- 528mazzb (10/5): Luxury with 5 star service - If you’re looking for a hotel that has class & elegance with a modern twist then you should definitely visit this stunning hotel . The staff go above and beyond to look after you special mention to John from the restaurant who really did make me feel welcome and took me through the menu and what he advised for me . Also the lovely George who seems to be helping everyone , he went above and beyond what was expected and really did look out for me on my solo trip . And also made sure I always had a drink and was comfortable. The reception team again went above and beyond from the initial welcome to the goodbye . The free shuttle service was outstanding pickup from the airport and to and from the main areas was available at set times but even if only one of you wanting to go it’s not a problem . My room 102 was poolside with an outside jacuzzi bath and all the facilities I could wish for from mini bar to free essentials in the bathroom. The bed for me was a little firm but after a long day exploring not an issue . The food was 5* from breakfast (which is included) and plentiful , To the lunches and outstanding dinners I had flavourful and delicious. I had never tried butter with lime before but it was delicious. The drinks were also lovely and a wide range available with great knowledge of wines and lots of cocktails . The facilities were 10/10 the ones I used anyway . The pool area was spotless with lots of available sun beds . The pool bar was well stocked with friendly staff willing to help . All areas are spotless and the staff make sure it stays that way . And the smell in the whole hotel is just stunning like a spa . There are spa facilities and a gym both which I didn’t use but they are both on site . The manager of the hotel was easily contacted via what’s app and massively put my mind at rest when I messaged to say I was travelling solo and made sure I was ok every step of the way. For me the only thing I would change would to not visit solo the hotel was full of families and couples having fun so definitely take someone to enjoy it with you . In summary definitely visit this little slice of heaven you won’t regret it . Thanks everyone at aurora luxury suites I will be back Maria xx

They have free shuttles to 2 large towns in Santorini. Free parking and large swimming pool and nice outdoor.Staff and the manager were very nice/polite and caring . We got a free airport drop off. I am very happy with the services we received and I highly recommend the hotel.

The pools are clean and beautiful. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Nicole for her support and dedication to make our stay a holiday to remember. The team made my birthday celebration a special surprise! The food at the hotel is so good and the prices are reasonable. The shuttle bus service is great and made our trips to Apia and Fira very easy. I highly recommend this hotel and I hope to return again soon.
- bels750 (10/5): A wonderful stay..... - My daughter (14), father (86) and I stayed here for a week at the end of Aug 2025. From the moment we arrived at the airport to leaving, I couldn't fault this hotel. The hotel is small (22 rooms) but the staff couldn't do more for you. They collect you from airport, arrange shuttle to Fira and Oia (numerous times per day) and drop you at airport when you leave. The rooms we had were the biggest, with amazing terrace & wonderful views. Spotlessly cleaned every day and beds extremely comfortable. The restaurant food is wonderful with lots of choice. The staff, especially George, were fantastic - they couldn't do enough for you. The pools are lovely, towels provided and beds are always available. There isn't anything near the hotel but the shuttle bus means you can easily visit the main towns. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful gem of a hotel. We will definitely be returning!
- Etienne (8/5): Really good except gym - Aurora is a fantastic place to spend few days in Santorini. Everybody was really nice with us and we enjoyed to spend time close to the pools between to excursions. The pick up service to the airport was perfect and the possibility to go to Fira and Oia for free is wonderfull, but a rental vehicule is necessary to be free of your days, because the place is far from all, but we appreciated the calm. Many possibilities to rent with drop off at the parking, quad is very fun. The big black point for me was the gym, we choose this place because I need to maintain a physical level for my job, and all is to change, broken or inusable.

What surprised me the most was that my flight was early. They had my breakfast in bags for me to take on the plane. Excellent service in everything.
- Gabriel (10/5): - My girlfriend and I stayed in Aurora Luxury Suits for 9 nights and were extremely satisfied with our overall experience. Firstly, the service and hospitality we were met with was incredible. Everyone was so kind, helpful and welcoming towards us, and everyone felt like our friend. Nicole, Pavos, Panos and the other staff whose names I weren’t able to get were all excellent and joyful to be around. It made our stay in Santorini feel much more cozy. We also enjoyed the food and Poree restaurant located within the hotel - the free breakfasts were great with lots of variety, and then the lunches and dinners were all very satisfying with good portion sizes. We also really enjoyed the bar, which will make off-menu drinks upon request! The pool is great and quite big for Santorini standards, with lots of lounge chairs and places to relax nearby. We found the entire property to be quite serene and beautiful also, with our room even offering a beautiful sunrise view along with the sea. Lastly, the rooms were homey and the beds were comfortable, and we throughly enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony. Overall, very satisfied and happy with our experience, it made our trip much much better! The free transfers to some of the major cities also saved us a lot of hassle, time and money, as well as the hotel being able to book the best activities for us!

