- Christof (8/5): - Sauberes, ordentliches Hotel für kurze Übernachtung in Ordnung. Personal freundlich. Gute Anbindung an Autobahn. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig, Aufbackbrötchen dazu noch mit Wartezeit beim Nachschub, keine Gemüse und Obstvielfalt und auch keine Milchalternativen für Laktoseintoleranz oder Veganer. Dazu in einem sehr engen Bereich. Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, allerdings am Hotel nur in begrenzter Zahl und für 10€ statt 8€ wie auf Homepage beschrieben.

- Giuseppe (2/5): Camera singola anziché doppia, no sconto! - Con mia sorpresa mi è stata data una camera con letto singolo anziché la doppia che avevo prenotato. Peraltro la camera attrezzata per disabili, quindi con il lavabo a 60 cm (io sono alto 1,85 mt). Alla reception si sono scusati, ma l'unico sconto possibile é stato il parcheggio (10€) e una bottiglia d'acqua in omaggio. Nessuno sconto sulla tariffa, anche senl'ho richiesto più volte; 190 € per una singola con letto con le rotelle sinceramente è un furto.

Fitness centre has a treadmill, an elliptical and a multipurpose weight machine. No fridge in room (and only instant coffee in the room but that’s pretty standard for Germany).

The personnel was very friendly. The parking outside costs about 8€. The only thing I didn't like was the taste of the coffee at breakfast.

No perks for rewards members offeres here and the location is terrible. This hotel is a long walk from the train and has nothing around it to do. Extremely over priced for what you get. Has modern decor, but doesn't make up for the other shortcomings.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Fast perfekt - Der Lift ist extrem langsam, man muss dementsprechend immer wieder warten. Die Reinigung kommt (am Check Out Tag!) um 9 Uhr vorbei und kommt gleich rein. Da wir sowieso auschecken würden ist eine “Zwischenreinigung” sinnlos. Sonst sehr freundlich, super Frühstück und insgesamt empfehlenswert.

- Philipp (10/5): - Ein schönes, sauberes Hotel mit nettem zuvorkommendem Personal. Unser Zimmer war sauber und mit dem Blick Richtung Kraftwerk konnte man einen super Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Das Zimmer war sauber und bei der Ankunft wohl temperiert. Das Frühstück war super, es war alles frisch und wenn etwas zu neige ging wurde schnell aufgefüllt. Ab der Rezeption wurde uns bereits beim Check-in empfohlen vor dem Abreisetag zu zahlen, weil an dem Tag viele neue Gäste kommen und es dann lange dauern könnte. Dieser Hinweis war super, da es am Abreisetag tatsächlich sehr voll wurde und wir dann aber durch das vorzeitige zahlen super schnell raus konnten. Was uns im Zimmer nicht gefallen hat, aber von Anfang an klar war, dass es keine Minibar bzw, einen kleinen Kühlschrank gibt. Das wäre für kleine Snacks oder insbesondere Getränke praktisch. Und leider gab es nur auf einer Seite der Betten eine Steckdose, das wäre auch schön gewesen wenn es auf beiden Seiten eine Steckdose gegeben hätte. Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Anbindung an Bus und Bahn ist gegeben, das Hotel ist außerhalb von München, aber das sieht man ja auch auf der Karte.

- raviurao (8/5): Very comfortable stay - Fourth S-Bahn, S8 station from the Munich International Airport. A 15min. walk from the railway station. Excellent, comfortable rooms. The morning breakfast spread is quite sumptuous, variety of juices, coffee, tea, cold cuts, wursts, breads and fresh fruits. Not much around the Hotel, however the convenience store EDEKA Breuer next door, helped us pick up eats for our further travel. We had a night's halt here for an onward journey to Frankfurt.

It's OK for short stays but if you are working in Munich any more than a couple of nights then I would recommend staying in they city and travelling

- John (8/5): Good, clean, affordable place - I'd stay again. - Was in Munich for a meeting and The K was nearby and came up on a search based on the meeting address. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Only negative is that the hotel has a breakfast buffet that was OK but no other restaurant and the ones nearest to it are a 10-minute or more walk away which is OK if the weather is good.

In der zweiten Nacht war sehr viel Lärm ( lautes Türknallen im Nebenzimmer, getrampel im Zimmer über uns, ab 7:30 Uhr lautes geklopfe von Handwerkern über uns ). Hätten am Sonntag gerne bis 9:00 Uhr geschlafen aber wegen des starken Lärms über uns nicht möglich.

