• Tyler (10/5): Great value! Highly recommend!! - Everything was exactly what we had hoped for! Nice pool, nice staff, clean rooms! You may not get a great view from the balcony but the beach was literally a 30 second walk from our room! In fact, the location of Sirena Apartments may have been our favorite part. If you want to eat, drink, shop, sit on the beach, rent a car, rent a boat, or even get a tattoo, it’s all within 3 minutes walking! Honestly, can’t of a single thing I didn’t like.

• Lena (10/5): - Я очень рекомендую эти апартаменты. Обыло ощущение, что ты дома. Весь персонал очень вежливый и радушный. Завтраки превосходные. Место положение идеальное, ты находишься прям возле моря и одновременно в центре поселка, но где нет шума улиц. Просто идеально. Спасибо вам за проведенные незабываемые дним :)

• Frédéric (9/5): Tout était parfait ! un moment délicieux en dehors du temps !! - L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre de la ville et avec toutes les commerces et la plage juste à côté. L'endroit est fabuleux et très tranquille; nous avons très bien dormi !! l'accueil a été exceptionnel et nous avons passé un séjour mémorable. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et vous pouvez gouté aux saveurs locales; il y en a pour tous les gouts !! Attention toutefois, l'hôtel n'est pas très bien indiqué et non accessible en voiture si on ne connait pas le coin parfaitement ;) il y a très peu de places sur le parking de l'hôtel mais d'autres parking gratuits sont disponibles à côté.
• Tim (8/5): Warm, gastvrij hotel met comfortabele appartementjes die voldoen aan de verwachtingen. - Heerlijk ontbijt, praktische locatie om naar Heraklion te gaan met het openbaar vervoer (5 minuten wandelen naar de bushalte), ook niet ver van de 'meeting point' om allerlei activiteiten te doen. En bovenal... de uitbaters zijn super lieve mensen die je graag verder helpen bij alles. Exacte locatie van het hotel is niet zo duidelijk voor taxi's en transportdiensten. Best afspreken aan 'algemenere punten' in Agia Pelagia, dan lukt dit beter.

Білизна та рушники криштально чисті В моєму номері була дуже стара техніка. Старий холодильник який я так і не знайшла як включити. Стара страшна кухонна плита. В номері була брудна підлога, в душі лишилось чиєсь волосся( Також не вистачило маленького гелю для душу.

• Ledet Risager (6/5): Rimeligt ophold, men det burde ikke kalde sig 4 stjernet. - Beliggenheden var god, dog var der et boligbyggeri i gang lige uden for vores altan, som gav en del støj og en ret ucharmerende udsigt. Støj fra boligbyggeri trækker ned. Det var derfor ikke behageligt at sidde på altanen. Morgenmadsbuffet åbnede først kl 8.00. Det var sent for os, som var afsted med arbejdet og skulle være et andet sted kl 8.30.

• Jelle (8/5): Een renovatie zou niet verkeerd zijn. - De locatie is erg goed. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd genoeg en het zwembad was ondanks het formaat een prima vermaak. Ook de schoonmaak van het appartement gebeurt regelmatig en er werden genoeg handdoeken neergelegd. Het appartement werd redelijk schoon gehouden. De grote koel vries combinatie is ook erg fijn. Ons appartement had ook 2 balkonnetjes. Prima om savonds nog een drankje te kunnen doen en je kleding te drogen Het appartement waar wij verbleven is zwaar verouderd. Daardoor was het douchen geen fijne beleving en sliep het 2 persoons bed alsof je op de grond lag. De 2 losse boxsprings waren wel comfortabel. Ook de algehele staat van het appartement was slecht. Deuren die klemmen, geen goede opberg plek voor je kleding, de airco die veel herrie maak en weinig koelde. Nou is het zo dat er ook appartementen zijn die wel gerenoveerd zijn bij Sirena Apartments. Alleen het blok waar wij verbleven loopt echt 30 jaar achter. Helaas werd er wel geadverteerd met foto's van de gerenoveerde appartementen. Ook het parkeren op eigen terrein is niet zoals geadverteerd. Er is plek voor hooguit 3 a 4 auto's. De kans dat er geen plek is, is redelijk groot. Helaas heb ik daardoor een verkeerde keus gemaakt met parkeren en hem ergens neer gezet wat bleek privé terrein te zijn en eindigde ik met 2 lek gestoken banden.