Chef came to introduce himself and brought chocolate treats! We will be back with the entire family for sure. We almost had the entire place to our selves. Property is not in the middle of busy tourist area, it's in very private and quite area, near the sea, beautiful, clean, cozy , but it's in the middle of Oia and Fira centers, 15 minutes away. Hotel provides you free ride to these main cities, also ride from and back to airport. The whole experience would be just a nice hotel experience, if people who work there didn't make our vacation unforgettable. Hotel staff was great, every single person was working hard to make guests feel special, they're helpful, very welcoming. Special thank you to few people , who made our vacation so special and unforgettable, Panos works at reception, is very professional, takes care of all the questions and helps with any problem you have , George works at the bar, intelligent young man, who treats everyone to feel special, Nick is the driver , very nice person, who tells you everything about Santorini on his way to and back to hotel. On top of their professional service they became our friends, Panos and George made us feel home, every evening we came back tired from the trips. So much warm memories, because of these nice people. It’s not to big, so personal service really is key. The knowledge of the staff is great too. Free daily shuttle to Oia is a HUGE bonus on Santorini.

The rooms and grounds are clean and well maintained. I love how the suites are tucked into the side of a mountain giving a wall af privacy and seclusion. It wasn’t noisy and crowded as most hotels. The staff, was absolutely amazing from the shuttle driver, to the restaurant staff, bartender and front desk. We miss you all. You made us feel like we were apart of your family and we greatly appreciate it. My husband and I enjoyed your hospitality and your service. The outdoor area is like an oasis with great music, excellent weather, tasty drinks, good food, and fabulous service. We met several other couples who had stayed there before and we could totally understand why. We would love to come back again and visit. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a couples massage that made our stay that much more relaxing. We both loved that this was a smaller more private place to stay where we had a beautiful view of the ocean. We didn’t rent a car but had no problem getting everywhere we wanted to go. We could easily take a shuttle to either town, since we were right in the middle between Thira and Oia, and catch a bus to the beach. When we decided to eat at the hotel the food was always good and the breakfast buffet was great too. We strongly recommend anyone stay at the Aurora if you are visiting Santorini, you won’t regret it.

Staff immediately welcomed us to the hotel and provided a snapshot of everything there is to do on the island, providing suggestions of things for us to do during our holiday. Truthfully the reception we received from staff was the highlight of our stay, but the hotel itself is beautiful. Situated in a quieter part of the island, Aurora Luxury Suites truly is a hidden gem. The room we were assigned to was perfect for our stay - a comfortable bed, air conditioning, space to relax, and plenty of amenities that all helped to make our holiday that much better. Plus, it was only a few steps away from the pool which was very convenient! The pools were a great way to cool down in the heat and the sun loungers were very comfortable. Accompanied by a complimentary towel from the poolside bar, we spent much of our holiday lounging around and basking in the sun. We also took full advantage of the hotel restaurant and complimentary shuttle buses to Fira and Oia, which allowed us to see so much of the island without having to pay for any additional transport. For this we are so thankful. All in all, Aurora Luxury Suites is an amazing place to stay if you’re visiting Santorini, and I could not recommend it enough!

- Julie (8/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at Aurora Suites. The staff could not do enough for their guests, they was very accommodating. My only negative which is why I am dropping one star, is the food during the day, A snack menu is operated, which is adequate for sitting sitting by the pool. But in the evening they run the same menu, which is contrary to their website. It describe the food as gastronomic with extremely misleading pictures. Either the website needs amending or they need to adjust the menu for the evening. This was disappointing for us which meant we used the free shuttle to Oia to eat out. In the grand scale of things and the rest of of the facilities they offer it’s not a major issue. But I think they are missing a trick because if they updated their menu for the evening, for a more sit fine dinning experience it would capitalise on their guest staying there to eat. It does not need to be a large menu just some key Greek dishes done well.

