O funcionário Sanu é simplesmente uma das pessoas mais solícitas que já conheci, cuidou de cada detalhe fazendo nossa experiência se tornar ainda melhor, mas todos os funcionários são ótimos e prestativos. A localização é muito boa pq está entre o centro e as atrações como arrozais, cachoeira e templo tirta empul e fica num legar mt tranquilo.

Il y a deux endroits où l on peut prendre son petit déjeuner un étant a côté de l acceuil qui donne sur la rue .. bruit des voitures.. Et l un qui est plus calme plus petit a côté de la piscine qui est tout au fond de l'hôtel
- Arshdeep (5/5): - The property was okay for a short stay, and the staff were polite. However, the overall experience did not match the expectations created by the photos on Booking.com. The property looked quite different in reality, and the atmosphere felt isolated with not much around nearby. Cleanliness was acceptable but could definitely be improved. The stay was disappointing overall and very different from the photos shown on Booking.com. The room was small and was actually a wooden unit, which was not clearly mentioned while booking. There was a foul smell from the toilet, the toilet seat had stains, and basic toiletries were not provided on arrival. The air conditioner was also not working properly, and the staff only gave excuses instead of helping. We also found cockroaches in the room twice, including on the bed. Although breakfast was included, we had to remind the staff every morning to bring it despite informing them in advance about the timing. The property is also quite isolated with nothing much nearby, which made the stay uncomfortable overall.

Saimme vuokrattua myös skootterin majoituksen kautta. Oma villa oli uskomattoman hieno ja hyvin rauhallisella paikalla. Lähellä kuitenkin useita ravintoloita ja pieniä ruokakauppoja. - elahe (5/5): - We stayed at this hotel in Ubud for two nights and really enjoyed the beautiful setting. The design, garden, and especially the rice field view right outside the entrance were lovely. Breakfast was good, served on time, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The pool was smaller than it appears in the photos. We also experienced quite a few ants—any sweet food left out would attract them quickly—so better pest control before guest arrival would be helpful. Cleanliness could also be improved. The bed sheets and towels felt a bit worn and may need replacing, and the mosquito net around the bed could be cleaned more thoroughly.

The air conditioning was sufficient too, We loved the swimming-pool with the view into the trees! The breakfast was really good, we could always choose in advance from the menu. It was possible to get the transfer or taxi for anything we needed and with good price. On top, all the people were so nice to us! During our holiday, I was in the first trimester of pregnancy and the people were so helpful, they really made it much easier for me and we appreciate this a lot!

- Victoria (7/5): Good experience and very peaceful setting - There were big ants that came out at night in the kitchen and main area. There was also an army of ants they were coming from the ceiling in the main master bedroom to the wood bordering the room by the vanity table so my daughter and I couldn’t use the table for getting ready. Once she saw it, we couldn’t unsee it as it was an intense army all the way up the wall. Thankfully it was nowhere near the bed so we just left it alone and made sure the well where the bed was against had nothing happening. Otherwise it was a good stay and cleanly upon arrival!

- Justyna (10/5): Ludzie tworzą magię tego miejsca! 🥹🧡 - Podczas mojej podróży do Ubud zarezerwowałam ten pokój z moją przyjaciółką tylko na trzy noce. Ostatecznie zostałyśmy aż dziewięć - i to chyba najlepiej pokazuje, jak wyjątkowe jest to miejsce. To miejsce ma w sobie coś magicznego. Panuje tu niezwykle ciepła, przyjazna atmosfera, dzięki której człowiek czuje się nie jak w hotelu, ale jak w domu. Personel jest absolutnie wspaniały - zawsze uśmiechnięty, życzliwy i pomocny. Śniadania były codziennie świeże i bardzo smaczne. Pokój był zawsze perfekcyjnie posprzątany, pachnący, a personel zawsze pytał, czy czegoś potrzebujemy. Czułyśmy się tam naprawdę zaopiekowane. Widok z tego miejsca jest przepiękny - pola ryżowe, palmy i niesamowita atmosfera Bali. W okolicy jest też mnóstwo miejsc, gdzie można coś zjeść - małe warungi, restauracje czy sklepy. To miejsce, w którym naprawdę żyłam swoim najlepszym życiem 🧡 Mam ogromną nadzieję, że menadżer tego miejsca zobaczy tę opinię i doceni swoją wspaniałą ekipę, bo to właśnie ludzie tworzą magię tego miejsca. Dziękuję za wszystko - na pewno wrócę! Szczerze mówiąc, nie znalazłam żadnych minusów. Jedyną rzeczą, która dla niektórych osób może być wyzwaniem, są naturalne dźwięki okolicy - wieczorem słychać żaby i samochody przejeżdżające pobliską ulicą. Dla mnie to był jednak element uroku tego miejsca i życia blisko natury 🥹🌺

- Khia (8/5): Villa style in Ubud Bali - Very unique and a total vibe. The place gave me the feel of Balaniese living. The staff was on point and very attentive. Dodie was the best, he said we felt like family to him. The stairs to the wooden villas weren't mentioned in the description. This should be highlighted because we had guest who had trouble with the stairs. There were also a few slip and falls because of the mats on the outside of the villias, I think if they have more durable mats this will help alot . This issue is a quick fix but very dangerous if overlooked. The air conditioners in the main villia worked fine but in the second room they weren't cool enough. Also in the wooden room they cold have been a little cooler.

