Breakfast was very complete, served with seaview. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Hurray for Feyza for her friendly communication and hospitality. Recommended!

- Stay56174683276 (10/5): A lovely dog and people friendly beach hotel near the heart of Bodrum. - We were looking for a hotel that was dog friendly, by the beach, comfortable with a good atmosphere and Flamm delivered! Staff are such animal lovers, from front of house, to wait staff and valet staff. Dog bowls were provided along with lovely gardens for our dog to play in. Amenities, from pool to beach club, restaurant and bar, we had a lovely stay and will be returning in September!

My wife is an interior designer and she commented that the room was likely designed by a female due to everything being in the right place with great lighting etc. Private sun decks are brilliant and staff second to none. Hotel manager, Feyza, was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much effort. I would highly recommend Flamm if visiting the area. Perhaps not the best place if you have teenage kids as not much to do for them apart from soaking up the sun and playing in the pool/sea. Everything was great
- christiant479 (6/5): Lovely place outrageously overpriced - This is a lovely beach club/hotel which we accessed through our hotel as it is a partnership arrangement t with them and provided a shuttle service. The place is really lovely, with boardwalks out onto the sea and a lovely garden. What wasn’t so lovely was their food and drinks prices outrageously overcharging… eg £10 for a small bottle of beer. Even in Bodrum that is pushing it! Won’t go back which is a shame. Noticed very few other people were having a drink, and I can see why now!

The beachfront was not well managed from a hygiene point of view. The chairs were not clean (every night a dog sleeping on one of them). Don’t know why they couldn’t protect the platform during the night. And once, when I asked to change the cover, the person on duty just tried to clean the sheet a bit, but with dog hair still left on it….

But overall the grounds, gardens, pool, sunbathing areas was beautiful. The drinks and the food was so expensive. And we could walk along the beach to other places but it was difficult as my husband is blind and it wasn’t an easy walk. We got a taxi into the nearest town one evening which was lovely.

Upon my arrival my room was upgraded to a more beautiful and spacious room (without a request). The owner Feyza Hanım is a very kind, attentive and experienced host making you feel valued as a guest throughout your stay. She is joined by the manager Serhat Bey and harmony of their collaboration shows. The breakfast and food in general was excellent. All service personnel was very welcoming although they were outshine by Tolga Bey. I highly recommend staying at the Flamm.

- Hisham (10/5): The place to be. - Amazing location directly on the water. We paid a substantial price but it was during high season and worth it. The food was very good. The staff, in general, were amazing. I ran out of Turkish lira so I did not have much to tip the porter on arrival--he spend the rest of the trip glaring at me . I tipped him well on departure , but that did not seem to lift his mood. I consider this an anomaly as the rest of the staff were excellent.

The food is also very high quality and eating by the sea was a special treat (would have loved more traditional Turkish options). Breakfast is among the best I have ever had. Very clean and attentive. Beautiful sea spot in a gulf, comfortable sun decks, beautiful garden. Loved the fact that it is pet friendly and you can meet happy cats and dogs around. Overall very relaxing place. The location is a secluded oasis in the middle of nowhere unfortunately. Nowhere to walk and nothing to see without an aprox 30 min cab ride which is fine for a weekend but not ideal for an entire week. The suite size was small, the photos gave me the illusion of a larger room, was not an actual suite, but a regular room with a small extra bed. Bathroom is a good size with double shower. Prices for anything (e.g. water sports) are very high given there is no competition in the area.

Or if you want your kid to run around, you can do so around the pool area. The restaurant is really good too. For lunch i recommend turkish dumplings. For dinner the steak is really good. And if you’re a dessert person, you could get the apple baklava.
- fleurd828 (10/5): My favorite destination in Bodrum - I stayed at Flamm for a week in 2020 and hoped to come back for longer. This year we arranged to come as 4 friends and stayed for 12 days. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Our room was near the sea with a garden of its own. So we kind of had our own private outdoor area. Food was excellent. I only regret not having tasted all of the desserts and the cocktails on the menu.

(Gurkan or gokhan cannot remember was great), very kind! cocktails and food is amazing. Cool house/lounge music does not interfere with your day. Recommend it to everybody. - Verified traveler (10/5): Flamm impressed me! Will certainly visit again. - Stayed in Room 12 (Terrace Suit). The quality of services, food&beverages, and the facilities is impeccable. Management philosopy here is based on maximizing guest comfort and satisfaction. The room service, front desk and restaurant/beach area personnel demonstrated great effort to make us happy. The beach is spectacular, the pool is very nice, and the outdoor lounge area is both comfy and aesthetically pleasing. Pets welcome. Kitchen is Michelin star quality, make sure to order the beef rib and the grilled octopus. The only area of improvement I can think of would be increasing the hot water capacity of guest rooms. We had cold water coming from the pipes approximately after 5 minutes in the shower. Will definitely stay again. Big thanks and congrats to Tolga for setting high management standards.
- 999Vic (10/5): Very very relaxing - Stayed in one of the converted fishermen’s cottages right on the beach. I have to say this is one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed. The cottage is kitted out with his and hers shower, lovely towels and linen and a super comfy bed. The door opens onto a seating area right on the water. The restaurant is good although the menu didn’t change for the duration of our stay and they ran out of the wine I wanted to order and some food. This wasn’t replenished for the next night. I can only imagine that’s because we came right at the end of their season. However, don’t let this deter you from going. The standard of food is very good. It’s a short taxi ride into the busier area of town which is quite upmarket. Not the same vibe as Flamm or relaxed feel to it. Beautiful place though but lots of expensive yachts moored up with beautiful people drinking overpriced cocktails. We cannot thank the hotel enough for their help booking flights. The guy on the front desk was superb.

