• Nur (1/5): - Only the location The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked two rooms: one Family Room and one Standard Room. During check-in, the reception assigned us two Family Rooms on the same floor, which matched my request when I booked to have all rooms on the same floor. I even reconfirmed this at the counter during check-in. However, after I had unpacked all my belongings, changed my baby’s clothes and diapers, the reception suddenly called the other room to inform us that there was a mistake and that I needed to move to a Standard Room instead. I was extremely frustrated because I had to repack everything again and move rooms by myself, without any assistance from the staff. Not even one person offered to help. Not even a trolley. Nothing. When I went to the lobby, the staff only said “sorry” and that was it. No apology from management, no compensation, no responsibility taken. I asked to speak to a manager, but they said management was not on duty. And that was only the first problem. The new room was even worse: - The sliding door couldn’t close properly. This is a serious safety issue and very worrying especially with a baby. - The aircond control was placed in a strange, hard-to-see location. I had to search for it. - The mattress was old and uncomfortable — I could literally feel the springs. - No toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Please bring your own if you plan to stay here. Overall, this hotel seriously needs: - Better staff training - Proper guest handling - Room maintenance and safety improvements - Basic amenities - And better communication I do not recommend staying here. This was stressful, uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the money.

• DhiaRahim (1/5): - I booked NEO HOTEL, but upon arrival, the staff informed me that the rooms were fully occupied. They then arranged a replacement room for me at Hotel Merlin, approximately 150 meters away. The condition of the room at Hotel Merlin was terrible and looked very old. When I arrived, the staff at Hotel Merlin shook their heads and assigned me a room that felt “off”, and they laughed among themselves. Upon entering the room, I noticed the bed was worn out and had metal protrusions. The sink and toilet were also clogged. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to the clogged issue. However, staff just came but not settled issue.

The room is on one floor only, but there’s no lift. There’s an iron provided, and a 7-Eleven is just next door. It’s also near Asean Market and Central Mall.

• Norazmi (3/5): your location is great, but the room is not - The location is perfect Near to everything for tourist We made a booking for 4 people and wanted to upgrade to 6 but for 3 weeks I emailed, I called I even message on the booking apps no answer from booking.com or even the hotel. The hotel provide only 1 key card for the 6 of us and we request 1 extra but they said hotel policy provide only 1 The room we found croches in the room and when we left for a whole day of sigh seeing the room was not even clean.

I also found that the receptionist had no issues with refunding the report based on other comments I read it The hotel is old, but it's nice and has an aesthetic appeal.But for the shower, the water is not too strong, plus the shower is positioned above the bathtub.

Immediate response on room complaints like no hot water in bathroom, stained mattress, etc. The location is excellent. 10-20 min walk to Lee Garden Plaza and Central Plaza. Chok Dee Dim Sum and 7-11 right across the hotel. Road side parking available. Quiet area. Free shuttle service to Diana Plaza nearby. More attention to cleanliness by housecleaning team. Bigger adjustable shower head. An anti slip rubber mat for the bathtub should be provided for safety. Improve on internet connection in rooms - not stable.

The family room has like a divider for each bed which was convenient for family stay. The bathroom has a bath tub . Very near to Lee garden . It’s like 10 mins walk. Opposite hotel has 7E. Behind hotel has self service laundry. The price is totally worth it. Can’t name one negative thing haha overall love everything here.
