- Olga (10/5): Very comfortable. Will come back to stay again. - The view of the lake. It was also very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to cook. Everything was good.
- Susan (7/5): Wonderful but beware of being over charged! - Great location and views. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean. Safe. It’s really lovely and would recommend. Although I would say make sure you pay prior to arriving to save the nightmare of the virtual check in. Had great difficulty with the virtual check in. They massively over charged me and refused to rectify it for me. Booking.com are thankfully retrieving it for me. This unpleasant experience didn’t overshadow our stay, but it certainly tainted it due to the stress caused.
- Debra (10/5): Got a great price at a very special place and it was so unexpected. - Beautiful view of mountains and lake. Not near restaurants.
- Juan (10/5): I would definitely stay again - Clean and quiet Loved everything
- Dan (9/5): Great off-season getaway. It's a ski condo so winter/summer prices would be muuuuch higher. - The balcony had a nice view of the lake. It was spacious, upper floor had a dining, kitchen and living room area. Downstairs had two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The walls could be a thicker; if there are people visiting next door, you'll know about it.

- Gerson (10/5): Excelente - Todo Nada
- Nithin (10/5): Well balanced and delightful - Worth in all sense Parking , but it’s not bad , actually you can put 2 cars . Only one side the parking is tricky
- Steve (8/5): - Great view Tight parking
- Heliodoro (7/5): Todo muy agradable, en la resection deberian de poner un belingüe, - La tranquilidad, y todo muy comodo, El sofa cama no esta comodo, se sienten Los resortes.
Deberian de cambiarlo, ( nuevo )
- John (5/5): All good except the stairs which canceled the good. - Nice roomy condo There were about 50 stairs down to the condo and more stairs inside down to the bedroom. I’m 82 with knee problems. I barely made it. Never again.
- Sonia (10/5): Excelente - La ubicación Todo muy bien
- Warren (1/5): Never again! - Proximity to things and the morning view. Pics are misleading. Furniture was put away like they were closing it up for the winter. Microwave didn’t work. It was three stories and layout was horrible.
- Mattia (8/5): -
- Alexander (9/5): Awesome stay. - Worth it. A little outdated but still is a great value.
- Taryn (10/5): - The entire place was amazing!! The view is gorgeous!!! The only thing that we found confusing was where the light switches were. We entered at dark and had to turn on our cell phone lights to find the light switches.

- Arroyo (10/5): Awesome place nice and private and close to hiking trails. - Very spacious and clean comfortable Everything was great nothing bad
- Anna (10/5): -
- Phil (10/5): - Worked good for us, high up the hill, good view!
Would stay here again.
- jaibarosita (9/5): - Good location. On the lake
- Robin (8/5): -
- Althea (9/5): -
- Stefano (10/5): Wonderful location, perfect for 2 couples - Wonderful location and view. Big living room and rooms on a separate floor. These apartments don’t have A/C. A bit too warm at night, we had to place the fan in front of the open window, that worked.
Checkin process was remote and slow. Had to wait at least 20 minutes to checkin.