Персонал дуже привітний та допомагали у всьому, заселили раніше по можливості. По відʼїзду допомогли викликати таксі. Номер чистий, рушники змінювали щодня. На сніданок гарний вибір солоних та солодких страв. Wifi у номерах не завжди гарно працює

• Diana (10/5): - Bellissima struttura a conduzione famigliare, stanze pulitissime e rinnovate con tutto necessario: aria condizionata, tv (prendete Amazon stick perché ci sono solo canali greci), zanzariere, buon letto e cuscini, cucina minima ma con tutto di cui si potrebbe aver bisogno, piacevole terrazzino dove poter spendere delle carine serate di relax. Piacevole colazione con vista piscina. Il bar separa struttura dalla spiaggia ed è molto bello e si mangia benissimo. Tutto a portata di mano senza fare troppi passi. E’ stato un soggiorno spensierato con buon riposo notturno perché la struttura è riparata dai rumori. Consigliassimo non solo per le famiglie ma anche per le coppie. Posizione top! Gestione top! Nulla

Schöne große Zimmer mit Terrasse, Safe und Klimaanlage. Die Küche war in gutem Zustand. Genug Liegen am Pool und hinterm Haus. Zimmerserice nicht jeden Tag

• Gabriele Maria (4/5): Un centro anziani sporco e fatiscente - Il letto abbastanza comodo Dalle foto sembra un resort, ma in realtà è un ammasso di edifici fatiscenti. La piscina è microscopica, con un’acqua torbida data la frequentazione. Più che andare in vacanza, pare di stare in un centro anziani. Il bagno è antiquato e lavato male, così come il resto della stanza. I servizi lasciano a desiderare (es. i piatti rimasti sporchi nel lavandino) , la colazione è inenarrabile: poco variegata e che rimanda a scarsa igiene e qualità. Vi sconsiglio la permanenza.

Le ménage, très sommaire, fait tous les 2 ou 3 jours, alors que dans la présentation de l'appartement il était précisé être fait tous les jours. The location is fabulous, 2 min from the beach, 6 min from the bus stop to Heraklion. Easy to get to Heraklion via public transport, only 4 euros per person. No need for rental car! The wifi didn’t work, couldn’t connect at all. No hot water for 5 days out of 7. Might be due to having less sunshine in October as the water is heated via solar panels. Some of the staff seemed to be very tired or worried or serious, hard to tell.

WiFi only accessible on the balcony and by the pool. Kitchen did not have any dishwashing liquid and sponges so we had to leave our dirty glasses and plates in the sink.

• Grimer (10/5): Hidden Gem - Our stay at Sirena Apartments was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect - just a short walk through the yard, past the bar, and you're on the beach, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Yet, because the Sirena buildings aren't directly on the beach, our room was quiet and peaceful, away from the busiest areas. The city and the property itself are pleasantly calm, which made our family very happy. The Sirena staff is exceptionally friendly and supportive. They waited for us late into the night, well past midnight, because our flight was delayed. They assisted us whenever we needed help and promptly met all our requests. We deeply appreciate it - it made our vacation perfect! Breakfast is delicious! Be sure to try the "rizogalo" (rice pudding) and the Greek yogurt with "spoon sweets" (fruit in sweet syrup). My only suggestion for the facility would be to improve the Wi-Fi coverage. Replacing separate networks with a mesh Wi-Fi system won't be expensive and will significantly enhance the signal range and its penetration through the walls of the Sirena buildings.

• Ellen (9/5): Great value family friendly beachfront apartment hotel close to everything that you need. - Our flight was delayed and Eva came to meet us to show us where to park and to check us in at 4am! The staff went above and beyond for us and were extremely friendly and kind :). The location is amazing – less than 2 minutes walk to the beach, the restaurants and tavernas and the supermarket. It was ideal for a young family :). We loved everything.

Most of the time there was no hot hot shower. we had a hard time without WiFi in room until I bought a SIM card. There are lot of mosquitoes in the balcony so I can't go out at night.

Breakfast was very limited. There are blackouts instead of blinds so the light was very strong in the morning. Just an additional note - there are a lot of mosquitoes in the area so make sure to bring a good repellent.

• Jozef (10/5): Exceptional - Sirena Aparments has really nice hosts and excellent location. You need just cross a bar and you are right on the beach, where are plenty of restaurants, bars and sea with clean water. Sirena Apartments is located in a small town, where everything is on hand, from shops, through pharmacy, car rental and taxi stop. Rooms are clean and cleaning is daily, towels are changed regularly and room is with air conditioning. We felt great there and all staff were really nice. If we ever go to Crete, we will definitely stay here.

Also the personal was always smiling! breakfast was great! restaurants affordable. the water in the beach is amazing, crystal clear and the environment is pretty much family and couples. Maybe they could provide chairs and umbrellas for the beach (even though the beach is quite small)

• מרדכי (8/5): מצויין, מומלץ. - המלון במיקום מעולה, שקט ובמרחק של 100 מטר מהחוף, בריכת שחיה שאפשר לשחות בה בכל עת שרוצים,החדר ששהינו בו מרווח, שירותים ומקלחת צמודים ומטבח מאובזר עם כל הדרוש להכנת ארוחות, שתיה חמה וכדומה. השירות מעולה ואדיב. המגרעת היחידה: אין שמירת חפצים לאחר שעת העזיבה (11 בבוקר) אם רוצים לעזוב מאוחר יותר צריך לשלם 30 יורו ואז מאפשרים לשהות עד 1800.
• Bernd (4/5): - Gefallen hat die Nähe zum Strand. Negativ war , dass das Apartment nicht den Fotos im Prospekt entsprach. Es gibt bei Sirena drei Gebäudekomplexe: neue Apartments(gute Ausstattung), gut renovierte Apartments(in denen wohnte unsere Tochter mit Familie) und stark renovierungsbedürftige Apartments(in einem von diesen wohnten wir).
• Verified traveler (10/5): New and clean apartment on the beach - I stayed at a very new and well cared apartment, practically on the beach and, at the same time, very quite. It was very confortable and the ladies in charge were very nice. I only advise to confirm by telephone the bookings made via internet.

