• Peter (7/5): Comfortable and clean but........ - Very comfortable bed. Excellent location. Hardly any room in the bedroom. Shower needed to be changed around. Kitchen was miniscule. Sliding doors were not sealing properly and the wind was blowing the curtains. Too small to be an apartment.

• Sheila (6/5): We enjoyed our stay, but feel the apartment could have been better as I said it’s tired it needs work done, I would not - The location was good. It was clean, the water was hot. The property was tired. The shower even though nice hot water the shower head had nothing to keep it in place, so if you were over 5ft in height you had to hold the shower over you . The curtains were ripped and put onto the track the wrong way round so you could not draw the curtains properly. There was a large glass table with 4 chairs which took up most of the room,there was no way 4 people could sit around the table comfortably. A lovely view but no balcony ! The wardrobe doors did not run smoothly so you had to continually lift them to get to your clothes. We were on the 14th floor so spent a lot of time waiting for the lifts which were none to stable the doors did not even close up properly.

Apartamentul are tot ce îți trebuie, bucătăria este dotată cu toate necesarele în cazul în care vrei să îți gătești ceva. Patul este confortabil Mi-aș fi dorit ca acest apartament să fie puțin mai bine îngrijit, în ideea în care perdeaua mai avea puțin și ieșea cu totul de pe șină, era și ruptă în două locuri, aparatul de aer condiționat își făcea treaba dar era veche, nu mai arăta deloc ca și în poză, iar apartamentul per total i-aș da o zugrăveală pentru prospețime, pentru ca pereții sunt foarte zgâriați și murdari
• Ana (10/5): - Está muy bien situado. Lo del aparcamiento en el edificio está genial. El apartamento está muy bien, los colchones son colchonetas, quizás esto tendría que mejorarse. Y un espejo a la entrada también ayudaría. Otro inconveniente es que el toldo no se puede subir del todo, esto impide ver bien el paisaje. En general lo recomiendo. Que el toldo no se subiera del todo.

The sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We were given only one set of keys for four people, which caused constant inconvenience. I contacted the Booking office in Benidorm several times, and the consultant there kept promising to give me additional keys, but after four days, I still didn’t receive them. As a result, the entire vacation was affected by these issues, and it left a very negative impression of the stay.

• Alina-catalina (8/5): Perfect for a short stay with friends, not fanily - Location, the view, easy parking, easy check in, clean apartment, nice pool if you are willing to trade it for the wonderful beach just across the street. Good food and good atmosphere at the haineken terrace near the wakeboarding instalation. Close to supermarkets, close to terramitica Very unconfortable pillows (but good mattresses), worn out bed sheets and towels, no coffee machine, no soap, even the toulet paper was “scarce”, onlt two small rolls for a 3 day stay of 2 adults+2 kids, no salt, old dish sponge. Everything calculated not to lose a dime. Very noisy till late at night and even early in the morning.

• Aaron (10/5): Perfect - Easy to collect keys and easier drop off, the noise is nothing that can be helped as the windows are thin and the sea and wind was very loud on these nights so no complaints my end Maybe addition of a safe in the room as I didn't take all my personal belongings everyday including my passport, but I was happy with the security of the premises itself

• Helen (8/5): Victor was very good to replying to any concerns, it’s was a very enjoyable stay, I would stay again - The property was in a great location for what we wanted to do, it was clean and comfortable and central with everything, The shower was a bit too small, and the pillows were tooo hard which made it a little bit uncomfortable to sleep, but everything else was good.

Shower attachment flimsy and didn’t hold shower head properly so kept falling down. Shower basket for shampoo, etc was attached with plastic fittings. It was easily knocked off due to the small size of the cubicle and we were unable to re-attach it.

The owner is so helpful with great communication. - Everything it’s a studio and I was a loan traveler and it was perfect size. Bed very comfortable too, I liked the fact you had the option of putting it away. Nothing really I think maybe a key safe would be handy.

