- Ilham (7/5): Goed - Ik vond de service van Kawtar in het bijzonder zeer goed , zij was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en profesioneel. Alles waar ik om vroeg nam.ze zeer serieus en alles wat haar vorige collega verkeerd had gedaan had zij weer gecorrigeerd, Ma sha allah! Door haar inzet voelde in ik mij zeer welkom. Alles was binnen enkele minuten opgelost. Super bedankt Kawtar en Fedua . Receptie medewerker en resatrant medewerker waren erg onprofesioneel in hun gedrag maar zodra kawtar binnen kwam was het alles weer goed gekomen.

- M Mo7 (8/5): - Good space upto date furniture and accessories also hot water. Air conditioning unit didn't give out hot air I assume all the hotels do this to save money 8n my experience. Air ducts were full of dirt I had to clean again manually. Also no hotels have extractor.fans which makes the bathroom very hot and no circulation. Whether these hotels care about these things I beg to differ.

- Nadia (9/5): Malgré ces petits points, notre séjour a été très agréable et nous gardons un bon souvenir de cet établissement, notamme - Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été aux petits soins du début à la fin, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de qualité, servi dans un espace convivial et lumineux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Un endroit accueillant et confortable que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour en toute tranquillité. Petit bémol concernant la gestion des serviettes : leur remplacement est un peu compliqué, l’hôtel semblant tenir un strict comptage. Il faut parfois patienter un certain temps pour en obtenir de nouvelles, ce qui peut être contraignant pendant le séjour. Je ne me suis pas sentie totalement en sécurité dans la salle de sport, qui mériterait une meilleure surveillance ou un accès mieux encadré
- Szilva (5/5): Sajnos nem ajánlanám jószívvel - Jó megközelíthetőség Minden ütött- kopott, a takarítás nem megfelelő minőségű. 3 üzenetben kértem reptéri transzfert, melyekre nem válaszoltak, így ez nem oldódott meg. Felújításra hivatkozva kérték, hogy hagyjuk el a szobánkat, de fél napig nem tudták megmondani, hogy mikor és melyik lesz az új szobánk. Reggel kértünk textil cserét és takarítást, ezt egy nap alatt nem tudták teljesíteni.

Papiers peints déchirés, traces de fuites, peintures sales, joint de salle d’eau approximatif, absence de porte au placard, climatisation qui fonctionne mal. Une demande effectuée lors de la réservation et validée non tenues l’enregistrement avec comme remarque c’est comme cas on est fully booked. Ce qui était loin d’être le cas

Plus no extra sheets for the kids (who considered to be a third person). It was not clean, there was hair in the shower and drain was clogged, plus door to the bathroom was not closing at all.

Lit très grand et confortable. Chambre très sale ! Sol , toilette , salle de bain carrelage les joints sale + boucher personne n’est venu réparer sa , lavabo sale. Pour la cuisine aucun ustensiles pour cuisiner donc acheter les votre. Clim qui ne fonctionner pas les technicien on dû intervenir dans la chambre pour changer le filtre( visiblement il n’y a pas de contrôle ou peut être manque de moyen )

La habitación y sobre todo el personal de la recepción muy mal educados y he notado también la falta de personal de limpieza, el hotel muy sucio.El cambio de dueño EURoSTAR deberían tomar medidas si no el hotel se va al garete.

Inadequate maintenance This hotel has so much potential but it seems that very little has been spent on maintenance and upkeep throughout the facility. It seems that the owners have not allocated funds to fix and maintain them as they break.

