• DHANANJAY (8/5): Good Hotel for a comfortable stay and will meet all minimum requirement - breakfast items were sufficient in no. fresh cut fruits were not served. Rest is ok & sufficient. Rooms were quite big and pricing was perfect Locations is ideally located, beaches are within a distance of 15-20 km. Panaji is nearby about 15 km away. Very convinient for visiting North Goa beaches everything is perfect compared to room tariff.

• Devprasad (3/5): Advise travelers that this property is not worth staying - Run down property. Property needs to renovated. Bed and bath linen needs to be replaced immediately. Curtains are old and torn. Sofa chairs are too low and uncomfortable. Window Air conditioner are very noisy and affects quality of sleep.
• CHANDRASEKHAR (7/5): - The room was large and airy. The beds were comfortable. The staff vey resourceful and willing and eagercto help. The short comings in the hotel were overshadowed by the very helpful staff. It was value for money in a place like Goa. The bathroom could be better. It does not have a dry and wet area. Hence having a shower and using the bathroom there after can be a challenge. The room floors and corners are not clean. There is no chair in the room for those who wish to use the table. Breakfast can be a little better..more balanced and neutral, like upma or idli and toast option
• Gary (3/5): One night was one too many - The young staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very dated and scruffy. The pillows were brown under the lovely clean pillowcases. We booked and it said to pay at the hotel, but the hotel kept messaging via booking.com demanding payment or they would cancel the room. I tried to pay, but their system would not accept my UK card. They said that they had cancelled our room, but they hadn't. We turned up anyway and paid cash. Weeks later, I am still getting sales emails from them via Booking.com despite me complaining to customer services. We've stayed all over India and this place was the worst on almost every count.

The room is okay, bathroom has a bad smell and overall wet clothes smell. Would not recommend unless you really need to. Bathroom. Smell.

The hot water availability was lacking and caused delays due to business appointments. Prompt availability of running hot water is a must in any good hotel. Providing of drinking bottled water replacement was not done on a daily basis. The TV services were disrupted suddenly and were made available for a charge.

Excellent - The stay was comfortable the staff was very cooperative it was a wonderful stay the rooms of well maintained and every request was handled in a very polite and and was addressed instantly.
