- Annalisa (8/5): Struttura centrale, panoramica - Struttura vicino al centro e personale accogliente. Bellissima la terrazza dove fare colazione, vista mare. Buona la camera con letto molto largo rispetto ai letti in italia. E’ stata lasciata una bottiglia di acqua grande ogni giorno e servizio di pulizia e cambio asciugamano giornaliero. Purtroppo il Wi-Fi non prendeva nella nostra camera, anche se sembra sia stato occasionale. Per gli italiani la colazione solo salata potrebbe essere un problema, consiglio qualche pancake e dolce in più.

Le petit déjeuné pas terrible le pire sur 1 semaine il y a eu 3 jours du café le reste du temps la machine à café en panne pas de lait chaud pas de micro onde.

- Coman (10/5): Stay here if you want to enjoy the traditional turkish design and be very close to the attractions. - The staff was great, I came a little bit sick and the reception gave me a heating radiator to stay warm. Also, in one of the days, it rained and the reception gave me a raincoat for free. The room was cleaned everyday. The location is 3-4 minutes away by walking from Sultanahmet Station. I definitely encourage you to stay here, quiet place, in the middle of centre and you have everything around you:restaurant, shops, pharmacy. The breakfast contained multiple dishes but it wasnt very tasty.

- Marta (8/5): Buena relación calidad-precio - Está situado al lado de la Mezquita Azul y de Santa Sofía, en una zona tranquila y segura. Por el precio que tiene, no se puede pedir más. Personal colaborador en todo momento. El desayuno es suficiente pero se echa de menos algo de fruta o yogures. El edificio es antiguo y se nota, pero las habitaciones son correctas y estaban limpias. Hicimos la reserva cuatro meses antes y pedimos encarecidamente que fueran habitaciones de dos camas individuales. Al llegar, nos dijeron que la primera noche no podía ser, y que nos cambiaban a otra a partir de la segunda noche.

Największym atutem jest zdecydowanie lokalizacja – w samym sercu Sultanahmet, kilka minut spacerem od najważniejszych atrakcji, takich jak Hagia Sophia czy Błękitny Meczet. Personel jest bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny, zawsze gotowy doradzić czy pomóc w organizacji pobytu. Pokoje są czyste i regularnie sprzątane. Śniadania są smaczne, ale dość podstawowe – wybór nie jest duży, jednak spokojnie wystarcza na dobry początek dnia. Dodatkowym plusem jest taras, z którego można podziwiać okolicę. Sporadycznie pojawiający się nieprzyjemny zapach w pokojach.

- Parys (8/5): Obsługa i dobre położenie to największe zalety tego hotelu. - Mega personel, szczególnie kierownik sali, w której jedliśmy śniadania. Bardzo kulturalny, dowcipny, mówi w wielu językach. Pozostały personel jak i podejście do klienta również na wysokim poziomie. Duży pokój i łazienka, bardzo dobre położenie. Śniadania były słabe, a pokój, szczególnie łazienka domagają się remontu.
- Beata (9/5): Centralna lokalizacja, przyjemna obsługa, hotel w którym odpoczniesz po długim dniu zwiedzania. - Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna, bardzo blisko Hagii Sofii, w bocznych uliczkach, dzięki czemu było ciszej, ale oddalone na tyle od linii kolejowej biegnącej niedaleko, że nie było nic słychać. Śniadania podawane na dachu hotelu, mimo chłodu w restauracji było ciepło, szeroki wybór świeżych produktów, zawsze coś słodkiego i smaczna herbata. Pokoje są czyste i wyposażone w najpotrzebniejsze elementy, Chciałabym również pochwalić całą ekipę pracującą w hotelu. Kontakt przez watsapp był szybki i bezproblemowy. Chętnie odpowiadali na każde pytanie i służyli pomocą. Automat kawowy serwował kawę rozpuszczalną co nie jest moim ulubionym rozwiązaniem ale nie było najgorzej. Niestety nie wiem czy wynika to z tego jak łóżko było zainstalowane w naszym pokoju ale wydaje się że było dość krótkie. Łazienka wymagałaby odświeżenia.

