• Aysu (1/5): Very bad I demand a refund - The room is not like in the pictures, everything is broken, everything is ruined, hard mattresses you can't sleep on, expensive price for the value, TV was torn out of place, dirty sheets, we couldn't stay there for more than a few minutes and returned the key to the clerk at the front desk. I'm asking for a refund, you don't answer.

• Mariia (1/5): - We made 2 reservations for 2 people. Upon arrival, we were given one room for 4 people! We were put in one room with strangers. Terrible conditions. I paid for a room with a balcony, but in the end I didn't get it. Although I overpaid specifically for this service. No one wanted to return my money. And they didn't let us leave either.

І ще дуже важливо номери на Booking це не те, що в дійсності. Ніколи не думаю, що таке можливо. Повний нуль. Фото не відповідають дійсності.

• Alla (1/5): - Отель расположен в центре Айя-Напи, но фото абсолютно не соответствует У нас было забронировано 3 номера, один из них назывался люкс с кухней. Но номера абсолютно не соответствовали тому что представлено на фото. Кухня была, но плита была ржавая и не рабочая очень давно, как и ко всему остальному прикасаться было не возможно. С нами был младенец, второй номер нам дали, с детской кроваткой, в котором запах плесени стоял! Вход в номер был с улицы, сразу у двери стояла эта детская краватка, замок был сломан, дверь не закрывалась! Третий номер был аналогичен! И входная дверь так же выходила на улицу, которая не закрывалась. Постель была грязная, в пятнах, сменили с очень не довольным лицом. Потолки были во всех номерах ободраны, и падала штукатурка на голову, отвратительный запах и грязь. В ванной плесень, всё ржавое! Краны протекали. Мы приехали подзно и были с детьми, нужно было ночевать, из трёх заказанных номеров мы поселились в два, оплату с нас сняли за три номера и деньги сказали вернуть не могут!!! Утром нас ждал сюрприз, пяти-сантиметровые тараканы в ванной! Впервые на букинке фото абсолютно полная противоположность, там ремонта лет 50 не было, очень всё старое! Фото люкса и остальных оставляю ниже, жаль не все фото можно опубликовать.
• Daniel (1/5): - Nothing I wish I could give this place zero stars. The moment I walked into my room, I noticed roaches crawling along the walls and even near the bed. It was absolutely disgusting and made me feel unsafe staying there. Clearly, cleanliness and pest control are not a priority for this hotel. I asked the front desk for help, and while they apologized, they didn’t seem surprised – which tells me this isn’t a new problem. Instead of enjoying my trip, I spent the night worrying about what else might be lurking in the room. Save yourself the stress and do not stay here. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that actually care about hygiene and guest comfort.

• Martina (1/5): Refund - Just the a/c otherwise nothing Mostly everything the room was very very extremely dirty bedding, towels and chairs were stained under the bed with dust and dirty sticky floor, the bathroom was very dirty, very not safe a door in the room locked with a table, the stairs without non slippery tape and i fell on the stairs and the front door lock was also like forced open, we paid for a balcony and we didnt have a balcony not value for money

• CHAYMAA (1/5): Un CAUCHEMAR A FUIR - À FUIR tout était sale aucune sécurité draps et serviette déjà utilisé à notre arrivé Nous sommes arrivé de nuit nous n’avons pas pu rester plus de 1h sur place c’était écœurant. Aucune solutions n’a été donnée sur place, nous avons dû sortir à 3h du matin pour aller cherché un autre hôtel. Booking ne nous a jamais remboursé ni l’hôtel c’est INADMISSIBLE !!! J’ai jamais vu ça !!! Tout est sale personnel incompétent

• Dean/Niki Bailey (5/5): Did what it needed to - The pool was great. Great location for what we needed it. One of the reception guys was really helpful and chatty. The room was quite dirty, I get due to the location that there wouldn't be much available because of the type of people that would stay there but the room was grimy. Luckily we were there only for a day to shower and use the pool whilst waiting for a flight.

I chose to include breakfast when making the reservation, but after checking in at the hotel, I was informed by the staff that the hotel does not serve breakfast. I should have booked without breakfast, as it would have been cheaper. Another negative point was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

• Andreas (1/5): The worst experience of my life. - Nothing. Rude staff. Threatened to call police. Mould in room. All of the air conditioners in the rooms did not work. Staff lied about this. Beds were filthy and mice were in the rooms. Staff didn’t care.

Si vous voulez préserver votre santé mental et - L’hôtel dispose plusieurs bâtiments/emplacements, et les logements ne sont pas tous au même endroit. Les photos booking ne reflètent pas la réalité. Le lit n’est pas confortable, la climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit de « chantier », les toilettes ne fonctionnent pas (appui chasse d’eau inexistant, et l’eau coule sans s’arrêter). Moisissure dans la douche, fenêtre sale. Vu que j’étais dans un logement éloigné du bâtiment initial, pas de wifi. Je ne suis pas resté dans l’hôtel car impossible de se logement là bas, j’ai rendu les clés 4h après car j’étais parti visiter les coins avant. Malgré les problèmes, le personnel n’a pas voulu me rembourser sur place. Ils ont dit de contacter booking et qu’ensuite ils accepteront le remboursement. Comme je me suis douté, ils n’ont pas voulu me rembourser après le mail envoyé à booking.com (mensonge) À éviter absolument.

One of the bathroom doors was missing, the bathroom light turns on whenever it wants. The room probably wasn't cleaned since there was a dirty towel in the closet. Overall the room condition was very poor.

• Diane (1/5): Médiocre - L’emplacement. C’était sale, nous avions réservé une chambre avec un balcon et nous avons eu une simple chambre. Pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire, rien, à peine une serviette pour deux personnes. Du sang sur les draps. Une porte montée à l’envers, des traces sur les murs. Une piscine sale, des transats cassés. Le personnel n’est pas compréhensif et n’a rien fait pour régler le problème.

• Natalia (1/5): - Location is great for the party, but far away from sea, you will need a car The staff is not trained to deal with the problems, they try to give you the worst room there is. I would not recommend this hotel for a stay more than one night.
• Nathan (10/5): Perfect - Went here with my family for a nice holiday abroad, couldn’t recommend more. Perfect facilities, couldn’t complain about cleanliness, and plenty of towels for all of us. Felt nice and secure for my family and the kids really enjoyed the pool (including the water park features). Would definitely stay here again, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 10/10 I wouldn’t change a thing

• Alexandra (2/5): Hell hotel- avoid!!! - 24 hour shop across the road. From the cockroaches running through the rooms, dodgy patch up work, a hose filling the pool, over booking the rooms and dirty stains and holes across the walls this is just the start of what I didn’t like about it the property.
