- Jeffrey (10/5): - The hotel was PERFECT for our family of four. Make sure you book the family room that consists of two adjoining rooms so you have a lot of space. The people at the hotel were super friendly and helped us when we had a food delivery issue (delivery guy went to wrong hotel and the hotel team translated and got him to us). We will definitely stay here again!

There was a moldy smell in our room, and the room hadn’t been cleaned, nor were the sheets changed when we first arrived. Upon our request, the room was cleaned. The surroundings and garden were quite beautiful. Breakfast was good.

- Bahar (6/5): Bu kadar soğuk karşılanmamıştım. - Otelin konumu çok güzel. Harika bir keyif bahçesi var ancak bahçede akşam oturmak mümkün değil. Bahçenin gece aydınlatması yok. Bahçede oturup okey oynamamıza izi vermediler. Canları sağ olsun. Vardır bi bildikleri. Ancak çalışanların asık suratları ortamı çok serinletti. Bu arada haksızlık etmiyeyim asık suratlı bir şekilde de olsa otele girdiğimizde bize çay ikram ettiler. Alelacele çayımızı içip odalarımıza göndermek içi de ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Otel güzel idare eder ama çalışanların kendine çeki düzen vermesi şart.
- Mine (8/5): Gürültülü - Oda temiz ve iyi durumdaydı. Cadde üstü olduğu için gece gürültülüydü. Ayrıca odalara sürekli giriş çıkışlar oluyordu bu da bizi açıkçası biraz rahatsız etti. Konuşma ve kapıların açılıp kapanması sık sık uyanmamıza neden oldu. Ses yalıtımı daha iyi olmalı.
- Susan (10/5): - İznik is a quiet hamlet with a lot of history. This hotel has a key location with Lake İznik a block away. Walking onto the terrace you are met with views of the mountain, the tree tops and bougainvillas along with the ancient city wall next to the property. Buffet breakfast is well attended by hotel staff. When I needed a room one floor lower due to knee problems they easily accommodated. Our room, fitted for 3 adults was furnished with antiques and quite lovely. The staff was kind and hospitable. I will stay there again. My guests visiting Türkiye loved it.

- Khan (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is close to the city centre where the major sites are and also close to the lake. Lots of dining options nearby. No lifts at the hotel so can be a fairly difficult walk up the stairs at night as one part has no lights. Staff are friendly and helpful as well.

The room actually looks like a mini apartment, with an entrance hall, and a room like a living room, then a bedroom with a bathroom. Very good breakfast too. We just crossed and found ourselves on the shore of the lake. The hotel is right next to the Gol Gate, so you can easily get anywhere on foot. I highly recommend

- perrygrinate (6/5): A joyless experience in a lovely location - My third visit to the hotel under three different ownerships - and easily the least impressive. The location is brilliant and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But none of the staff cracked a smile throughout our entire visit. The tone was set on arrival when the woman greeting us checked her watch to see if we were early rather than venturing a warm welcome. And breakfast - by Turkish standards - was grim. Plain and tired. Local information and advice was grudgingly provided. A huge shame. This was once a superb hotel.

- Busra (10/5): Memnuniyet verici - İznik’i turistik olarak gezmek için çift olarak konaklama yaptık. Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Hem göle hem gezilecek yerlere mesafesi bizi memnun etti. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Otopark konusunda da sıkıntı yaşamadık hemen otelin karşısında boş arazi var zaten. İznik’e bir daha gidersek yine burda kalırız.

- sevil (2/5): Seyir butik otel İznik - İt is a very noisy hotel located by the road. We were not able to sleep. The room needs to be repaired. They do not include coffee within the breakfast. They charge one small french press 56 lira and serve for two. This is not right and they are not guest oriented. We do not reccommend.
- Moe (10/5): - The owners were super helpful and kind and allowed us to check-in early unannounced when we had arrived early to check out the facility before starting our tour. They were also super helpful and helped us get a taxi from Iznik to Bursa. As for the property itself, location is key, and this place is in the best possible location. You're a 5 min walk away from the lake's swimming area, and a straight 5-10min walk to the historical parts of town. Its almost impossible to get lost because of how good the location is. You've also got everything you need in a place to spend a night after a long day of exploration. I'll definitely choose this place the next time I'm visiting Iznik.

- oguz (8/5): Güzeldi - Otelde konaklamamız fazla uzun süreli olmadı. Sadece 1 gece geçirdik. Odanın temizliğinden memnunuz. Akşam yemek yemedik sadece kahvaltımız vardı oda açık büfe olarak veriliyordu. Bence çeşit olarak yeterliydi ama bazı ürünler daha kaliteli ve sıcak olabilirdi. Birde otele girerken hoş geldiniz yerine covid formunu uzatıp hemen doldurmamızı istemeleri fazla hoş olmadı! Güler yüz daha önemli.

Lovely garden, close to the lake, within walking distance to interesting Nicaea's ruins and only 15 minutes walk to minibus terminal. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because of its certificate of safe tourism. It is very important for me to stay in clean and hygienic accommodation during the global pandemic. The breakfast is tasty and rich, served in plate thus not buffet style. Definitely recommended for everyone's stay in Iznik.

