativamente una struttura perché mai ho trovato una maleducazione come questa.. ha saputo solo dire “non è colpa mia!!”. Ah dimenticavo: l’ascensore era rotto e abbiamo dovuto fare 6 piani a piedi, la sua risposta alla nostra lamentela? “Non è colpa mia!!”

• Alcaraz Varela (4/5): - Lo mejor es la ubicación y las vistas desde la terraza. No funciona el ascensor y un Sexto sin ascensor es horrible. Sobre todo para una embarazada. No nos avisaron de que no funcionaba y tenía pinta de que hacía muchísimo tiempo que no funcionaba el ascensor.

Camera pulita ma non pulitissima, non funzionava il condizionatore quindi abbiamo avuto un pò freddo.

• Anna (10/5): Świetne miejsce z cudownym tarasem i wszystkim co niezbędne podczas podrozy. - To bardzo przyjemne miejsce w centrum Palermo, z którego łatwo dostać się do wielu atrakcji piechotą. Pokój czysty, przytulnie urządzony wyposażony w czajnik, małą lodówkę, telewizor i klimatyzację. Do dyspozycji gości jest mała kuchenka z mikrofalówką, większą lodówką, czajnikiem oraz ekspresem do kawy. Kilka rodzajów herbaty, kawa, ciasteczka oraz najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty kuchenne również dostępne. Ale taras, na którym można wypić kawę i podziwiać widok na dachy Palermo oraz otaczające góry to wyjątkowa okazja do relaksu po długich wędrowkach. Gospodarze przyjaźni - pozwolili nam wcześniej przed zameldowaniem zostawić bagaże a w dzień wyjazdu zostać trochę dłużej. Z pewnością wrócę tam i będę polecała znajomym. Nie było nic takiego.
• Ophélie (8/5): Situation parfaite et logement adéquat pour 2 nuitées. - la situation du logement par rapport au centre était excellente ! La sécurité de l'accès était très appréciée également. La chambre était propre et le plafond bien haut qui donnait une sensation d'espace. C'était très agréable Les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées. On entendait tout ce qu'il se passait dans la couloir et les chambres d'à côté. Les évacuations d'eau faisaient énormément de bruit.

• Evelina (10/5): Super - Blisko do centrum miasta, czysto, cicho, w pobliżu jest Lidl, bardzo łatwe i zrozumiałe zameldowanie, polecam serdecznie. Fajnie byłoby dodać mikrofalówkę , bo, niestety nie ma płytki indukcyjnej, a mikrofalówka pozwoliłaby na podgrzanie posiłków
• Justine (7/5): Séjour agréable et communication chaleureuse - La petite terrasse de l’appartement ainsi que la baignoire et la salle de thé étaient très agréable ! Le lit était un peu mou et grinçait au moindre mouvement mais nous avons tout de même passé une nuit agréable. Nous avons cependant été réveillés assez tôt par les voisins et l’isolation qui est assez mauvaise.

Dusty and the tap and shower did not work all the time, including flushing the toilet and brown water. I should of check Google reviews before booking.

Clim indispensable mais pas forcément bien placée. Sanitaire propre mais odeur assainissement désagréable dans la douche. Attention de ne pas laisser les petits défauts prendre le dessus.

Un po’ scomodo il fatto che non ci fossero né un tappetino per poggiare i piedi usciti dalla doccia, né un gancio su cui appendere gli asciugamani. Inoltre Abbiamo sofferto il caldo poiché il condizionatore andava solo in modalità ventilatore ma non bastava a raffreddare la stanza