Je had een aantal keuzes voor het ontbijt en de medewerkers waren top. Niets was te veel gevraagd. Ook een mooi zwembad. Ligt wel aan een drukke weg maar daar hebben wij geen last van gehad. Het ligt iets buiten Ubud en daarom moet je wel eigen vervoer of met crab naar het centrum ( maar dit is super goedkoop)

Belle piscine avec vue sur la jungle et plein d’écureuils. Personnel adorable. Jolie chambre (très) grande et bien décorée. Moustiquaire au lit. Et des vrais rideaux 👌 C’est très loin du centre d’Ubud à pieds. Pas de repas sur place (je ne comprends pas les photos avec les gens qui mangent près de la piscine ). Il faut réserver son petit dej avec l’heure la veille.

The swimming pool was amazing. The banana pancakes were very good and the fresh juices and fruit in the morning. Very friendly staff. I loved the authenticity of this accommodation, that it remained traditional Balinese. Alos good location, close to everything but not in the centre, and there was lots of space . and two restaurants right there. Just the noisy road if you are staying in the top wooden houses you can hear all the noise from the road like the scooters.

- Xin Ya (10/5): Todo muy bien, estuvimos muy a gusto. - Es un gusto tener las habitaciones con piscina privada, con la lluvia da un ambiente fantástico. El baño es abierto en el techo, a veces entra bichos, pero es normal ya que estamos rodeado de naturaleza. No nos quejamos.
- Sibelscreperie (2/5): Albtraum - Also ehrlicherweise, nur das personal. Sie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Hygiene Zustand, war nicht zumutbar! Die Handtücher , sind verfärbt und hatten eine sehr unangenehme Geruch. Die gedachten Duschmatten waren , Ekel erregend. Es tut mir leid , dass ich das so sagen muss. Es gab keinen Föhn , nur auf Anfrage. Der Safe war kaputt und ging nicht. Zum Frühstück gab es nur auf Vorbestellung ein zubereitetes Teller mit Kaffee und ein Getränk dazu.

- Asmae Belakhdar (10/5): Super - On a adoré notre séjour dans cet endroit. La vue en sortant de la chambre est magnifique, le personnel est tellement adorable, ils sont au petits soins. La chambre super grande et ne manque de rien. Nous aimons marcher donc nous étions à une trentaine de minutes à pieds du centre. Beau séjour dans cet établissement. Rien.

- LAI LAI (7/5): 对慢节奏的家庭出行来说是个性价比挺高的选择 - 酒店服务人员态度非常好 交通还算不错 我们有司机 大概十来分钟就能到乌布市中心 我们遇到了一些问题：别墅的其中一个房间热水不足、空调不冷 我们在第二天的晚上九点多跟他们提出 他们工作人员很快就过来看了一下 跟我们说第二天早上要等他们的维修人员上班之后过来和我们处理 第二天晚上热水和空调就好了！对我们这种比较慢节奏的家庭出游来说整体舒适度挺不错的 下次来乌布我可能还会考虑在这 有虫子 但是在乌布哪里都一样啦 要是真介意也不会来乌布旅游了 还有厨房的那个洗手池的水关不死 坐在客厅能一直听到它滴滴答答

- Bird (9/5): Very friendly and helpful staff - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wooden rooms were noisy. We found it hard to sleep because of the road traffic. But we were moved and upgraded (with payment) for our final night and that was much quieter. Definitely get the villas rather than the wooden hut rooms. The breakfast was basic but good for the price, fruit salad, choice of eggs or pancakes or traditional breakfast, tea/coffee and juice.

There was an excellent warung nearby to have dinner The location was very unexpected noisy and far away from downtown Ubud.Traffic noise from the road was experienced from 4 am til 11pm.The 4 wooden rooms were located up some steep stairs set in a small square courtyard above the kitchen not in a garden.The referenced ricefield view was only possible when leaning over a brick wall. Some photos I found misleading the reality of those wooden rooms as the breakfast area is not located at the pool instead straight near the road and near pollution.The public pool area is right at the back near jungle and wasn't used while we were there.The photograph shows people having breakfast there but noone did.The 8 other rooms mentioned in the property were made from solid brick and being further away from the road were much quieter and nicer. The hotel should be fixing their photos and description and do with some upgrades.

- Ilia (10/5): Хороший отдых в убуде - Вкусные завтраки, вежливое обслуживание, внимательный персонал. Оч классный бассейн с видом на лес. Номер был очень просторный и красивый. Рядом с виллой есть несколько крутых кафе и ресторанов, всегда есть выбор где поужинать. До центра убуда на байке 5 минут, расположение очень удобное. Из номера открывается вид на рисовые поля. Скорость интернета была не очень высокая, иногда нельзя было ничего загрузить.

- Sandra (8/5): Seen better days - Close our friends at Warung Bintang Bali and out of the busy heart of Bali. Nice big room and bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and remembered us when we stayed there 3years ago. The sheets, pillow cases and towels had all seen better days, as they were tattered but were replaced when i pointed it out The deck near swimming pool was dangerous -;rotted through. Needs some TLC. Breakfast not included

Taxi to Ubud town cost £3.00 each way.we didn’t mind paying this. So not a minus for us. But could be if on a tight budget.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das herzliche Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht hat. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir mit einem Lächeln empfangen und rundum verwöhnt. Ob Frühstück, Sauberkeit oder kleine Extras zwischendurch – das Team war stets aufmerksam, professionell und dabei unglaublich freundlich und unaufdringlich. Man spürt, dass hier mit echter Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – ihr habt unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir kommen garantiert wieder und können diese Villa jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach Entspannung, Luxus und echter balinesischer Gastfreundschaft ist. 🌺🙏