- Maria (9/5): - Great place with a nice view of the lake!
- Reynolds (8/5): Good stay… zooming with front desk person .. different experience. - The view We didn’t know it was 4 flights of stairs.. challenging for person with health issues….
- Kimberly (1/5): Avoid this place at all costs. - This was by far the worst hotel stay I've ever had.
First of all, there is no real receptionist—everything is done virtually through a screen, which felt incredibly impersonal and unhelpful, especially when things went wrong (and everything went wrong).
Parking was a nightmare. Our unit was supposed to have an assigned parking spot, but someone else took it. We reported it to management, and they did absolutely nothing. They just told us to park somewhere else. No help, no resolution, despite the fact that parking was supposedly guaranteed.
To make things worse, our toilet was clogged from the start. We told management immediately, and instead of sending someone to fix it, they said they'd “put in a work request.” There was no staff on-site to handle urgent maintenance issues. We were left with a non-working toilet for the entire stay.
Between the lack of basic amenities, nonexistent customer service, and total disregard for guest needs, this was an unacceptable experience from start to finish.
- Zhor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelley-lewis (8/5): Very good -
- YoungMin (10/5): - The place is very clean and has everything you need. I especially liked that I could do laundry. The only thing you need to bring is food.
- Mrkuuipo22 (8/5): Very good -
- Caroline (6/5): Pleasant -
- Christopher (8/5): We enjoyed the stay very much otherwise. - Clean, very tahoe appropriate. The water never reached a comfortable temperature in the showers.
- Diana (7/5): Good -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Darwin (8/5): Great place to relax and enjoy the Tahoe view, but be prepared to leave early the day of check out. - Great view, convenient parking, nice neighborhood and location Too early check out time at 10 AM and late checkin at 4 pm. 6 hours to turn over a condo is too long of a window. Hotels are 11 AM check out, 3 pm checkin.
- Carrie (10/5): Very comfortable apartment, spacious and clean - Quiet, parking right outside apartment, very clean and comfortable apartment
- Julie (1/5): Bad - We canceled our reservation and did not stay one night let alone two. You are not even aware that we didn't stay there. We stayed at a hotel in Tahoe instead. We canceled because we mistakenly make 2 reservations - with you and the hotel. We contacted booking.com and they said to contact the owner directly which we did. We were charged for 2 nights even though we canceled an hour after making the reservation and never showed up. We never got the keys and yet no one seems to know that we did not stay there! See above. You should not book clients into properties where no one seems to be available and doesn't even know that you didn't show up to use the property and they still charge you. Something is very wrong here.
- Drew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Allen (9/5): Nice three-floor condo with beautiful balcony view of the lake - Clean, well-appointed two-bedroom timeshare condo with beautiful balcony view of Lake Tahoe. Just downhill from a ski lodge, and an easy drive to Raley's supermarket and good restaurants. Lots of stairs! Wi-fi frequently dropped for a few seconds up to a few minutes. Check-in is entirely hands-off, with the clerk talking to you through a TV screen and printing your keys and parking permit remotely.
- Francine (8/5): Hope to be back. - Felt like we were at home Mattress on couch should be replaced, we just got extra blankets to help with springs.
- Ye (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charles (9/5): Superb -
- Veronica (2/5): I wish there have blower driver so I can pulling up. - definitely will go there next time!!!! less people, full kitchen, cozy all of rooms!
- Alan (8/5): Tahoe - Clean place with nice view. Check in a little funky with a video (no on-site person), but it worked eventually .
- Marina Andrey O. (2/5): Not Happy with service - Room cards wasn’t working we was in office for one hour outside was cold and they charge extra fees resort fees that not including to the price they charge from the card next they when you checkout wasn’t happy with service, Bed are so hard to sleep on it.
- Ryan (8/5): - Great value- basically ended up being a townhome with two condos in it. Very lodge-like, with a huge jetted tub, two kitchens and a nice little patio and balcony. Great location in Incline. The check in process was frustrating- there isn’t a person on site- you pick up a phone. They were very confused and I ended up on hold for 15 minutes while they figured it out, then was sent to another location. It worked out though and we enjoyed our stay.
- Denise (8/5): Amazing Property with great view - Great experience! Accommodations we're perfect fr five people.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Awesome place to stay! A little hard to find at first you have to take a sharp right and go past another set of condos but once you find it the location is amazing! The views are a little obstructive by trees but you can still see the lake from the balcony and the master suite. It was 5 minutes from diamond peak where we went skiing. I would definitely book here again.
- vy n. (10/5): Amazing place to stay - My friends and I absolutely loved this place. I don't understand the negative reviews on here. Super close to diamond peak resort. Check-in was super duper easy, took less than 15mins. We came into a check-in room and video chatted with a lady who printed room keys and parking passes or us. The whole process couldn't have been easier.
Someone did park in our parking spot but a staff on site helped us contact the car owner to move the car.
The house inside was flawless!!! Very roomy but nice and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed: pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, utensils, salt, pepper, etc.
There was also a beautiful fireplace and firewood included. There was also a balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake. Internet was really slow though, but it wasn't much of a problem for us.
Overall, I loved this place and highly recommend it!!!
- Liz (6/5): Spacious rooms and good location - This is not a hotel. It is a condo timeshare development. There is no live manager on site, they are available by video phone in a small office area or phone from your room. Our assigned parking space was taken by another guest, but we were able to find another spot further away. Decor is dated but clean and comfortable. Good value for the price we paid midweek in September. Because it is not a hotel, there is no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee, creamer, etc. - things I still expected for a two night stay. There is a full size kitchen, but you need to provide all of your own cooking supplies such as oil, spices, condiments - things a VRBO rental would normally have on hand for you. The listing should have mentioned these things so we could have been prepared - especially no coffee!
- Verified traveler (2/5): no one there - Buyer beware - there is no one onsite - they have a room with a TV and do everything remotely, talking to you over the TV. However my room key did not work and so for a couple hours or so I stood there trying to assist them with the key making machine and printer, etc until finally help arrived from another location via car. I wasn't able to get into my room and was exhausted as it was late. They agreed to comp me for my troubles and were very nice, bit it is a risky set up. The condo was cold, but couldn't figure out how to adjust the temp and didn't see instructions and so went to bed. In the morning, I took a shower and it set off the smoke alarm which I fanned with a towel and it fell off the ceiling...ugh...
There was no coffee. I understand when you are staying for a week, you don't expect coffee for a week, but come on, you should have enough for one day as most provide. The location and views are and cleanliness were good. The unit was a bit dated, but fine. A good amount of space. I think they say ski in/out and it is very close, but about a mile walk to the ski entrance so not quite.
- Kris (6/5): Nice place, rotten check-in - The condo was beautiful. The kitchen does not have any upper cupboards so finding items were kind of funky. The kitchen could use basic spices...salt, sugar, etc.
Check-in was AWFUL. It is a virtual check it where you talk to a camera, get greeted by a person on a television screen, and room key cards are printed while you wait. I arrived at 11:00pm, and the "receptionist" was "busy"...it took me 45 minutes of waiting in a small room staring at a blank screen before I got checked in. Ruined the who stay.
