- Eva (8/5): - Unser Zimmer hatte Fenster zur Bundesstraße. Es war trotz Ventilator (keine Klimaanlage) nicht möglich, die Raumtemperatur auf ein erträgliches Maß zu bringen. Also war nur die Wahl: Hitze oder Straßenlärm. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Die Lage war für unsere Aktivitäten optimal. Das Zentrum war zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Über verschiedene Eierspeisen, Thüringer Wurstspezialitäten und Lachs bis hin zu Säften und Sekt wurde alles geboten. Wir würden dort wieder buchen.

- Gerald (8/5): - The room including bathroom were very nice. Didn't hurt that I had just left a hotel elsewhere that wasn't very good. Limited electric sockets and needed an extension cord for the coffee machine. Ended up not using. It appeared to be top of the line - and came with an 18 page manual (the english portion) and I just wasn't up for it. (Texted a friend in the US. She has one and loves it.) Front desk helpful with taxi transportation to Wartburg Castle.

Vi kom 2 timer før check in, tillod at låne toilettet til min datter, efter en lang køretur, uden at spørge, da receptionen var tom da vi ankom. Blev mødt af hende helt ude på toilettet, uforstående. Værelset kunne ikke stilles til rådighed før, fair nok, men med max 10 mennesker på hele hotellet ?? Spurgte om råd til parkering, fik en oversat guide udleveret, uden et ord. Serviceniveau derfor minimal.

- Andrea (6/5): - Sehr geräumige Zimmer; leider hört man die Straße sehr. Zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage kostenpflichtig und auch für größere Fahrzeuge eher ungeeignet. Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig.

- Anja (6/5): - Hat man ein zur Hofseite gelegenes Zimmer, sollte man die Fenster geschlossen halten sonst zieht der Zigaretten-Rauch aus dem darunter gelegenen Restaurantgarten direkt ins Zimmer. Die Musik im Restaurant ging bis ca 22:30 Uhr, wer sich daran stört, sollte nach einem Zimmer zur anderen Seite fragen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

- Markus (4/5): Hotel hat sich leider sehr negativ entwickelt - Hotelzimmer war ziemlich heruntergekommen sowohl von Ausstattung als auch von der Hygiene her. War zuvor schon einige Male dort Gast, ab jetzt jedoch nie wieder. Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Für die Hotelrechnung muss man extra Zeit einplanen, da die Erstellung eine Ewigkeit 20 Minuten gedauert hat aufgrund mangelnder Kompetenz des Personals. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen

- Irena (8/5): Alles, was ein Urlaub braucht... - Ein sauberes Zimmer und Bad sind fast das Wichtigste bei einem Hotelaufenthalt und hier stimmt alles. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und frisch, selbst bei meinem 3-tägigen Aufenthalt gab es schon Abwechslung. Großzügige Kaffee- und Teeauswahl. Auch das Speisen- und Getränkeangebot in der Brasserie/im Weingarten ist ansprechend und geschmacklich einwandfrei. Zwar begrenzt, aber es wird hier auch an Vegetarier und Veganer gedacht. Der Service war perfekt, das Personal war immer freundlich und hatte stets ein Lächeln übrig.

- Henning (10/5): Udmærket hotel i udkanten af Eisenanch - God oplevelse. Parkering på nærliggende plads mod betaling (hotelaftale). Lidt vejstøj men ikke mere end at det var muligt at have vinduet åbent om natten. I morgenmadsrestauranten kan man med fordel erstatte en del engangemballage, når koronaen letter.

Parken in der Tiefgarage war auch sehr günstig, allerdings sehr eng, nur für Kleinwagen möglich. Sehr freundlicher, persönlicher Service.

Le petit-déjeuner buffet est servi dans une très belle salle historique. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant.
- Benny (6/5): - Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war sehr warm. Hier war ein Ventilator bereitgestellt der nicht funktionierte! Darüber hinaus ließ sich das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln was als Familienzimmer äußerst schlecht ist. Dadurch das es so warm war mussten wir die Fenster zur Hauptstraße offen lassen! Äußerst nervig! Das WLAN war auch eine Katastrophe! Positiv fiel das Frühstück auf! Reichhaltige, gute Auswahl und trotz Corona als Büffet! Die Lage ist auch gut! Da alles zentral zu erreichen ist!

- Eva-Maria (8/5): Hotel im Herzen Eisenachs - Das Hotel Glockenhof liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt von Eisenach. Es ist ein nettes, etwas altmodisches Haus mit freundlicher, aufmerksamer Belegschaft. Die Zimmer sind picobello, die Matratzen bequem. Trotz der coronabedingten Einschränkungen fühlt man sich gut betreut. Das Frühstück wird Im großen Speisesaal serviert und läßt an Wünschen nichts offen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Reception was up a flight of steps ( no ramps to wheel cases). The bedroom lighting was extremely dim. We had a good meal in the bistro with friendly service and the hotel was well positioned to walk around the town.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Right in village with helpful staff - Well priced hotel with everything necessary, but neither fancy, but nor cheap. We slept comfortably, ate a lovely breakfast, and were directed toward the town in a friendly manner. Wartburg was unbelievable, though the stairs were quite a climb.
- Verified traveler (10/5): A great deal. - The hotel was conveniently located near some sites of interest, including the Bachhaus, as well as the city center. The neighborhood had a number buildings with plenty of aesthetic appeal and there were several parks and other green spaces nearby. It was also fairly easy to reach and depart from by automobile. All of this combined with the good price made this a very great choice of hotels.