- hop4pen (10/5): Newer Hotel, Great Staff - We went for Oktoberfest and stayed 2 nights here. It was 30 mins by cab from Munich. Was a bit worried about getting around, however, local S banh stop just a 7 min walk away. Then a 20 min ride into Munich central station. This is a newer hotel, excellant condition. Rooms large, shower large. Staff excellant and friendly. Very helpful with directions. Hotel bar serves late night pizza. Breakfast buffet well presented. There is a restaurant next door, and a grocery store 2 mi s around past the restaurant. Very handy for last minute items.
- calistaf2015 (6/5): Average - Bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean and pretty quiet with the windows closed. Shower was hot, towels were fine. Breakfast was ok but nothing extraordinary and entirely self-service with minimum staffing and a distinctly canteen vibe. It was the weekend of the beginning of Oktoberfest which perhaps explains the €200/ night bill. Felt like an awful lot of money for what it was but apart from that it was fine, just characterless and a bit uninspiring. Could do with more staff on duty at checkout...

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Ich bin Raucher und akzeptiere es, das ich zum Rauchen vor die Tür muss. Leider fühlte ich mich beim Frühstück, das sehr lecker war, diskriminiert. Im Frühstücksraum waren Hund erlaubt. Das könnte man so verstehen, dass Hunde gesehen werden als Raucher, denn einen Aschenbecher habe ich nicht entdeckt.

It does only cater for bed and breakfast, the breakfast buffet was really good with plenty of choice, although you can get snacks in the bar in the evening. The main part of Unterfoehring is only a short walk away, about 15 minutes, and there are a few restaurants there to chose. There is also Schroders restaurant next door which is also quite good to eat at. The rooms are quite comfortable and suite the need if you are just looking for a place to crash for the night. The staff are friendly. The rooftop bar, AM Kraftwerk 7, is a great place to go and have an evening drink if the weather is good. Has good view of the area, but just blot out the views of the cranes !! :-) Must not that it is noty open every night. Would recommend using Ubers's as they are half the price of using the local taxis. There's a small supermarket next door, handy for getting a few supplies if needed.

- walkern (10/5): New Hotel off the beaten track - A great little Best Western Hotel. Good service, nice people and a decent breakfast. Everything looks very new and clean and the room for a one night stay was ideal. Bathroom was clean and bright. Heating worked, I’ve been to a few that haven’t but the controls were hard to read due to the dimly lite hallway.....but no problems. Parking at the rear of the Hotel costs extra. Only bar meals available in the evening but there’s a great little restaurant within the same building. Will use again.

Die Zimmertüren knallen, der Vorhang im Zimmer war nur Licht unduchlässig, Frühstück war OK, aber auch qualitativ nicht herausragend. Die Dachterrasse war zu. Einen Absacker muss man in der Lobby trinken, die sehr klein und ungemütlich für solch Drinks ist. Man hat das Gefühl dort nicht lang verweilen zu dürfen.

The metro station is very near. The stuff is friendly. Parking is not a problem. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and it is very quite. I would recommend.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Ideal for business trip to Unterfoering - Excellent hotel for trips to the Unterfoering business and media park. On several bus routes, and 1km walk from the S8 line with frequent trains to the airport and Munich city centre. Rooms and public areas are clean and contemporary. Breakfast variety is a little limited, but good quality and quality. No lunch/evening dining, but the bar has a small selection of pizzas (there are plenty of other dining options in the area). Team are very pleasant and helpful. Fitness room has one treadmill and one crosstrainer, but I didn't really have any problem finding a free machine. There is free WiFi, but it's not really enough for streaming media. It's worth spending 16 EUR for the 3 day package. Highly recommended.

- Derek (10/5): - Great hotel, staff, clean and spacious room, everything you can ask for. Location is its only drawback, 10 minute walk and close 30 minute train ride to October fest or downtown. But besides that I stay again.
- JR_PennState (10/5): - The property was chosen for its location to the train station and the airport. 30 min drive to the airport. 10 min walk to the train station. Very modern and clean. No tub, just a shower. Rooms were nice size. Bed comfortable. AC goes to sleep at night, so can get a bit warm. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent and very helpful.
- MPD (8/5): - The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast is good with typical German breakfast items of breads, sliced meats, and sliced cheeses. They also have some warm items like scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and Frikadellen. The parking is free and right next to the hotel. However, there is nothing around and it's quite far from the city center. There is a grocery store next door, as well as onsite restaurant and bar. Otherwise, nothing else but fields and large businesses like Allianz.

- Syed (10/5): - Very good and comfortable experience with good breakfast offering plenty of choice. The hotel is conveniently located next to a large supermarket and the Media Park in Unterfoehring. There is a free public car park next to the hotel and the train station is less than 10 min walk.
- Syed (8/5): Nice hotel close to the Media Park - The hotel is well situated within walking distance of Sky Deutschland offices in Unterfoehring and the main line train station (S8). There is a nice supermarket next door with an integrated restaurants and bakery and free car park adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast has a wide variety and the rooms also have complimentary tea and coffee facilities. Nice clean bathrooms with all the necessary facilities in the room.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Friendly staff at Best Western - Lovely stay at The K Hotel, staff super friendly and room very comfortable. Unfortunately there wasn't anywhere to have an evening meal and a taxi to anywhere was pricey. Would definitely stay there again. Bar serves the best cocktails but trying to find a seat at breakfast was a bit caos. Staff really friendly and super helpful.
