• Nicola (6/5): A basic hotel maybe ok for an overnight stay - It was in a central location and the room was clean There were no staff other than cleaners on the premises and no catering facilities at all. I asked for an early check in but when we arrived we couldn’t get into the building. Finally managed to contact someone by phone and luckily a guest was leaving so we got into the hotel but still needed a code to access the key box for the room. The pricing for the rooms was very erratic. Some friends had more facilities in the their rooms but paid less! We did ask for a kettle and it was supplied immediately which was positive.
• Martha (3/5): the pics looked much better - cannot recommend to come here - convenient location - near restaurants, cafes. Cleaning staff was very friendly, otherwise no real contact ot the hosts. Unfortunately surrounding loud at night (drunk tourists and parties next door)- Pictures of flat looked much better - the building would need a lot of TLC. The lift in the building did not work - we had to get to the 2nd floor! - We cannot recommend this residence. location convenient to walk around the old town

• Shaw (8/5): Thouroughly enjoyed my stay and accommodation - It was near centre near shops and restaurants. The room was clean and had utensils to use for cooking etc (I didn’t use the facilities for cooking) Cleaning staff were friendly and thourough. No one there to welcome us, although they eventually emailed with room numbers and key codes.
• Angela (4/5): Disappointed in facilities. No coffee machine or kettle. Kettle was provided when I saw a member of staff. I was able to - Clean, central location . Balcony room right on roadway, no use for sitting out. Or opening window. Junction of 5 roads, bin lorries every day 4.30 am, plus road sweeper in early hours . Disturbed sleep.

• Claudine (7/5): - Apart from noisy cars and motorbikes (is it part of a rally route?!), the location, parallel to Corso Umberto, was perfect. The aforementioned noise. Street cleaning at stupid o'clock, motorbikes revving in the early hours affected my sleep on more than one occasion.
• Aida (4/5): Goede locatie maar verder teleurstellend - De locatie Helaas een slechte ervaring door de krakende slaapbank, waardoor we negen nachten nauwelijks hebben geslapen. De eigenaar reageerde wel vlot, maar bood geen oplossing omdat 'alle banken nu eenmaal kraken'. Een compensatie was niet bespreekbaar. De badkamer is flink verouderd en de foto’s online zijn misleidend. Pluspunt: het was wel goed schoon."
• Gunnar (8/5): Super Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt mitten in Olbia. - Schöner großer Balkon, gute Matratzen. Küchenausstattung, wenn man wirklich kochen will, ist etwas knapp, aber es geht.

• Jackie (7/5): - Tha apartment was clean , good size and staff very helpful. I found the bed very uncomfortable too hard. My husband was fine. The self catering was practically non existent, yes we had two hotplates but only 1 pot and frying pan. No kettle or toaster. Also no mini markets nearby that you could by basics such as bread, milk eggs etc.

Unkomplizierter online Check-in. Matratze sehr weich und sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr niedrig. Kühlschrank bzw. Eisfach defekt. Aufzug war während unseres Aufenthaltes defekt. Dennoch sehr gute Empfehlung für Olbia!

• Beata (10/5): Pobyt byłby udany, gdyby nie brak balkonu - Obiekt usytuowany w centrum, ale w ci hej uliczce. Na zdjęciu przy rezerwacji był pokój z balkonem, na którym nam zależało. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że pokój jest ciemny i na parterze.

Тверді подушки висотою 5 см і скрипуче ліжко. Кухонна плита стара років 30 мабуть. Посуд покриття всередині вже стерте і такий посуд потрібно вже міняти.

Ausserhalb der Saison 25 Euro für 2 h frühere 13:00 Anreise ist zu hoch. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer etwas abgewohnt.

• Corriga (6/5): - nel complesso carina, ottima posizione e vicino a tutto---- cuscini del letto "inesistenti" ultra sottili (a mio Gusto, sono abituato al doppio cuscino in memory) e letto molto cigolante. troppo vicino ai locali notturni, se uno gradisce silenzio meglio comprare tappi per le orecchie :). ma come già detto come appoggio per un paio di notti va più che bene..

• Julien (4/5): Déçus - Appartement très bien placé, en plein centre ville. Attention à ne pas aller se garer devant, c'est une zone ZTL et vous risquez l'amende. Ballons individuels de 50 L à peine pour une famille de 4....comment est-ce possible ? Cloisons très fines et donc beaucoup de bruits en fonction des personnes dans l'hôtel. À peine 4 échantillons de gels douches/shamppoing pour 2 jours et peu pour les wc....

• Attila (7/5): In the center, good value for money. - Close to the center. Clean room, with balcony. Hooks, places to hang wet towels were missing from the bathroom. Cheap quality furniture in the room. Old real wooden furniture for instance in the hallway is much nicer.

• Manon (6/5): C’était très bien pour 1 nuit - L’emplacement est génial, très central, l’appartement avait deux grands balcon appréciable. La literie dans la chambre est bonne. La literie du canapé lit était horrible, il faudrait vraiment la changer. La propreté est à re voir, beaucoup de tâches et de saleté sur le sol. Un peu bruyant mais ça va.

• Daniel (6/5): Fatal, no volvería - La ubicación y la amabilidad de la chica que nos recibió. El hecho de ver los cubiertos de comer sucios y tener que lavarlos yo (lo que otro había ensuciado) para que no me cobrasen 50€ por limpiarlos ellos (normas del alojamiento). El apartamento no estaba bien limpio y la tele era de risa, costaba trabajo ver lo que ponía en los subtítulos de lo pequeña que es. Una vergüenza que en el año 2026 que una televisión plana grande cuesta 400€ tengan esa basura puesta en una habitación.