Ottima e abbondante la colazione casalinga. C'è un cortile esterno con tavolini e sedie per passare tempo a leggere un libro o prendere un çay con gli amici.
- Yves (6/5): - État général de la chambre correct. Accueil froid. A l'enregistrement nous avons dû demander les clefs plusieurs fois alors que la chambre était prête. Dans la nuit, une forte odeur d'égouts nous a réveillé. Dommage que toutes les fenêtres ne soient pas équipées de moustiquaires car nous aurions ainsi pu mieux aérer la chambre.

- Hans Jürgen (10/5): Wir haben ein Kleinod entdeckt - Wunderbares kleines Hotel! Ruhig, aber zentral und am See gelegen. Der Garten ein Blumenmeer, dazu ein schattiger Wintergarten. Tolle Zimmer, super Bad, viele liebevolle Details. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück der netten Gastgeber-Familie im sonnigen Garten war megaklasse: Menemen, Sigara Böregi, Omlett, selbstgemachte Marmelade. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Few bank cards what I was able use everywhere else on the world (China, Peru, UK etc) didn't work for Iznik hotel in Turkey... Hotel contact me and said that they will accept iban payment by bank transfer of 410 turkish lira. I sent them money,and also statmant and confirmation of the transfer . Transfer was executed after few days - hotel contact me that they still dont have my money - because they were sent to main brand of their bank and they will wait until Friday but in Wednesday they cancel my reservation - no money, no answer for phone calls or emails .

- PinarErsemiz (6/5): Careless and crowded - We've stayed there for just one night. The pension and all İznik were very crowded as it was weekend and 23rd April holiday. The host seemed to be bored and was very unpleasant. He surely need to be excused as his partner couldn't be there for the weekend. But we still believe that every problem exists to show us a part of our life that should be healed. So every difficulty that shows up in our lives should be wellcomed in tranguility. We don't think we'll take that same risk again. But if this time he cathces cold :) ???

Only missing thing is that there is no safe in the room,other than that every thing was verygood.
- perrygrinate (8/5): Not as goood as it was a couple of years ago - I first reviewed this hotel in January 2016 and was keen to visit again with friends this year. It is still a nice place to stay (and there are now a lot more choices in Iznik) but the hotel has changed hands, the welcome was not as warm, and the rooms are beginning to become tired.
- Fahad_S_Al_Harthi (8/5): Simple, but Great! - we stayed here for one night. The lodge is managed by a turkish family who are assisted by young spirited turks. The food served is amazing, especially the breakfast and grills. Dont miss the home made cakes and pastries, which make you want to stick to this place for ever!. The rooms are basic, no elevator in the hotel but you can get the young fellas to help you carry your luggage if needed!. The lodge is walking distance to all Iznik attractions and the lake, which makes a perfect base to start your daily tours!
- basarogun (10/5): Tranqual and cozy - If you are planning a trip to Iznik, a hidden gem, beautiful lake just in the middle if mountains, seyir butik hotel is a perfect choice among its counterparts. It is a nice small hotel placed close to the lake. It has a small garden with olive trees and a winter garden where the meals are served. The are plenty cats running around. A small play ground is also placed near the garden. We stayed in the suite and it was more than enough for 4 people. This hotel has a very good kitchen serving many kinds of local and international dishes. The stuff is polite and helpful.
- maartenw2016 (10/5): We were not here for the hotel, but... for renting bikes - We needed bikes to visit the walls of old Nicea... in the summer, at more than 37°, that seems really the best way. And at this hotel we found exactly what we needed: very nice personnel, fast service, good bikes, an extra map and off for the road! Thanks again!
- David (10/5): - Seyir Butik is a very nice place to stay. Very close to the lake, immediately adjacent to the old city wall. A 5 minute walk to the center of town. The free breakfast was very good, and food ordered off the menu in the evening was excellent. Iznik is a nice quiet town off the beaten track with a rich history. It's an agricultural area, with tractors on main street.
- zinovievazoya (10/5): 200 m ti the most beautiful lake near the Istambul!!! - it is like at home, 3 levels, comfort&pretty rooms (not stanart, individual designed), nice restorant in the hotel (you will not hear it at the room!), fantastic breackfast and tasty cakes and icecream!! We plane to come againe!

- UnfortunateFursey (8/5): Lovely breakfast near the city wall and lake - This is a nice little pension in Iznik (Nicaea). Its garden borders on the old Roman/Byzantine wall and beyond that is the very large lake. The owners were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The wall and lake are probably the best aspects of Iznik as the museum is closed and the church of the various church councils is in very poor condition.

All my questions were answered with their magical smile and support. When I requested from them one day to serve breakfast early for me as I had to travel to Bursa they were cooperative and served me properly.
- stephanieg656 (10/5): Great place to spend the night - We stopped at this bed and breakfast as we were touring through turkey. It is really clean and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious! It's close to the water and close to the center of town. We really enjoyed our stay. Isnik is an interesting city and worth the visit.