- Marta (9/5): Bardzo przyjemny hotel z pomocną, miłą obsługą - Hotel świetnie położony biorąc pod uwagę odległość od Hagia Sophia czy Błękitnego Meczetu. W okolicy ogrom małych restauracji i barów, gdzie można zjeść, czy napic się nawet w późnych godzinach nocnych (nie wspominając o restauracji na tarasie samego hotelu, która ma widok na morze i dodatkowy rabat na posiłki dla gosci hotelu). Obsługa ogromnie pomocna i miła. Śniadania jak na hotel tej rangi bardzo OK. Wybór spory: pieczywo świeże, są warzywa, cieple przekąski. No i wydawane są na tarasie z widokiem na morze (oczywiscie w pierwszej linii widac inne, dośc stare budynki, ale widok moim zdaniem super, mozna poczuć klimat Stambułu). W pokoju byly panele, a nie wykładzina co uwielbiam (łatwiejsze utrzymanie czystości i mniejsza ilość kurzu i brudu z poprzednich lat) do tego wystrój pokoju bardzo przyjemny dla oka- jest ladnie i schludnie na pierwszy rzut oka. W pokoju był sejf i woda. Hotel rezerwowany z dużym wyprzedzeniem miał swietną cenę, a za dodatkową opłatą (niezbyt wygórowaną mówiąc szczerze) jest transfer z /na lotnisko. Ogólnie byłam bardzo zadowolona z hotelu, bo nie wymagam od 3* obiektu cudów ;-) i liczy się dla mnie głównie lokalizacja, obsługa, cena, ciepła woda pod prysznicem i wygodne łóżko... Ale dla tych bardziej wymagających garść informacji, które mi osobiscie nie przeszkadzały: - jak to w Turcji słychac przez okno modlitwy - w zaleznosci od pokoju moze być nieco glosniej (od ulicy), lub widok z okna może być malo ciekawy (bezposrednio na scianę budynku obok) - pokoje są juz lekko "zużyte", widac drobne niedociągnięcia... odpryski farby, plamki na scianach, problemy z domykaniem drzwi itp. - pod lóżkami byl lekki kurz (tak zawsze sprawdzam). - winda jest mała (max 3 osoby).

A szobában volt vízforraló, de csak teát lehetett (volna) főzni. Szobánk az utcára nézett, első emeleti volt, ezért késő este/éjszaka elég zajos volt.

La cama muy cómoda y la habitación muy limpia. Cambiaban las toallas todos los días y nos ponía.n también una botella de agua diaria. El desayuno muy completo con vistas al mar de Marmara.. El personal de recepción excelente, especialmente Vahid que nos dio información sobre las visitas a Estambul e incluso nos dejó su tarjeta de transporte. Mil gracias por todo. They went above and beyond to respond to all our requests, and we always felt like we were a priority, even when the hotel was busy with many other guests. This really shows the passion and care they have for their guests. This is what makes the difference between a good stay and an excellent one — just like in our case. If we have the chance to come back to Istanbul, we already know where we will stay. In addition to their outstanding service, the room was very clean, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the hotel offers a wide range of contacts with tour operators and service providers in Istanbul, which made us feel comfortable and never bored. - Daria (9/5): - Расположение супер, в 5 минутах ходьбы до Голубой мечети, персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый, нас по просьбе заселили по раньше за что огромное спасибо, завтрак разнообразный и вкусный с видом на Босфор. Апартаменты комфортные. Немного было шумно, так как стены довольно тонкие и хорошо слышно соседей, но большого беспокойства не было.

La localización es buena, ya que estaba cerca de los monumentos importantes y el bazar de Sultanahmed. El desayuno variado, con vistas impresionantes de la ciudad. Las camas eran cómodas.
