The next day I had to go and ask for it. There was no ice bucket in the room and no screen on the window to keep the flies out on the window was open.

- Connie (10/5): Great - Huge room, comfortable beds and pillows. Our room was quiet and black out curtains was good. We loved the coffee and coffee pot in our room. We washed our clothes using their washing machine and dryer.

- Adam (4/5): - We checked if the hotel was pet friendly. Hotels.com said it was. But there was no box to tick to indicate one was actually traveling with a pet. Upon arrival, we were asked for a pet deposit, no problem, just was not disclosed on Hotels.com. Then we were informed that only smoking rooms were available and that the only pet friendly rooms were smoking rooms. Again - not disclosed on Hotels.com. We ordered pizza from the diner next door “Dukes” - charged us $54CAD for two pizzas that came out of a supermarket frozen pizza box which they then heated in an oven. Did not enjoy our stay.

- Sherbaz, (6/5): - Well, you get what you pay for. There’s nothing in this area - not even a Tim Hortons or anything similar. All you can do at this hotel is sleep for the night; you’ll need to go into the city for pretty much everything else.

No discount or anything just. “ we’ll look at it”. Not the best way to deal with an issue that compromised someone’s stay. Might go back again and see if it’s a better experience… might not.

Reasonably priced, great amenities with a lounge, pizza available and it was good! Good! Dukes... Husky House restaurant right beside and easy to get around Edmonton from the hotel location. Would stay again. Nice to have a fridge and microwave.... Telus optic TV was good....

The room is dark, washroom are old facility and broken, carpet are dirty. Staff are nice. But i just have a really bad experience in this place. Will not recommend

- Terrance (8/5): Truckers Hotel, not that that is a bad thing! lol - This is very much a truckers inn. the restaurant had very good food and any of the stuff you came in contact with were excellent. It’s a bit of a tired hotel, little bit older. the room I had although it was very clean it had that smoking smell from years gone by, I would stay there again they treated myself and my puppy very well !
