L’appartement était propre mais les équipements et la décoration viellots, absence d’un micro-ondes, la douche ancienne pas de réelle séparation avec les toilettes, du coup lorsqu'on prenait une douche 🚿 le côté toilettes prenait un peu d’eau à cause du rideau de douche un peu court.

Karaluch, wymiana ręczników co kilka dni, sprzątanie i słanie łóżek raz na 11 dni, częsty brak ciepłej wody, bardzo słabe wi-fi - działało ok. 6 rano i późno wieczorem, w dzień tragedia, zasięg tragedia, często przepełniony basen (w okolicy na szczęście było kilka innych), drogi (w okolicy były tańsze i lepsze hotele, ale przekonaliśmy się o tym za późno), mógłbym tak wymieniać bez końca tylko co to teraz zmieni?

Os apartamentos têm um ambiente familiar, o espaço da piscina é óptimo para as crianças e têm bicicletas e outros brinquedos. O duche do quarto. A cortina deixava sair água para fora e a WC ficava inundada. Os apartamentos precisam de alguns melhoramentos.

Per ogni eventualita' erano a disposizione. La struttura era davvero carina, la posizione comoda, vicino a tutto ma lontana dalla confusione. La Piscina è un plus importante! E il personale del bar era gentilissimo! Mia figlia adolescente ha apprezzato molto! La camera matrimoniale presentava un po' di polvere sotto il letto e per me che sono allergica agli acari era un po' un problema e i letti erano un po' scomodi.

The location was ideal – just a few minutes from the beach and close to shops, cafes, and everything we needed. It was very easy to get around and explore the area. Our room was clean, bright, and comfortable, with a nice terrace where we could relax in the evenings. The whole hotel felt well cared for, peaceful, and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help if we had any questions. We felt safe and well looked after during our stay. Overall, a great experience – calm, comfortable, and in a perfect spot for a beach holiday. We would happily come back and recommend it to others.

- Peter (9/5): Great price/ rate value ratio: comfy apartment near all the great places, but still quiet - The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. It is well equipped with everything. Our son really enjoyed the place, especially the pool and the little playground (it is a bit outdated but totally functional). This is a very good location for little kids, the beach is 5 min walk, there is a playground also in 5 min, restaurants (also one with an entire indoor playground). Absolutely recommend for families. The maid should take out the trash everyday, at least from the bathroom. Otherwise the apartment was spottles.

Łatwo można znaleźć miejsce parkingowe Właściciele starają się dbać o czystość i jest raczej czysto. Ręczniki czy pościel bez zarzutu. Basen też czysty. Jednak infrastruktura trochę przestarzała. Łazienki i aneksy kuchenne wymagają renowacji bo nie są zbyt przyjemnie .

La piscine et le bar rajoutent au charme de l'emplacement. Nikolas était très accueillant et très sympathique.

Ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in prima mattinata e di rimanere in piscina attendendo la camera. Piscina pulita con sdraio disponibili, a qualunque ora una parte del piano vasca è ombreggiata. E con area giochi per bambini. Ci è stato offerto un appartamento più grande rispetto a quello prenotato. Letto matrimoniale veramente grande, comodo e con lenzuola molto morbide. Molto ventilato la sera, stare in terrazza è veramente piacevole. Posizione top, vicino al mare e alla fermata dell'autobus. Tanti ristoranti, negozi, noleggio macchina, cinema, parco giochi per i bambini recintato nelle vicinanze. Un po' sommaria la pulizia dell' appartamento. Forse una persona che pulisce tutti gli appartamenti non può farcela a fare tutto come si dovrebbe. Però forse abbiamo messo furia arrivando presto. Non saprei. Da rivedere un po' di rifiniture, tipo manca un attaccapanni vicino alla doccia, le zanzariere presenti solo in camera...

Nikolas and his brother were incredibly accommodating, even helping with my luggage. He was always available and eager to offer recommendations. The complimentary coffee upon arrival was a nice touch, and he was consistently present at the reception whenever needed. I would definitely recommend this place!