• Marian (10/5): Perfecte ligging - De ligging is perfect. Heel rustig en toch erg dicht bij het strand en de restaurants. De eigenaren doen alles om het je naar je zin te maken. De nieuwe appartementen zijn echt heel mooi. De oude, die wat ruimer zijn zijn behoorlijk gedateerd maar alles functioneert wel. Zeker een aanrader als je niet in een massaal hotel wilt.
• Reinhard (10/5): Hotel nahe Strand - Wir haben in einem neu erbauten Gebäude gewohnt, sehr schön mit seitl. Blick zum nahen Meer. Sehr zentral, in der Ortsmitte, trotzdem vollkommen ruhig.
• Riton (10/5): - Excellent emplacement au cœur du village et à 30 mètres de la mer. Et l'Ice Bar de l'hôtel est génial (surtout les Daïquiri banane). Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés : le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel.
• Karen (8/5): Excellent location for beach holiday - Sirena apartments are located close to the beach. We were in one of the new apartments with sea views. A perfect location for a beach holiday at the lovely Agia Pelagia.; the apartments are adequate for the preparation of basic meals and for sleeping. They are cleaned daily. However they are very small with tiny bathrooms. Originally told the internet was weak, we found there was no wifi access in the rooms. Many patrons were seated in the outdoor area late at night to get internet signal. A safety concern is that the spiral staircase to the rooms lack a banister. So the new part where we stayed would not be good for small children or a person with any knid of mobility issue (there is a lift). Overalll, You definitely get a break from it all here!
• Enrica (10/5): La soluzione migliore in Agia Pelagia - Residence confortevole, gestori simpatici e molto ospitali. Posizione perfetta, a mio parere la migliore di Agia Pelagia a un passo dalla spiaggia e da tutti i ristoranti e bar. Altri appartamenti si trovano lungo la strada o in cima, quindi ad almeno 10 minuti di discesa e poi di dura e "tonificante" risalita. Mentre noi che stavamo al Sirena Apartments in un minuto a piedi eravamo in spiaggia! Fantastico! Forse è proprio la spiaggia il tasto dolente: dato che è la spiaggia più bella della zona è iper affollata (mai visto una cosa del genere, uno attaccato all'altro) però ci si abitua. Pulizia in camera e cambio asciugamani avveniva ogni 2 giorni. Altri appartamenti del Sirena avevano la cucina mentre noi avevamo il monolocale con l'angolo cottura che, comunque, era ben fornito, funzionante e adeguato. Mai avuto problemi di mancanza di corrente o di acqua calda. Il segnale wifi.. boh questo è un mistero, nel senso che con il mio tablet non riuscivo a connettermi oppure la connessione era lenta se invece mi connettevo con il mio portatile, non avevo alcun problema e navigavo e lavoravo normalmente. Parcheggio piccolo, ma almeno il Sirena ne è dotato!! Al contrario di altri che erano costretti a lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio a pagamento della zona oppure lungo le strade. Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni al Sirena Apartments e ci siamo trovati benissimo, anche grazie ai gestori sempre solari e pronti a darci il buongiorno/buonasera.
• Verified traveler (10/5): super Lage, super Hotel - das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage am Meer und ist trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Die anwesende Hausfrau war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und wir werden es immer wieder buchen. Der Strand vor dem Hotel ist zwar klein aber sehr schöner weißer Sand.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Hadde 5 døgn her med familie. Vi hadde opprinnelig bestilt et annet hotell, men pga overbooking ble vi flyttet hit. Vi hadde bestilt et familerom med 2 soverom.. Rom nr 2 inneholder en smal sittebenk I kombinert stue på en flat møkkete madrass. Aircondition virket heller ikke. Noe vi merket etter bare noen timer etter innskjekking. Et stort pluss var at eierne skaffet en vifte , og vi fikk et annet rom dagen etter. De er koselige og imøtekommende, men rommene roper etter oppdradering og hovedvask. Sengene er harde og lite komfortable. Pluss for gode balkonger. Hotellet ligger perfekt til for de som vil ha kort vei til stranden, og ikke har bil.. Fin strand, men den er dessverre lukket inne av utesteder som ligger tett I tett. Det blir ekstremt varmt der I sommerheten.
