As we arrive at the hotel the room was taken as we were told who is working night shift , A lady who is one of the hotel staff called and there's no answer I have 2 line Singapore and Malaysia contact no .I did not received any miss called from this 2 no .My destination was from kl Sentral took a train at 6.22pm upon arrival Taiping 1040pm .However the train got delayed we arrive close to Midnight. Luckily there was another hotel across the street with rooms available . Taiping is a small town .Where can i go if there's no accommodation available. Have you thought about that ?It's Madness . I did send again the message to the property however they didn't acknowledge my last message.

• Idham (10/5): - The room was big than i thought. Aircond was superb cold and cozy, the bathroom was ok and suitable for single person or two. I though second floor outside window was city view. But it was wall and people from up floor and flyover can see if stand at the outside. For the door lock from inside need an improvement a bit.

• Ngeeloh (5/5): - 应该要装修了，几年都一样，我住的墙壁发霉了壁纸都掉下来了，可能墙壁对隔壁的厕所，厕所冲凉的声音很大，冷气可能是漏水有发霉的痕迹，若不要装修也要叫员工油下漆。 公共停车场应该算是酒店帮忙付钱后算进酒店价格，好像3点进算2个小时才1.20,明天早上8点可开始算是半天就是2.40,是因为要退房，（这是住一天的问题）看到早上抄写罚单的人来，住客在睡觉，会影响到酒店名声，不然要声明酒店没有停车场自己负责，因为以前有停车固本在酒店有给住客，现在用手机付费或通知住客早上一定要交停车费。

• Mitschka (6/5): Als Zwischenhalt geeignet. - Die Lage ist gut, die Zimmer nach hinten sind ruhig, gehen aber in einen Lichtschacht. Bad war ordentlic d.h. sauber und gute Dusche. Die Asstattung ist einfach aber okay. Das Personal ist wenig hilfreich was Informationen angeht. Für einen kurzen Stopp kann man das Hotel empfehlen.

Not far are a Minangkerbau restaurant and Malay hawker centre too. A short walk to the Lake Garden. The staff of Louis Hotel are very helpful and polite.

• hazlin (5/5): Basic - The location is ok. Taiping is not that big anyway. The staff didnt properly advise us on the parking resulting us being summoned. We came from different state with different rules.