È stata la prima di numerose gentilezze che lo staff ci ha riservato! Appartamento pulitissimo, cucina super accessoriata, letto grande e comodo. Bagno con bidet e grande doccia. Attenzione però è frequentata anche da persone esterne all'hotel, quindi c'è un bel po' di caos. Però nonostante tutto le camere sono silenziose. Si dome bene. Carenza di pulizia, WiFi presente ma per non so quale motivo non se ne può usufruire nelle camere. Anche internet personale non funziona. Un piccolo bunker Insomma. Ci ha fatto visita qualche formichina, cucina non del tutto funzionante e molto sporca. Capisco il basso costo ma la pulizia è essenziale. Abbiamo fatto presente ai proprietari che ci hanno assicurato che provvederanno a rimediare.

- Δημήτρης (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και κάλυψε τις ανάγκες μας! Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για το σκοπό της επίσκεψης μας, προσφέροντας εύκολη πρόσβαση σε τοπικές ταβέρνες και καταστήματα. Τα παιδιά μας, ηλικίας 5 και 2,5 ετών, απόλαυσαν πολύ τη διαμονή, με ασφάλεια και άνεση. Όλα ήταν έστι όπως τα περιμέναμε!

- David (10/5): Localización perfecta, hospitalidad y buenas instalaciones - El dueño y su hermano son muy amables y hospitalarios. Ambiente muy familiar y situado en Amoudara, una zona con una playa espectacular, muchos restaurantes y tiendas y muy bien comunicado con Heraklion. A pesar de no tener grandes lujos el apartamento era muy amplio y cómodo . Perfecto para viajar solo, en pareja o con niños. Tiene hasta un pequeño gimnasio. El aire acondicionado es muy nuevo y silencioso.

- Janina (9/5): - Freundlich durch die Inhaber geführte Apartmentanlage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in guter Lage - Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar.
- Anonym (10/5): - Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kinder. Der Strand Ammoudara, familienfreundliche Restaurants, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Es war wirklich sehr komfortabel und der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Highlight ist die Bar am Pool mit frischen Getränken und Snacks zu jederzeit.
- Gunther (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt für An und Abreise - Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältniss, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Essenmöhlichkeiten und Strand um die Ecke. Parken vor dem Haus möglich, ansonsten großer Parkplatz an der Hauptstraße in 2 min erreichbar.
- claudia (7/5): - Struttura posizionata in luogo strategico , vicino alla spiaggia e a pochi km dalla citta Il propietario e' davvero disponibile e sopratutto ama gli animali. La struttura non possiede un parcheggio proprio, quindi bisogna ricercarlo nelle vicinanze. Fortunatamente ne esiste uno sul fronte della strada princioale.

- DELPHINE (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité/prix malgré quelques aménagements dépassés - Hôtel familial où nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux tant de la chambre que des parties communes, les équipements bien que vieillots étaient convenables, le gérant est très aimable et disponible, il nous a donné un studio avec vue sur mer ! L’endroit est très calme, à distance de la route passante. La piscine est petite mais sympa, avec des douches extérieures pour se rincer. La plage, les restaurants et les supermarchés sont tous à moins de 5 mn à pieds ! Merci ! Le couchage n’est pas très confortable, la douche est minuscule avec le mitigeur qui vous rentre dans le dos, un simple rideau qui vient se coller à vous ! Personnellement, je déteste ça !! Quelques remontées d’odeurs désagréables. 3ème état sans ascenseur mais bon ça fait du sport et le gérant a monté nos valises ! Impossible de se connecter plus d’une soirée au wifi ! La plage est agréable mais vue à droite sur un port marchand et à gauche sur un dépôt de carburant et une centrale électrique donc pas très fun.

- Анна (10/5): want to come back - wonderful hosts, attentive attitude towards guests, like home. excellent location: the beach is no more than a 5-minute walk away, during a storm at sea, the swimming pool at the hotel was a lifesaver (entrance to the sea is free, but if you order anything for 5 euros per person, you can use a deckchair and umbrellas during your entire stay, even the whole day (I recommend Heaven beach). next to the hotel is a very tasty and inexpensive Greek tavern Lazaros. from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the center of Heraklion, there are direct buses number 1 and 6 (the cost is 2.5 euros when buying a ticket from the driver, but there is a supermarket Your market nearby - tickets are 1.5 euros each). Located within a short walking distance from the beach and plethora of local restaurants and bars. Great value for the money overall. WiFi coverage could be better