Seafloor is sandy, no rocks/pebbles. + Select clientele, mature, respectful guests + Extensive breakfast and dinners included in the half-board rate (less alcoholic beverages and add-ons like granola bowls) + You get good meals and service, you won’t be served half-baked meals just because it is included in the rate. Our tables were always served with a new set of table linens, our coffee/tea was refreshed whenever we were finished before we asked for it. + Best staff I’ve seen in a while across local/international, high and low-end properties + Elegant music at the restaurant and beach which is never intrusive or loud (they have a great DJ) + Paw friendly + Interior design of the rooms, beach decks and the restaurant is quite pleasant + Guest rooms have their own beach deck (the main deck us open to daily visitors) + Our standard rooms had a small secluded lawn which we enjoyed for stargazing and when wanted to sunbathe at the privacy of our room + Their website is a good representation of what you are getting Neither positive nor negative: +/- This is not a budget stay, but the value you get for your money is incredible +/- Wi-Fi isn’t fast which we did not mind because we wanted to stay away from it. Access is possible both at the guest rooms and the beach +/- Shoulder seasons (spring, fall) may have rain and not be as warm as summer (we still averaged 27 celsius weather and 24 celsius sea temperatures end of September. If you do not like too hot weather and prefer a little more quiet you will find these periods the best, especially September. +/- Flamm has a beachy, relaxed setting. If you are after s giant concrete resort with hundreds of people, tennis courts and water slides, this is not the place for you. Neither of these were what we were looking for. +/- Bodrum sea can be windy/wavy at times. While this is true for Flamm as well, the bay is prtected by the natural extension of the land almost 3/4 of the way. Thus the property is placed in a bay well-protected. +/- Not much to experience at walking distance. We liked this as it keeps rhe crowd away. +/- Beach menu: If you are an international tourist, you’ll fond the rates decent. If you are a domestic tourist, you are looking at prices a little higher than mid-range Istanbul rates. Quality and good service at a serene place has a cost. Negatives: - No kettle in standard rooms - If you are reserving last minute, you might have difficulty finding availability over the weekends as this is a super popular property for weddings
- K14kjf (10/5): Amazing place!! - Wow such a fabulous holiday. I came here on recommendation of friends and it was everything I was looking for. I have a bad back and needed a few days of total relax and totally got it. My room was the beautiful beach suite, where the sea literally laps at your door. The sun beds were so comfortable and wait staff are on hand to bring you everything you might need. Towels food and delicious cocktails. The manager and staff were brilliant and made me so comfortable. Restaurant so chilled, food fabulous and the DJ playlist just perfect! I have travelled all over the world but I've been searching for somewhere like this all my life and will certainly be back. Hopefully next time without a bad back 😊
- YALIN19 (10/5): Nice beach club - Leaving with v. good memories - I generally tend to stay away from "beaches" because of the obvious reasons (over priced meals without quality, rude people, arrogant staff, artificial fols around and etc.). However, none of it existed in Flamm. Very polite and nice service people, high q food and drinks and a good atmosphere. We were with kids and the kids also loved the pool which was a bonus in addition to the sea. This place may not have very budget prices, but I dont think it was a rip-of and I had the feeling that I did get the return of my money. Plan to be coming back.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed in a room right opposite the sea. It was beautiful and tranquil in the mornings. The room and service was excellent and the hotel manager, Tulga, was very accommodating. A really lovely gentleman. We would definitely go again. If I was to offer any advice on improvements it would be not to skimp on small necessities like better luxurious slippers in the room; better quality dryer, fresh drinking water everyday and some variation in breakfast choices, like cereal or yogurt etc.
- TJSmith24 (8/5): Lovely beach day - We visited here for the day (twice) as a guest at the partnering hotel el vino. Really lovely spot. Great decking out on the sea with lovely views and low slung cushion beds. Restaurant to the side and cocktail bar. Pricier than most other places we visited but no more so than you’d expect from such a hotel. Staff a little prickly sometimes, maybe the language barrier. Cocktails and drinks were nice. We added to the tab and paid after. Beautiful scenery. Excellent snorkelling spot. Tasty food at the restaurant. well Kemp’s gardens and grounds. We’d definitely visit again.
