- Jutta (4/5): - Die Lage war perfekt. Wir wollten für einen Familienaufenthalt ein großes Wohnzimmer und gingen davon aus, jene Wohnung zu erhalten, die auf den Fotos dargestellt war. Tatsächlich entsprach die zugewiesene Wohnung jedoch nicht den gezeigten Bildern und das große Wohnzimmer gab es nicht. Auf unsere Rückfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man lediglich eine Kategorie und keine bestimmte Wohnung buche. Das war für uns bei der Buchung nirgends klar ersichtlich. Hätten wir gewusst, dass die Fotos nicht die tatsächliche Wohnung zeigen, hätten wir uns vermutlich nicht für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Daher waren wir entsprechend enttäuscht. Ansonsten war die Wohnung in Ordnung, entsprach nur nicht den Erwartungen bzw. Angaben. Anderen Gästen dürfte es den Bewertungen nach zu urteilen, ebenso ergangen sein.

AC is somehow centrally controlled and apartment was a little too warm - in mid-April! Location is great for going places, but it's loud, so bring earplugs if you want a good night's sleep. It's a very short walk to Rialto Bridge water bus for going places not in walking distance. Short walk to St Mark's Square & lots of restaurants. Despite deficiencies, I would stay there again. Could not control AC. Loud, starting before dawn.

Die Küche war sehr dürftig mit nützlichen Dingen ausgestattet, z.b. 3 Teetassen für 4 Personen. Viel Platz, aber keine Garderobe beim Eingang und wenig praktische Ablagen in den Räumen. Betten sehr hart.

And fminutes after the check in hour which was 3:00 pm. Podía haber estado mejor el sofá cama. Pero ibamos 4 y había 3 estancias para dormir contando con la cama de matrimonio. el callejón para el acceso al interior del portal es estrecho y aparenta ser feo, pero luego el apartamento hace que el lugar sea muy muy cómodo.

Din păcate, nu am avut și priveliște din apartament. Era utilată cu tot ceea ce aveai nevoie. Căldura este foarte ok. A fost curat, dar se putea și mai bine de atât. Iar canapeaua putea să fie mult mai confortabilă.

Extremadamente amplio y con ascensor que hizo la estadía de mis padres mucho más cómoda. Dos habitaciones amplias con baños independientes, con ventanas al exterior. La Sala principal de a la Plaza de la Iglesia de San Salvador. Frente a las tiendas más importantes. Su entrada es imperdible porque queda frente a Pandora. Y a 1 minutos de los restoranes del puente de Rialto. 1000% recomendable. Si buscara un detalle solo por sugerir algo, un espejo de cuerpo completo para revisar el outfit antes de salir sería maravilloso.

Теплые аппартаменты (удобно зимой), для семьи идеально, продлили на еще 2 дня, настолько понравилось. Немного сложная форма онлайн check in, что бы не завершить, необходимо повернуть телефон, так как окошко подтверждения на iPhone не появляется полностью. Но это мелочи, всегда открыть ресепшен в отеле рядом, если с этим есть трудности.

- Nathália (9/5): ÓTIMO - O Apartamento é bem grande e a cama e o chuveiro são ótimos e a cozinha é bem equipada. O apartamento fica numa região ótima, perto da ponte central, vários restaurantes e lojas. Não tem limpeza diária (com exceção da retirada dos lixos) mas pra quem vai passar poucos dias não chega a ser um problema. Por dentro do apartamento, é possível por uma tranca de segurança extra, mas ao sair, por não ter chaves, você só "bate a porta" e percebemos que se você fizer pressão a porta abre. Mas mesmo com esse detalhe, não tivemos problemas.