What a shame as this little appartment could be so perfect but it is an appartment for two not four in my opinion if four people were to stay here it’s just far too small,where would anyone sit it has a two seater bed sofa which is not very comfortable and covered with a throw over not like in the pictures.The whole place needs painting lots of marks on walls and in general needs a good freshen up to look like it’s pictures.the curtains are old stained with rips in and also don’t open properly.The kitchen I don’t know what to say I’ve never been in one so small,no work surfaces,no drainer no where to put things after washing up,no oven,fridge and hob worked fine but if you wanted to cook it’s not happening in this kitchen.We had a lovely time and the sea view made up for the negatives that could be easily fixed and not be expensive,Think my bug barrier was the curtains not opening and unless held back by the window doors.I would stay at Las Damas again it’s a perfect location but may be not at this appartment.

• Cynthia (2/5): Tiny, uncomfortable, overpriced - Nice view of the sea The price quality ratio is terrible. I wouldn't be so critical had I paid 40€ per night, but I paid more than double this. The rental company makes you pick up and drop off the keys at another location. You also have to take out the trash and tidy the flat or they charge you on top of the cleaning fees included in the price. The location was excellent. The view from the flat was superb as it's on a high floor. The swimming pool is uninviting and located in a parking lot that is currently under construction. There was plastic and scum floating in it. There's no balcony, although it lis listed. The flat has the bare minimum. All appliances are old and bad quality. There were two of us (good friends), but the flat felt stuffy because of the set up and condition. The living room has a sofa bed that was extremely uncomf . The Wifi didn't work. The dining room table is too big so it's hard to sit at it as it's pushed against the sliding door of the bedroom and the sofa. Bigger people probably will find the table uncomfortable or unusable. There are no lamps but overhead lights that light cold. Makes the space feel even smaller. The bedroom is separated from the living room with a sliding glass door. The bed itself is small but takes up most of the room. The bed mattress is uncomfortably hard (I like firm mattresses) and is covered in plastic, presumably to protect it. You hear the plastic every time you move as the sheet is very thin. The closet doors don't open well, and it's a hassle to organize and get things. The kitchen is in a tiny room with minimal counter space that allows you to do only one thing at a time. There are pots, scratched up pans, dull knives and no cutting board. No moka but a capsule coffeemaker. There's a working toaster. The bathroom has a small shower with a basic head. Hot water works fine. Water pressure is OK. Includes a washer. There's no hair dryer.

• Lynnie (8/5): Great appartment, we was there at the wrong time but once the painter was done will be an extremely lovely view over loo - Location was great, perfect for 2 people, bed comfy, air con, fridge freezer was very handy, washing mashing was a bonus, very clean I had booked the property only knowing they was having painting done on the exterior, unfortunately not a mention we would have a green dirty mesh over the patio door obscuring our view, we couldn’t sit having breakfast with doors open as the men were up and down the building. Also No WiFi and the water is BOILING bit dangerous if anyone go in shower and hit the tap by mistake

We moved immediately next morning then I got pictures of me being watched. Being stalked., this us a photo I got via WhatsApp telling me he was close
• Teresa (9/5): Apartment on the beach - Loved the location. The view was amazing. Very centre to all thd nightlife but quiet at night. The apartment was spotless. The only essential thing missing was a hair dryer. I rang the office, and thankfully, they lent me one. Overall, the apartment is amazing. However, I wouldn't return because the pickpockets in Benidorm have now relocated to outside the back gate of the apartment on Mediterraneo Street at night. I didn't feel safe at all coming home at night. It's a real pity as it's not the fault of the apartment owner..The police in benidorm need to get rid of these people.

The Host had good communication 👍🏻 - Property nice and clean in a perfect location with lovely views to wake up to in the morning. 🌞 Small walk and you’re in the mix and the beach is beautiful. Lacking what I would call basics, 1/2 a roll of toilet roll and that was it. Not even any hand wash or soap. Even just a small bottle of water in the fridge would have been welcomed.