However they combat this with offering free shuttle which was amazing! We had free transfers from the port and to the airport which was also so good! Great recommendations from the driver too. The cleaning woman came every morning, was quick, efficient & so sweet! I love that the complimentary, air conditioned shuttle runs every day with drop off & pick up routes into Fira & Oía, which save TONS on transportation cost. Nick, the driver was so AMAZING!! The entire staff are like family & will help you with anything that they can. I met great people & had the best time here!

Particularly, Nicholas, George and Angelina were accommodating, attentive, talkative, welcoming and provided superlative customer experience. I cannot fault them at all. The resort is quite remote, which I found to be quite nice for relaxing and getting away from the noise of a more busy area of the island. While it is remote, the resorts free shuttle bus service to Fira and Oia provided excellent opportunities to go to shops and explore the rest of the island. They also provide free shuttle bus to and from the airport. With the resort being quite remote, unless you were in Fira or Oia the only food options is the hotel kitchen. This isn’t a problem as the food is great quality with variety. I would recommend eating out in Fira or Oia sometimes though to get a wider experience. Would I come here again? Absolutely. It’s luxury without the heinous price tag.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, Oia and Fira therefore saving you a lot of taxi fares which is on average 25-30 eur one way. The hotel is in a great location where everything is a 15 minute drive away. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and the rooms and public areas are very clean. The breakfast has good options from fried eggs, omelettes, sausage, bacon, cereal, toast, pastries, cakes and fruit.

The shuttle will take you to Fira and Oia a couple of times per day and they picked us up from the airport & brought us to the port on departure. Breakfast had good choice of dishes. On the negative side communication when making the reservation could have been better. I ended up paying more than expected.

- sunny-singh (10/5): Fantastic 5 night stay - We have just returned from a lovely 5 night stay here. We were collected from the airport and on arrival met with welcome drinks. We were given Room 203 which was nice a spacious with a double balcony with views to the sea. The staff are fantastic and a real asset to the hotel. Always helping, smiling and making you feel welcome. Breakfast is good and it's changed every other day to avoid repetitiveness. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was due to the lovely pool area, we wanted somewhere to lounge most of the day and this was perfect. Ample sunbeds for everyone. As the hotel is fairly small in terms of rooms, its quite nice as you get to see your fellow guests daily and strike up conversation. Another excellent service is the free transportation the hotel offers to Fira and Oia 3 times a day daily alongside the pickup and drop off to the airport. Location wise we found it excellent, 10 mins from both Fira and Oia but far enough to avoid the daily hustle and bustle those towns bring. Wouldn't hesitate to try here again and can't recommend it enough.

Its fine breakfest bufet, the relxing music and bar by the pool,The opretunity to have a relaxing massage, the great and diversed room service and the availability of a beach that is walking distance. Its overall expirience was freeing and an overall 10/10. We enjoyed it very much and we belive that everyone who stays there can have a great vacation too.

With George and each member of the restaurant and pool bar staff going out of their way to make you feel extremely welcome and looked after. Plus the hotel lays on free transport into Oia & Fira. The Lady cleaning the room was excellent too, she’d clean the room to a really great standard every day whilst we had breakfast so it was always clean & tidy. Service was outstanding, truly attentive staff in all areas (recep, driver, restaurant, housekeeping etc). Esp the lady at the reception was so amazing to sort out my pickup with a shared transit booking (the organizer were not responsive on email). Transit service always responsive on whatsapp. Facilities - great pool (sadly not 24/7), little complaints about the room and shower except the bed was harder than I usually prefer and blanket a little thin. Zero issues getting hot water, just never drink the tap water by accident its very salty. Charging port just by the bed. Drinking water provided in room. Loved the private jacuzzi - its outside the room in your little balcony space for reference but only accessible by hotel guests/staff (unlike some along the cliffside Oia/Imerovigli where its basically walkin for everyone) - I'll deeply miss it everyday its an amazing way to end the night. If you washed anything try to put it outside to dry instead. Food - good spread of options for breakfast and they rotate some items. I had a decent dinner here. Location is its only downside - there is nothing within walking distance, so they make up for it with free shuttle service daily to/from Fira & Oia (do check the latest schedule with them in advance to plan). My case they also kindly arranged for my dropoff to my second hotel instead.

A free shuttle picked us up from the airport and took us back and there are also daily scheduled rides into Thira and Oia. The staff were so pleasant and ready to accommodate our many requests.
