Beverley (6/5): Adequate for our purpose - Room looked like it has been revamped recently. Room and bathroom were big. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot with good pressure, though the taps were ‘touchy’; meaning a slight adjustment had a huge affect on the water temperature. When we arrived back to our unit around 10pm there was no parking on-site left. We had to park in the busy street out front. And yet motel was advertised as on site parking. Very disappointed. From the street view, motel didn’t look the best.

Bonnie (7/5): Comfortable - Loved the flooring - vinyl planks - nice and clean I moved the bed as I was looking for something I dropped - dusty under the bed - it was stated that it was a ‘pet friendly’ motel it didn’t state clearly (in the room that I booked) that it would cost extra to have a pet there - instead of costing $128:50 I had to pay over $170, it nearly cost me over $190 till I objected saying that it was not clearly marked on the site about the added cost for having a ‘pet’. There were steps up into the room and there was no hand rail as a ‘safety’ feature, as an elderly (unstable on my feet) person that would make traversing the stairs a lot safer.

One powerpoint was upside down (yes upside down), on powerpoint was loose and pushed into the wall (rather dangerous actually). The was no power cord for the TV so we couldn't watch any TV. The trims on the walls looked like they were fitted by a 3 year old with epilepsy. The lip into the bathroom was sharp and my partner cut her foot open on it. There were dead bugs all over the window sills.

There were dead cockroaches in the fridge and cupboards. The doors wouldn't lock and I woke during the middle of the night with the door open, thankfully it was snip chained. I asked for a refund but was denied so my family and u had to stay there unfortunately.

Nicole (1/5): - The two bedroom unit was tiny. All the rooms had in it was a bed and a little side table, no fans or aircon. The bed that was supposed to be a king size bed had a queen base with a king mattress. The bins were buckets. Under the beds were filthy. The room smelt like awful cleaning product that did not go away the whole time. Had to often park the car out on street as there was no parking allocated per unit. We escalated the to manager as soon as we got there and were told no refunds at this time as the country music festival was on. This property charged us $854 PER NIGHT ( usually $244 per night). Absolutely rip off!
Sarah (7/5): Basic, clean & fine for a short stop over. - The motel was basic but had everything you need for a short stay as long as you are OK with basic. Bed was comfy, fridge with small freezer was fine, shower was decent, air con worked fine. It's feasible to walk to the town centre, 15 to 25 mins depending on fitness and heat. Electric socket positioning and quality could have been better, some were very wobbly. Tap in the sink was a bit stiff so the flow was tricky to manage. No view, car park one side and building site the other, so room was pretty dark.

Lisa (1/5): Would never stay there and never recommend it anymore to anyone! - I was a regular customer at this place and always enjoyed staying there as I was able to take my dog with me and the manager at that time was so kind and helpful he would cook dinner and always offer to share his meal with me he would even babysit my dog if I needed to go to the shop. Unfortunately when i went to check in recently I was greeted by a extremely rude young man all over photo ID I had pictures of all of my ID on my phone which no other motel in Tamworth had an issue with he even went to the extent that if my friend booked the room instead and stayed with me he wouldn’t take the booking I was utterly disgusted in his behaviour and will never recommend this place to anyone ever again!!! He had no reason to treat me the way he did! The upkeep of the place isn’t what it used to be this place is very obviously taking problematic customers in given the rubbish outside of room doors it’s not a good look plus the young manager there is nothing but rude he really needs to learn some manners