I called reception the first night, and they said someone would come fix it. I waited over 2 hours, but no one showed up. The next morning, I informed the reception again, and they promised it would be fixed. When I returned that evening, nothing had been done. I called again, and only then did they admit no technician ever comes at night—so clearly, I was lied to the night before. I asked to change rooms, even to a lower category, but was told no. The receptionist said she would check with her supervisor and call me back—I waited 1.5 hours and got no response. I called 10 times, but no one picked up. Eventually, someone else answered and told me nothing could be done. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Unresponsive staff, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- zineb (8/5): mitigé - la chambre est spaticieuse et confortable pour une famille. avec une douche assez grande il manque juste un peu de rangement dans la douche l hotel est trop éloigné de la ville et donc difficilement accessible en taxi. nous avons eu du mal à y accéder. la piscine est vraiment petite par rapport à l établissement et pas très propre. Dès mietes restées plusieurs jours s'en être enlevé
- Daniëlle (3/5): Horrible - The hotel is nothing like the photos show (so outdated and poorly maintained). There are not enough towels ( you have to ask at the reception for more ) and you have to pay 100 dirhams for pool towels! If they even have towels at all. There's mold on the curtains and the walls around the windows and in the bathroom. Hair from previous guests was behind the bathroom door. After a week (we couldn't cancel our mandatory stay because we didn't get our payment back), these hairs were still there. There were days when they didn't even come by and we have the reception for toilet paper and clean sheets. The cleaning is really bad a -10 and could be much better! At the reception they can't exchange money, (typically for a hotel) , the staff tries to be friendly but you feel it’s fake ! A worthless stay and we will never come back! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

- lazrak khaoula (10/5): C'était très bien passé - Le petit déjeuner était parfait, la chambre propre et calme. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine la vue est panoramique. Notre premier jour il nous a rajouter 2 serviettes , nous sommes 4 personnes 2 adultes et 2 enfants, après le rangement de la chambre la dame nous a laissé que 2 serviettes et 1 seul papier toilette et ce n'est pas suffisant
- Hanane (1/5): Déçu 😞 - Chambre vétuste la porte du placard est tombé sur le lit heureusement que personne n'était couché a ce moment là. La porte s'est décrochée et est tombée seule une porte pesant environ 50 kilos! ! Nous avons changé 4 fois de Chambre car à 2 reprises la clim ne marchait pas et pour la 3iem fois il y avait un cafard ! Les serviettes étaient sales. Le petit déjeuner il n'y avait pas de lait pas de couverts. C'est la 3iem année que nous avons séjourné à Domo mais ce sera la dernière. J'ai du demandé le linge pour le canapé lit 3 fois! Vraiment c'est une honte pour un hôtel 4 étoiles !! Il ne vaut vraiment pas son prix. La responsable se dit désolé que l'hôtel attends des travaux de rénovation mais cela ne nous regarde absolument pas. Je paie pour un service qui n'y ai pas. J'aurai du me fier au nombreux avis négatif. Mais jai voulu laisser le bénéfice du doute. En réponse j'ai eu que il y aurait des travaux de rénovation a l'avenir ! ! Une blague
- MOUNIR (4/5): Séjour du chagrin , de la chaleur avec humidité de la saleté , de bruit et du stress - L’emplacement.design.l’odeur des parties communes . Le calme.le bâtiment d’hôtel.la piscine.stop Le gamin de la réception était impoli ,impulsif et vulgaire. La saleté quotidienne du sol des chambres. Pas de musique douce aux parties communes et la piscine. Sentiment du dépression et chagrin dans l’hôtel. Hôtel avare à propos les serviettes et le matériel du nettoiement et des rangements dans les toilettes et douches Pas de signal aux tv sauf quelques chaînes médiocres de temps en temps Ce qui grave pas de Clim dans les chambres et suites et parties communes Bruits intenses de la circulation des autos et camions de la route juste en face Pas de lumière claire dans les chambres et pas assez d’ampoules et veilleuses Petit déjeuner minable et avare Salle du sport part carte Pas de toilette à la piscine et parties communes Parking pour 10voitures pas plus ce qui cause des problèmes Mensonge d équipe de la réception quand tu demande qq choses Pas d’alcool et pas du bar un hôtel juste pour le sommeil et la prière avec un montant colossale Degullas en général
- Florence (4/5): Un séjour difficile sans sommeil - La chambre est grande Aucune climatisation en plein été. Impossible de dormir.

- Aubry (1/5): NO a/c, a éviter. - L'emplacement pas trop loin de l'aéroport, la piscine Personnel non souriant, il n'y avait pas d air climatisé. Nous avons choisi spécifiquement un hôtel avec cette caractéristique. Manque de drap et de serviette dans la chambre. Présence de moisissure près des fenêtres. Le personnel essayait de gagner du temps en nous disant que l'air climatisé allait être réparé mais en lisant des commentaire, c'est le même problème depuis des mois. Plusieurs clients se plaignait de la même chose.
